Hi guys So wer on week 9 of flower and I have just started ripen by general hydroponics GHE, never use this before but herd good things about it, I just want it to get a early fade as I don't want the trichomes degrading. Pheno 1 is starting to fade natraul and is well on its way, buds are dense sticky and are falling over due to weight. Pheno 2 has started its fade and buds are just as dense there just bigger and the same with pheno 3 its just lacking the fade to be harvested for my liking. Flowering day 49 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone 😀. Another wonderful week goes by 👍. Both phenotypes are developing very well 😀. This week, 1 g enhancer per liter of water was added. That was the last time since they will be flushed next week :-). The trichomes are 60: milky, 10% amber and 30% clear. I think the harvest will take place in 12-17 days 👍. I'm very curious which phenotype tastes better in the end 😍 since both smell very tasty ☺️. It has been another amazing week of the plants growing. I have been watching as the Fruity Freak leaves become progressively more fern-like, and ornamental as a result! Based on my Banizzle grows, I knew I needed to understand plant nutrients in a more meaningful way if I wanted these plants to thrive. So, I decided to get a soil test (see Ref. 1 below on how to perform a test) to understand what nutrients my plants needed. The report I received advised that I needed to add 200 lbs/acre of nitrogen, 150 lbs/acre of phosphorus, and 190 lbs/acre of potassium (see picture labeled Pic.1 (FYI you can't see these images unless you login to growdiaries)). I then researched what to do with my results (Ref. 2 helped), and I figured out that my nutrient needs of 200-150-190 fall close to a 2-1-2 ratio. I then looked at different types of organic fertilizers (see Ref. 3 and Ref. 4) and considered that I already had a 3-10-5 fertilizer (Vermibloom) on hand. I discovered Dr Earth’s Alfalfa Meal is 2-1-2 and includes beneficial bacteria and mycorrhizae (to promote healthy plant growth and disease resistance). However, I knew I would be low on nitrogen if I only used those two fertilizers. Therefore, I decided to buy some blood meal (12-0-0). I also liked that blood meal is more fast acting while the other two are more moderate. I hunted around for a solid fertilizer calculator and found an amazing tool from the University of Georgia Extension (Ref. 5). I entered all three fertilizers into the calculator, and it kicked out the exact amount of each fertilizer I needed to apply to 1 square foot (see Pic. 2). As I am using 10-gallon fabric pots (that can hold 1.5 cubic feet, but I put stone on the bottom and there’s space left at the top) I decided to use the one square foot application rate as I can always add more later, but I can’t take it away. Not only did I want to understand the nutrients I needed, but I also wanted to understand the structure of the soil (as it was not included in my test results). North Dakota State University has a nice page that discusses this (Ref. 6), and I performed a soil ribbon test (see Video 1) based on this information. I determined my soil to be medium textured (which is great), but I have seen occasional water pooling on the surface, suggesting that it may be more of a medium-fine. This means adding peat moss, coco coir, or other amendments might improve drainage (and plant hydration) and allow for roots to grow more easily. In the long run, I plan to use compost to enhance the soil structure and nutrients. I filled the bottom of my 10-gallon fabric pots with a ½” of pea stone to allow for drainage (Pic. 3). I then partially filled two 5-gallon buckets with topsoil from near where I will plant (but not in an area the roots will reach). I used a digital scale to measure the amount of fertilizers recommended by the calculator (Pic. 4, 5, and 6) and added it to one of the 5-gallon buckets (see Pic. 7). I mixed the fertilizers into the soil as evenly as possible (Pic. 8 and 9). I then poured a two-inch layer of non-fertilized soil, then peat moss, and then fertilized soil (in a roughly 2:1:1 ratio) and blended them together. I repeated this until the pot was full (getting additional soil as needed), and then I repeated the process for the other three pots. I set the filled fabric pots in my garage (Pic. 10) for two days to allow any upset bugs to flee into my garage instead of my house. I then moved the pots (wrapping them in a contractor garbage bag to prevent making a mess) into the room with the grow light. I placed a board on top of the fabric pots to insulate the plants (in their smaller pots) from the cold soil (Pic. 11). Once the soil in the fabric pots reaches room temperature, I will transplant. (Ref. 1) This video shows the method I used to take a soil sample. I didn’t have a field to test, so I took four samples from the area where I will eventually plant outdoors and blended them together. This is a sad weekend for me. My cannabis activists and I have been stuck by the sudden death of the leader of the group. He was a warrior for the QUEEN 💚👑. My cookies are coming up well and the buds are stacking on day by day. Trichomes is visible and there's a tropical smell in the grow room.

All from fridge 24 hr shot glass ro and h2o2. All popped. Substrate is coco amended with dr. Earth and other goodies. Was wet and set in tent 48hrs. Letting these grow into the wet coco until the top is dry. Lights are 300 par about which is max for babies i think...

They all needed me to do surgery to get the shells off let's hope they grow. I got these as a bonus when I bought a pack like a year ago so there kinda old and I opened the package when i got them so humidity prob git to then little over time with an open package. I'm not sure what to expect from these but lit has failed to have anything other than a1 plants so

Hello guys and happy easter! Today is the end of week 6 of flowering and start of week 11. i will slowly reduce the amount light they resieve since they mature better when it‘s down slowly. I think Nr. 2 and 3 got a little leavy but still are beautiful. Let‘s see how they‘ll keep developing. C you next week 🙌🏼

Alright, so I applied some mykos on all of the BanDads, photos and autos alike. Just poured some at the base of each plant and gently rustled the soil to get it mixed in at root level. Then gave them all a nice blast of nutes for the first time. I'll be upping the dosage with the Liquid Seaweed next week. Loving how sturdy they all are already! I can tell this is going to be a lovely run for sure. You may have noticed I also added a Dos-si-dos and ChemP Auto into the tent as well. Just wanted to get them both started before sending em outside for spring 😊 Cheers all and happy growing 🎆😊

I top dressed worm castings mix with more organic soil and and gave the teas ones a week other then that a I gave them just water with 3ml silica 5ml cal-mag 10ml fish’s sh!tt.

Sie ist soweit. Die Farbe ist intensiv und sie richt verdammt gut. Zum schnellen trocknen im Zelt, habe Ich jeden Zweig einzeln aufgehängt und versucht die Relative Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 58 - 62% zu halten und die Temperatur unter 18 Grad Celsius zu bekommen. Sobald die Stängel knacken schneide ich die Buds runter und lege sie im Zelt in Pizzakartons damit sich die Feuchtigkeit gleichmäßig verteilt.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. Plants looking healthy and they are starting to form strong buds by the looks of it . Some of them have startet to have brown leaves, but the bud looks healthy. Ive put the lights from 600w to 400w since they are suffering from high light and temp. Now the temp should be 24°to 26°.

Medusa 2/5 is starting to get fatter. I decided to Lollipop and remove the lower growth. Im curious to compare the colas and see if lollipopping really increases bud size. This plant really grows beautifully, two main colas in top from the topping, and all the other colas around the two main colas. I started giving green sensation PK booster this week I reckon another 4 weeks before harvest.
