This girl is a late bloomer, but now she is starting to reach my other girls. The plant stopped to grow and now she is pointing all her energies to to flowers. The smell it's very strange ( in a positive way). I have done some lollipopping because the plant is very bushy with 12-13 main colas, and a lot of side branches diddn't see the sunlight so i chopped them. Also I've found some unwanted guests, but outdoor it's a common thing. The first 5 weeks, I sprayed a mix of water and neem oil and it all went very good without any parasite, but when the plants started flowering I obviously stopped giving them neem oil, and now I founs sometimes insects, but nothing to bad, I nedd to wait another 3-4 weeks and then I'll harvest it :)

7/12/2021 - Removed stakes, training mains with periodic bending. - Noticing she's very short, internodal space is really small as well. - Unsure whether to trim out bottom growth on the first set of branches. 7/13/2021 - Did a major trim to really expose all the new potential colas. - Chopped and dropped fan leaves directly onto the soil to be used as a leaf mulch. - Added some fan leaves I had drying to the mulch layer. - Thinking of flipping the lights in about 2 weeks. 7/14/2021 - Re-staked mains to expose more tops. - Continuing leaf tucking for even canopy. - Strategizing feeding regiment for coming light flip. - Can't kill the residual LABs in the sprayer I've been using for my kelp solution, and it keeps fermenting out butyric acid. Upon a quick google search, it looks like indole-3-butyric acid is an auxin. Whether or not that matches what's in the sprayer is unknown. - Any pest pressure I expected to experience has been very light, almost non-existent. A few flies here and there as to be expected with organics, but not to the point of full blown infestation. For soil that's basically bare on top, very unexpected. 7/14/2021 - Performed a major pre-flowering morning trim. 7/17/2021 - Fed her some bloom fertilizer as I expect I'll be flipping the lights next week.

Week 13, Week 13 is the final week! Woohoo! I used some ClearEx at the start of the week to help the flushing process. I am beyond happy with the results. The buds are big and dense! Find out that the plants are male and female. Balls right under the female butts. So, it's easy to get rid of the male parts haha

She grew another 17cm this week! 145cm tall!!!!!!!!! She is totally out of headroom now, her top cola is through the lights and getting close to the roof of the tent 😅 Fastbuds do say it can reach 1.4M... 😁 It's accurate, she is a MONSTER of a plant. This week I have done a quick video showing the result of my experiment a few weeks ago where I FIMed a couple of side branches. Take a look 😃 Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 powder mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. I still found a few places with bud rot and I keep removing every spot I see. The plants have been doing fine beside that, they are looking and smelling great, they are super dense and I can't wait for them to be ready. Most trichomes are still clear so I am awaiting for the first ambers to show up, aiming for around 5% amber and 95% milky.

I mean, just look how them colors are jumping all over the place, dude she is brown, she is blue, she is yellow. And she is green in i dont know how manny different colors patterns this one is getting , but i know is a lot and that she is gorgeous to my eyes. Mix packs and Gorilla Z were fed Dr. Earth w/worm castings and top dressed with compost. All plants received full strength Silica Boost foliar spray. Mix pack#2 showed 2 unopen pollen sacks (?) which were removed.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 93°F with sunny clear skies. I watered 4-5 gallons each pot twice, from the well. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 95°F with clear sunny skies. It was super hot today. I watered each pot 4-5 gallons twice. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 95°F. It felt like 97°F. We had super clear sunny skies. The girls are loving the sunshine and slightly less humidity. I watered twice @4-5 gallons per pot. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 90°F with super clear sunny skies. The temperature was more comfortable at 90° today because we had less humidity. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot from the well. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 81°F with partly cloudy skies. The girls are still thirsty. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot once. These girls roots have tapped through these pots and into the soil. Unless it's just super hot watering once is enough. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 83° with clear sunny skies. I watered 4-5 gallons once per pot. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 79°F with clear sunny skies. I watered once 4-5 gallons of well water per pot. The girls are thirsty but the heat isn't sucking the water out of the pots. The girls are in full vegative phase 2 and continue to gain height. This week was a great success. The girls really stretched and tipped out at 89". That's over 7 feet not counting the pot. The weather was very pleasant. We had a few hot days but mostly cool fall type weather. The defoliation and treatment of powdery mildew with Growers Ally fungicide ended that problem. These plants do have a high level of resistance but not immunity. I'll continue to treat once a week. Most growers don't talk about their fungal pathogens or treatment of them. Outdoors, if your plants aren't immune (many fastbuds I've grown from seed have been) then this is an issue you'll deal with if you have cool humid nights. There are many treatments and preventatives and some are scarey. My grows are all organic and I carefully chose Growers Ally fungicide as I smoke these plants and don't want anything scarey in(systemic) or on them. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my grow.

We have roots! Baby seedling is growing rapidly. I’m using some pH stabilizing powder in my res along with the hydroguard for now. Will begin light nutes in another week or so.

Day 77. Girl is down, she needed few more weeks, but I guess proved that in any conditions weed can be grown ;) No food, just 1.5-2 grams max of Ecothrive Biosys was used, rest only water. Root system small, but stayed healthy. Happy Growing !!!

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Vamos familia actualizamos la cosecha de las kritical. La verdad que el secado muy bien 7 días en Malla y a los botes, 40% humedad y 24 grados es la temperatura ambiental que han tenido en el secado.
