The Holidays caused a little headache this past week. Was a few hours late on water schedule due to holiday commitments. Found the middle plant had sucked all the water out and went into underwater stage. A few of the giant fan leaves took a hit, but not too bad. Didn't change anything other than water schedule to every day now and the leaves had no further damage/discoloration. All leaves still praying and doing good. Trichromes starting to pick up on all the plants now. Had a situation in my other tent with a plant that shouldn't have been saved, that i saved, and seems to have slightly hermied and I didn't catch it. Not terrible, as out of a 6 oz plant, I found 42 seeds. Hoping that tent doesn't effect this room, but it's possible it has. Just gonna ride it out now and see how it goes.

This week I decided to recruit my husband to get a proper look at this girl's roots. She's gotten so damn big that it's impossible for me to get a shot otherwise. Her root ball is massive. She's large and in charge. I went through and gave her another thorough round of defoliation. What I removed was any droopy leaves in the underbrush, as well as any fan leaves that were casting shadows and blocking light from my bud sites. When I was finished, I was able to stand over my plant, look down, and visibly see through to the base of my plant and grow media. Being able to do this suggests to me that my light source is also able to penetrate down throughout the plant as well. The removal of these leaves also contributed to improved air circulation and decreased humidity - both which are important as we progress through the flowering stage. This week I also caught my first whiff of this plant's sweet aroma. I'm excited to see how her terps develop over the upcoming weeks! 😋😋😋 I cloned another branch off this plant. FastBuds - Gelato Auto x 1 Dry Weight - 2 ounce and 20.73 gram I can definitely see an increase in weight and yield from doing the mainlining technique I would normally get around 1.7 oz of an auto If I hadn't done any training and not lollypopped and defoilated the plant. Highly recommend this method to avoid clutter , little popcorn nugs and messy plants. I thought I lost a plant to herm but I could have been wrong as I seen a diary on here that looked very similar to the one I Isolated and it turned out OK. Smoked that one already and didn't hear any popping or cracking of seeds so she could have gone longer but I didn't wanna risk other plants turning. Nugs are rock solid! Gassy lemony smell! Tried one last night as a tester and it was niiiiiice! Will try and let the cure begin before I raid the jars lol Buzzing with results! This was also a sample from FastBuds so good! 🙌🍦🍦🍦🔥🔥🔥 👊

7/4 SUN was poking out a little bit. Plants loved that little feeding and seen to he noticeable larger this morning. I'm considering starting the nutes. At least the organic ones as well as upping the water intake I've been scared to water with all this rain and my experience last time. I plan on applying BT this afternoon and doing some work on the bottoms of the plants. I also saw a chipmunk in my cage so I have some spots in my fence that need to be patched. I know I can't compare this year to orher years as these are seeds and all the other years were clones. I CAN say for certain that my plants are healthiest they've been out of any of my journals. Previous plants were much larger but I was fighting numerous fungal, pathogens and pests at the sane time. Ear wigs would've lollipopped most buddies by now but I've seen no sign of them. I'm going to apply more poison where they were and add some rat traps inside the cage for the chipmunks. Once I fix the cage I think I'll be good. UPDATE: Went back over and fixed the holes on my cage from high winds. I found an old wire trap or cage and just cut sections and ziptied them to the existing wire and to the structure thus covering any open holes. I'll need to put lathes aroubdvtge outside because if a rodent REALLY wanted in they could get in. My belt had been wearing thin but I use shit until it breaks (yesterday the heal came off my shoe lol) so I was working hard sweating my nuts off and my belt gives out totally. At least ive got the major stuff done. I took a few videos too. I'm imagining it was this little bit of sun that gave these plants that boost of growth but I'm wondering if the added nutes had anything to do with it. Bags weren't light and I could feel moisture in the soil so I didn't water. I'll check again tomorrow morning. Since I didn't see many plants or even leaves for that matter with damage I decided to hold off ob the BT and the plant doctor. Only time will tell if that was the right decision. 7/5 Plants look fantastic. I see a few more holes in leaves sporadically amd I'm hoping it's pillars. I've seen lots of lightning bugs on my camera though and grasshoppers are abundant. Not one growth shoot has been chewed (knock on wood) which is what the earwigs had always done. I watched a video from last year and by nowcthey had lollipopped all lower leaves. It may not be the best weather growing season wise but despite the rh consistently in the 90's I still don't have pm or fungal pathogens. Need to get the BT out. IT WAS 88 DEGREES SO I WANTED TO CHECK THE GROW BAGS. THE POTS ARE FINE. IT WAS HUMID AS HELL. ONE PLANT WAS SLIGHTLY DROOPY BUT VERY LIGHT AND DRY. I FOUND TWO OTHERS THAT SEEMED LIGHTER THAN THE REST BUT HADNT DROOPED. I MIXED TWO GALLONS OF WATER WITH 1TSP KANGOROOTS AMD PHED IT CLOSE TO 6. I FED THE 3 PLANTS THAT WERE SUPER DRY LIKE A HALF GALLON AND SPRED THE REST OVER THE OTHER EIGHT PLANTS. THEY WERENT DROOPING BUT THEY WERE VERY DRY. I PLAN ON A FULL WATER TOMORROW. I WOULDVE DONE IT TODAY IF THE TEMPS WERENT SO HIGH. ITS RAINED A MONTH STRAIGHT SO I HAVENT HAD TO WATER. I MADE A COUPLE VIDEOS BUT I'LL HAVE TO UPLOAD TOMORROW. 7/6 Another super hot day. I hefted the pots and they still had some weight but I could tell they were dry. This rain has messed up my watering schedule. Well it made it so I didn't NEED to water. These are big plants now. I need to get a schedule to stick too. They're going to probably need a gallon a piece at least. I'm still nervous watering. Right now I'm just reading the plants. I added .5tsp kelp me/you to 1 gallon of water to help with heat stress. I fed an additional two gallons to the garden this morning including the two container plants in the back. They were dry on top too but I know they have water deeper down. Next watering I'll be more consistent and try to give them there 10%. It's great having the bags elevated. I can finally see when I start getting run off. I could even measure the ph of it instead of relying on that meter. Ill check the ph when I go back over. Still a few 🐛 holes but they are few and far between. I really don't want to spray for such a small problem but if I cant find them at night that's what I'll do. UPDATE: Another 90 degree day. I went back over and gave the garden a gallon of water as they were dry and it didn't rain. Tried to use a soil ph meter to check ph. First couple were 6.4, 6.5 then I got 7.3 and I accidently dropped it. Then I got somethings that were high eights and even one 9! Obviously the Meter shit the bed. I'll lower the ph of the water slightly when I fully water tomorrow and I'm going to measure the runoff. 7/8 I must've messed up the journal again as the dates are off. GAVE PLANTS A FULL WATERING. Each girl got a gallon. I couldn't upload my videos this morning as I had to break up a fight. 3 on 1. Didn't give me a chance to put the videos up. I'll take some stills then I can upload them. I took stills and they all uploaded but didn't fucking save. I'm nit going to keep trying to upload if it's not going to. Noticed a few more holes in leaves and one skeletinized leaf so I need to either spray the bt or something more versatile. I'm putting more poison around the cage and de between the bags. Noticed the bags were fairly light despite the plants being soaked amd the pallets wet. I was pressed for time. I gave two gallons to the entire garden. I see more pillar spots and a moth took off when I shook the plants this morning. So I'm gonna have too apply the BT. I figure if I go over before dark tonight I might be able to see aju nocturnal insects around. Luckily my dad feeds the birds and they are always there. I think they help with pests. UPDATE IT WAS A LITTLE COOLER TODAY BUT MICH MORE HUMID. I WENT AROUND SIX TO MAKE SURE THE GIRLS WERE OK WITH WATER AND TO GIVE THEM A TREATMENT OF BT. I WENT THROUGH THE GARDEN ANDCGOUND THREE LEQVES TO DEFOLIATE AND LITERALLY A COUPLE LEAVES ON TWO PLANTS WITH PILLAR HILESM WHEN I ARRIVED TWO BIRDS FLEW OUT. A HORNET CAME IN WHILE I WAS THERE. THIS DO LESS APPROACH SEEMS TO BE REALLY WORKING. I DODNT SEE NEARLT ENOUGH DAMAGE TO WARRANT SPRAY8NG MY EXTREMELY HEALTHY GIROS WITH ANYTHING. ILL KEEP AN EYE ON THEM AND CLEAN THEM UP A BIT. I DO NEED TO INSTALL THE VERY8CAL TRELLIS FOR SUPPORT. THEYRE PRETTY HEALTHY THOUGH. ONE PLANT IS ABOUT AS WIDE AS IT IS TALL. STILL......PLANTS ARE EXPLODING AND ITS GETTING TIGHT IN THERE. I NEED TO GET THE TRELLIS UP THOUGH. 7/10 I went over and was planning to water. Plants were wet and it's raining. Top of the medium was moist but the bags were light. ONE bag was super light but seeing that we are having showers all day and an additional half inch of rain coming tonight so I didn't water them. Especially since they looked great. Decided to to spray BT yet as the damage is so small and i think the birds have been taking care of the pillars for me. Now I'm wondering if I should've gave that ONE plant a little bit of water but it will be find. Did a video. I'm being careful not to over water. Last year this is when all my buddies were devoured by earwigs. And no senescence like the years before. I think it was hust those earwigs. I haven't lost shot for leaves. Even the stalks are bright green and look amazing.

she actually went for just about 10 whole weeks of flower. I’m chopping her at 69 days, as I write this, but I will post relevant photos in a harvest update after it’s dried and weighed. But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... Bueno, empezamos por el final familia. Gorilla girl, me parece una cepa BRU-TAL , ya partiendo de esa base, mi error, creo que e cometido , es poner estos ejemplares en macetas de 5L, que tonto... mínimo recomendado 7L y a ser posible 11L Otro error fue no dejarlas una semana más. pero, escasez. (intentaremos curarla un par de semanas). Cepa con flores muy compactas, hay bastante separación entre nudos pero compensa las flores de verdad. Sabor muy dulzón a mi me recuerda a melón , es un pepino recomendado para amantes de la hierba que llevan tiempo en esto, un colocón muy fuerte, ahora mismo estoy bajo los efectos de esta vaina, aseguro que con cada frase, leo varias veces y detenidamente por que válgame.

Just watching them progress so far. Can’t complain with the progress we are getting. Started training early with some lst clips to make sure that they don’t overcrowd each other.

A little discoloration on some leaves on nutrient watering day. Growing good but smallest plant is growing fat not tall or stretched.

Week 2 flower Day 1, Day 29 from seed. Bent her head just a little and removed a few leaf blockers! She got a tent all by herself. Smellin good now too, only one open stinking up the room! 🤤🤘 10-5 250ml 10-6 1/4 cup poo, 3 tbs buildaflower scoop of connect. 10-7 water, started a tea, 1/4 poo, kelp, yucca, cal/mag, recharge! Tried to keep it simple. 10-8 Day 34 Lovin her tea! Lst and defol, open her up a bit. Slight defol and used some clips. Fun with pictures! 😁🤘 10-9 Last day of the week! Her head and another branch took off enough for me to bend it! Was worried wasn't going to be able to. But we got her! Helped a ton!. After spacing her out, had to play musical tents! Did some more LST on the bty. Going to let it veg until march before i flip to 12/12, as long as its tall enough. I accidentally topped one of them during lst so it will be an expirement to see how it goes. Light at about 65% inensity until i can keep the tent cool at 100% intensity. Plants looking good, getting a little nutrient deficient so the soil is pretty much done. Will start their feeding regiment with florafex full tilt nutes next week

Let's start the week: Flowering day 56 Today the plant was checked for health. Flowering day 57 Today it was poured with 1.2 l, only with Clean Fruits so that you can use up your remaining nutrients 👍. Flowering day 58 The humidifier was refilled and the tent cleaned. Flowering day 59 Today was only controlled. Flowering day 60 The humidifier was refilled and the tent cleaned. Flowering day 61 Today was poured with 1 liter, and the trichomes checked, of course the tent was also cleaned. Flowering day 62 Today was cleaned, the plant cobtrolized for trichomes, mold and health. everything looks great 👍. And fresh osmosis water was filled in tanks for next week. The way the trichomes look like, is harvested in about 10-14 days 👌👍. The flowers develop very quickly, we can clearly see its autoflowering genes. A strong tropical smell is felt. The tips of the leaves are a little burnt Because of the strong sea wind loaded with salt...but not worrying for the future.
