Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Red Poison by @Sweet_Seeds is right on track with the Dark Devil and Purple Lemonade from my other diaries. The LSD is a little behind but the genetics seems to keep it small if you get the wrong pheno. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Red Poison perked right up and threw another set of leaves in the first 6 hours under the new light just like the Dark Devil and Purple Lemonade. I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Excited to see how big i can get the autos under the new lights, will switch over from the Vipar to the Mars by end of week 2/mid week 3 once I transfer them and give them a day or so settle in. My plant's leaves turning a little bit yellow but I think we are fine

This is the fresh frozen wash from two of the four apricot autos grown, It’s smelling and tasting beautiful, with sharp lime/lemon notes mixed with a tropical pineapple and guava mixed drink, So far test pressed 5g of the 159u-73u live heads and it’s return around 71% with a 3.56g give back, For anyone who cares about whole plant fresh frozen yields, I washed 800g and gained 12/13g of 159u-73u heads

7 months after planting her from seed the day is finally here. A little earlier than I would of liked due to insects (crickets/grasshoppers eating buds) but she's thereabouts finished. Probably lost 1/3 of buds from the chewing insects but still a big yield and my drying room is full 😊 She survived two rainy season's and some serious wind from a tropical depression back in September. I have kept this grow completely organic so no pesticide or chemical fertilizers used. Apart from heavily amending the soil at the start I mostly fed her crabmeal once a month and seaweed and molasses in most waterings. A few of those waterings were diluted with my urine 😆👌 NPK right!? Why not.. then at the end I added a cultured pro biotic yogurt to the soil 2 days before I harvested. (Tip from a fellow grower @med_in_tropic - thanks bro) Not sure if it made any difference as I cannot compare with another plant but, the plant starting smelling like lemon furniture polish.. like a lemon scent with a fuel undertone. Almost menthol like 🤷‍♂️.. smells amazing. Me and my wife drank tea from the trimming and the citrusy flavour came though into the tea which was nice. Weather wise the temperature is down now to around 16c at night with RH around 50% so the buds should dry much slower than the last harvest so I should get a better flavour profile. Smoke report to follow after she has been in a jar for a week or so.. I did try a bud sample a few weeks back and the taste then was already pleasant so for sure this will be fire... 🔥 Thanks for all the kind comments, this was my first ever grow start to finish. Hemos bajado la humedad hasta 45% y la temperatura bajo algo también, lo cual tampoco es malo. Aplicaremos algo de PK en polvo para endurecer las flores estas ultimas semanas. To preface this grow. This is my second run ever and my first run on Coco DWC using autopot system. My first run I ran a basic amended soil with no real target for soil ph set. Just simply organic compost and about 12% castings. I ran full manufacturer's dosing recommendations on city tap with high tds to start with. I had some serious nute issues late veg early flower. I suspect the issue was compounded due to ph swing, high ec, over watering and ph rise in soil due to infrequent watering, as well as ph rise in reservoirs from poor aeration and no beneficial microbes. That all being said I have new targets this run mainly consistenting of monitoring and targeting of PH and EC. I was at a bit of a loss in regard to the ph rise in my resevoir so with some research I have decided to try out TorusHydro perfect ph inline edition for my 25g dwc reservoir. I am running RO water made by my smallboy 150ro by Hydrologic. I have noticed some manufacturers recommend daily water changes for Coco nute solutions. I am going to attempt to do new water as infrequently as I think is acceptable as reflected by total ec in my feed water. I am using week one solution target EC of 0.5-0.7 and PH 5.5-5.7 for germinating. I added some bonus photo's of a homemade grow room I constructed.

Gave each medium around 15L water flushing, Will continue to give only water for the next 14 days or so. Flush began 30tht August.

After 24 hours in glass of water, I put the seeds 48 hours to germinate using the paper towel method inside the container you see in the photo. Then moved both germinated seeds (with a 1cm root) to the substrate. The 6th day they showed up in the surface as you see in the photos.

Hey Growmies, she has bounced back phenomenally, so much that she has gotten extremely hungry. The feed shown here is the already the strong feeding suggestion, but I first saw a few leaves with a nitrogen deficiency, when I decided to up the veg nutes to pre flower levels, I now started to see signs of magnesium deficiency. I decided to add 10 ml more if calmag to the mix and will see if that’ll fix the issue. Other than that, she has started to develop a massive rootball and almost stretched by 12 cm. Will probably veg her for another 2 weeks by the looks of it and then flip her once she has filled the scrog. She is already starting to smell quite strong for her not even being in pre flower. I also want to point people in the direction of the photone app, a very helpful little helper that’ll help you getting a good guess of the ppms at your canopy.
