Plant is progressing well. Gave it a second topping this week and transplanted it into a five gallon pot. Added clips to the bottom branches and did some defoliation on these branches.

Hey Growers, end of week 11 from seed Ran into an issue this week, my ph meter broke and I had to purchase a different model at a local hydroponics store because It was feeding time. If I wanted the same ph meter I would have to order it online, I couldn't afford to have the plant wait another day or 2 For feeding. This new ph meter gave me different readings as to the old one. I have a record of the amount of nutrients I feed it everytime, for example with the old ph meter after adding nutrients to the water, ph meter would read 4.5 - 5.0, ill add 7-10 drops of ph up and it would rise to 6.1 - 6.3. With the new ph meter after adding nutrients to the water, ph reads 4.0 and i have to add 15 - 25 drops of ph up so the Ph goes up to 6.1, I calibrated the new one and ran different tests with different liquids and it seems to be pretty accurate, The old one cost me $14 compared to the new one which cost me $60. Will continue to use the new meter and hope the plant adapts to the new ph Levels, so far I see less orange on the leaf tips Colas are getting thicker, its been a slow flowering process for this plant, looks like its growing dense buds. Smell is a bit stronger, it used to smell weird but its now slowly smelling better 🍋 ⛽️ No amber in trichomes yet. Increase in orange hairs on the buds Increase in red stems, will decrease light intensity for 5-6 hours QUESTIONS when should I begin flushing?

Week 8, Week 8 was a fairly easy one. The flowering spots are starting to fill in, and the leaves are starting to become frosty. I am watering her every three days with a teaspoon of nutrients and a tablespoon molasses. I think I have dialed in the grow tent and have a routine down. 6/11 day 55 day 56. Officially 2 months of growth. Somehow I've kept an auto flower in the vegetative stage for quite a bit of time. They are flowering and have stretched a ton. I will get actual measurements for each plant this Pheno #1 looks more indica (they all are) than the others. The pistils are shorter but more of them and the node spacing is a tighter than the others and she's stayed the shortest(least amount of stretch) and has thicker leaves(maple leaf style) her pistils started white and now have a pink tone to them and on closer inspection, some of the sugar leaves are purpling. This one could be expressing it more so because of environment. This week we've had lows and rains and cloudy weather. The other night it was in the low 40s, so in hindsight it might be environmentally expressed. Pheno #2 is the one that's been the most well rounded the whole time. Popped quick and has always been steady and not too tall and not too short. Her pistils are bright white like roots or an initial taproot. But the calyx are a deep deep purple. I believe this purple expression to be a genetic phenotypical expression rather than environment. The purple clashes with the white so beautifully. They just makes it all pop with the green. It honestly looks like a purple clover flower 😄

So, after seeing the N deficiency and feeding it some protein, I noticed after all this time there were no new roots forming in the sencond zone in the hydroton, so I thought maybe I forgot to drill holes to let the roots through. Turns out when I was moving things around, only the very bottom of the basket was in the water, so the hydroton was mostly dry and the roots were drying up before getting to the water. So this week I made a new carrier for the pot to sit further down in the water and this should remedy future N deficiency as the roots will be getting the nutes from the aquaponic system. Plant still looks great, started LST this week to help fill the width of the screen. Will be moving into the tent after my widow gets harvested.

Week has been good besides me accidentally snapping my main cola off of my one plant while doing some additional LST. Had to stake a couple of them because of a storm and they didn't seem rooted that well apparently. But all and all decent.

Just tucking away 🤣🤣🤣 Last weeks feeding was slightly too high for transition. I am realizing that the amount of fulvic/humid acid reduces the need for full strength ratios. This week we are going to feed 800 again, as the need for ppm’s has increased, but I am going to stay under 850 unless I see deficiency in leaves. The photosynthesis plus has been added to the mix. I know, I have recharge. However, there are certain strains in PP that recharge does not have. Specifically there is a strain for absorbing more from the lights. I have some purple stems from the light being a little to intense. We will be adding a little more cal-mag to the next feeding also. Looks like feeding will take place Tuesday/Wednesday this week. All plants are female and no Herms present for the party 😂😂 10-25 did a pre-feed of cal-mag, 8 oz. Later this evening I will do the main feeding 3 cups. The ratios are still 8-8-8 at 800 ppm’s. The extra ppm’s come in the form of extra cal-mag. Did some tucking as I am in stretch phase. So I work with a grower who is 76 years old. He has some old school techniques that make sense. He pre-waters his containers with 25% water. The remainder 75% is either nutrients OR additives that need to be added to the water. I took it a step further. I added cal-mag to the pre-water stage. Then I fed the nutrients second stage. Cal-mag is the “carrier” for nutrients throughout the plant. “Adding the nutrients after, makes it easy for the nutrients to fully saturate the soil and reach all the roots. This also prevents salt build up.” Ron’s Words. I will say my containers held double the amount of water using his method. 10-28 added some reflective material around the sides. My Growmie at RedmanFarms suggested I add it to the room. I am inside of an open air room for flowering cycle. Today was watering day. First watering was a light dose of cal/mag. Second watering was kelp, seaweed, photosynthesis plus, monk beans SST, fulvic/humic acid. One of the plants ( top left) seems to have a sulpher/magnesium deficiency ( it’s also the one with the soil I don’t like). I made some Iron/Tone tea by Espoma at 200 ppm’s and did a foliar feed. So far I see some progress on purple recessing and the growth has started to match the other 4. I have 1 more week of tucking to do and then I do a HEAVY defoliation on day 21. After than I won’t touch the plants other than feedings and water.

Purple galore! I am really excited about this strain, can't wait to see the final product! I have used a couple of BuildASoil products, and they have both seemed to help tremendously. Today is day 49 from seed, so about another month and they should be ready to go. I hope so, because I'm going on vacation in July so they have to be done by then. Overall, extremely happy with this grow, just waiting patiently for the results.

Who knows maybe they will be ready for scrog next week 02/11 day 25 I was amazed when opened cabinet in the morning. Girls showed no signs of any stress from previous day LST. They bounced back right away and growing still in steady manner. Decided to add 2 never use before nutes to menu, Sugar royal from Plagron and Bio haveven from Biobizz. At first just low dosage 0.25ml per ltr. Watered appreciate 400ml each pot. 04/11 day 27 I like how they responded to training. Decided to adjust tie closer to the top of main cola and lowered girls a bit more. Noticed a speed up in general development. Started tucking leaves couple days ago. 05/11 day 28 It's the end of the week Today another foliage shower water + fish mix. I can see that girls like this a lot. 3/11 🍓🍑 They were a little dry this morning, so I gave them a gallon of water split between the four of them using the light schedule feed🎄 3/12 Z🍓🍓🦍 strawberry and strawberry gorilla are starting to get very tall. They’re becoming huge. I’m gonna keep them at 91 W maximum that might even be a little high. It’s nice to know. They don’t take as much light as I thought along time ago. They really look good. this is the first time I’ve used 2 gallon pots so I have to remember to water more often and spray the bag with neem oil. I can’t tell if it’s runoff salts or if it is some sort of white fungus that’s not good on the outside of the bag, either way, if I spray everything with neem oil before I water including the soil, NO the plants just the soil and the bag makes a huge difference.🎄👍 3/13🍓🦍🍑💦 💦plus silica after about 12 hours, they are looking really good. They’re actually dry again. I’m gonna do watering tomorrow. The CBD plant is going completely different than any other one. It’s really exciting.
