This week looks great so far. All the plants seem to take there leaf stripping in stride and have pushed out more frost. The bud sites are exploding with white hairs and the smell is starting to take over. There is definitely orange citrus coming from pheno #3. The #1 pheno leans towards its fathers side and has a mild pine under tone but a very sticky almost sap like stem rub. Everything has been cruising along this week. environment is in check and the plants know it. I will start adding a few bud shots in the upcoming weeks to get a better look at the pheno types.

I like the structure alot I might be doing this with all me plants in the future.... I even got the whole kit ready for another grow and guess what we got next? Even bigger monsters. So far with this little beast I'm not getting g deficiencies or any signs of anything being wrong, I wanted the colas to stretch a little more so I added grow formula on day 5... today on 12th Feb I added Connoisseur Bloom for the first time to the mix, i will Try to use that scrog net but I might only be using it to support the pla ts other then that I need to flush them in about 2 weeks so I can Contiue on giving the full dose at a safe window which is after a flush.. they will be hungry i wonder how fat the buds are going to be.. Btw I got a seed from some cali pack my friend bought and I'm very curious what it's going to be... the bud we took it from locked so frosty we couldn't belive our eyes to I'm looking forward to seeing if the seed I got from the bud but do any good. The RainBow Sherbet really have everything in its place, they are beautiful plants, one was planted a few days later because a little sister damaged by the placenta was replaced, but we are talking about 4 (5 days of difference between the two, nothing special, I will not have to do hrvest on the same day. Growing projects for autoflowering plants ----- As for autoflowering plants, I really love preserving the Main Cola. So I will try to make the plants grow well or badly without damaging the main cola. Nowadays, topping autoflowering plants is very accepted but it is not my favorite thing to transform a baby born to finish in 10 weeks into a baby who finishes in 14, I say at this point I do photoperiodic. But in times of people who only grow autoflowering everything is permitted for goodness sake if you want to do it, do it, I will not be the one to stop you. Also because the results are excellent, nothing to really discuss about anything except time. All this to tell us that I recommend for example fimming on plants that tend to grow tall to give power to the side branches, LST as much as you want, I don't like too much, I need space. HST and splitting are with experience. These are my tips not the absolute truth please do not mistake me for a great sage holder of the truth I speak as I see it. A bit of pain, trying to not over water her while it's steaming hot inside. She is looking beautiful, and hopefully just finished streching. I hope for some cooler days so I can bump the lights to 100%

Day 107 (f45) update: Runtz is doing amazing!!! 😍😍😍 Her buds are thickening up, even the mid section buds are coming along nicely! 😛 She smells very lovely, gaining complexity in smell with some 'deeper' background smells most likely coming from the gelato parent! Brought down the nutrient dosage from 1.6-1.8 EC to 1-1.2 EC and she is handling it very well. Still at least 2 weeks left, probably 3 weeks till harvest!!! Can't wait!!! 😝 >>>> Using Botanicare TEA and SWEET RAW (carbohydrates for hydro) to hopefully gain a more complex flavor profile 😜 as the plants of the last run were lacking in terpenes 😥

3rd flower week complete. I cant help but think I've ruined one of the 2 girls. Shes taking a really long time to recover and bud growth is slow and steady. I've defoliated for about an hour and a half tonight and now really need to get some sleep! I'll pop back tomorrow with lots more photos and a more in depth update on what has changed this week. Update........ so ive been caring for the burnt up plant throughout the week. Shes not gotten any worse but just seems a little stressed now. I decided to remove the worst of the burnt and dried up leaves last night. I know it will also cause stress but I didn't want the rotting leaves to cause any bacteria growth around the healthy plants. They've been on everyday waterings at around 1.6 EC. I've included some Hygrowzyme in the last few feeds in the hope some beneficial enzymes may help the root zone take on nutrients. Despite one of the pair being unwell the other is healthy and vigorous. Shes not getting the attention she rightly deserves so I've included lots of photos to this weeks diary. I wouldn't want anyone to be put off from growing this strain as it has so much potential. I'm hoping that the healthy plant produces the goods and leaves me wanting more.

Day 15 since seed touched soil. Ducks are very very very slow to develop. Maybe slowest strain i ever grew. Most look nitrogen overfed , dont want to grow at all ... Will be forced to leave them for one more week at home. Other strain goes out this friday . Autumn not far ... Not a big hope with this one ;))) Day 19. They went out !!! Hope summer is long .... Happy Growing !!!

Beginning of week 9(Flower): Plant still isn’t doing much, but she does look damn good. I love this plant. The entire apartment seems to smell when walking in. I realized I may have had my carbon filter setup wrong. I was pulling air from the grow tent without the filter inside, it would push the air out of the fan and through another duct and then finally into the carbon filter. I feel a lot of the smelly air was escaping this way. Hopefully this makes a difference. I took a clipping of a sugar leaf today and put it under my 60x microscope. This is my first time really checking on the trichomes, so I could be completely off, but it seems that 10% of the trichomes turned amber. I should be waiting for 30% amber before I harvest this? 2 more weeks I think? I’ll continue to check each week. Maybe I’ll try to get a check mid-week sometime. It has been 1 week now since I’ve given her nutrients, still looking really healthy.

Started the first week of flower so I've added the needed nutrients for this phase at 50%. Still going strong, drinking 2l of water+nutrients every other day. No signs of pests but there are some mosquitoes flying about.
