Watered today , 3.5 liters of 6.3 phed dechlorinated water went in. Thought to instal scrog, but its hard to reach anything even now, plus lifting pots becomes a problem. So will do heavy clearing next week or at the end of this one. Day 39. Girls got heavy training. Looks sad, they were ready to sleep, i did it very late in the day and watered next morning. My grow light has started messing up. It turns off at random times and when I turn the dimmer knob a little it come back for a few days. This is not what I expected from a high-end priced item. Anyway, I contacted with MarsHydro and waiting for their response. Lowered the humidity level to 55% , although it is a tricky situation. This week I noticed that the leaves are tacoing, my bet is on bad air circulation and too much light. The humidity should be even lower, but I have to wait until she recovers. DLI 40

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

The flowers are starting to pack on weight this week. I'm not doing anything at all other that watering/feeding. I left the tape measure visible in the video for scale. Good? Helpful?

This week was when I first recognized that there was something wrong.... Initially I only realized that the stems of my little girl were slightly bent downward. In some cases I have experienced this orientation when a plant is exhausted and about to got through its sleeping period but, this seemed different. In the following days I began to notice that the lower leaves were beginning to fade, the stems began to turn red, and still the leaves were bending downward and not praying to the light! At first I just figured that my plant was in need of a feeding and transplanting to a larger container but, after doing a bit of research I realized that the I may have been experiencing a phosphorus deficiency. From my understanding I knew that these plants require nutrients that is high in nitrogen during the vegetative part of its life however, I did not realize that it's still needed an adequate amount of phosphorus in this stage too. As I mentioned perviously, I decided to reuse my soil for this grow and as a result of sterlization my growing medium no longer had any nutrients to offer my plant at the time. I believe this is the reason I began to see signs of deficiencies and going forward if I ever reuse my medium again I will make sure to re-amend it before using it. *I also topped the plant at the 5th node this week as well*

Es que Zambeza hizo un gran trabajo con esta variedad, es una cepa que es bastante rápida en floración, crece muy bien en su etapa de crecimiento, y sobretodo es aparte de típica, muy sencilla de cultivar. De mis favoritas hasta ahora para indoor, como siempre, controlamos el ph y la humedad (siempre dentro de los parámetros correctos establecidos). La semana que viene nos vemos con más avances , un saludo.

So I'm having another go at LSD-25. Day 1 she looked quite sickly if I'm honest. She's picked up ever since. I've put the timelapse camera on her for the forthcoming week so I can keep a very close eye on her growth.

I’m wondering if I should feed her a little bit of nitrogen or defoliate…time will tell. Her smell is really becoming stronger I am impressed for a week 4 of flower.

Esta semana las chicas han mejorado un poco, se detuvo el amarillamiento, descubri que Cal-Max de Grotek interfiere en la composicion de la linea hesi por lo que las chicas sufren un bloqueo de nutrientes, dejé de utilizarlo y las chicas han continuado con su desarrollo relativamente normal. ya estan en su 5ta semana de floracion, Tutankhamon ha producido una cantidad gigantesca de resina, Lennon esta engordando a toda velocidad y aun le quedan 6 semanas aprox. Anubis a pesar de su color intenso amarillo palido esta engordando bastante bien y su produccion de resina es inimaginable y ya solo que quedan 2 semanas y media aprox. espero que a partir de ahora ya no surjan mas problemas y que las chicas terminen su floracion de la mejor manera. esto es todo por esta semana chicos, espero que se encuentren muy bien ! Hey hey growmies! I've fallen ill with a respiratory bug, as a result my plants and the diaries have suffered somewhat. at the end of week 4 I left this diary with a super droopy plant, now, this little runtz lady has not only bounced back, but is thriving. I am leaving on a trip to New York in 2 and a half weeks, which leaves this lady in an awkward spot, I cannot flip her to flower and she's growing fiercely, I can obviously also not bring her from Belgium to the United States of America (Even though New York is a legal state :P) because Ganja is the devil in the eyes of our governments, as we all know. So she will continue to veg untill I get back the 25th of november, a whole ass month from now. This Runtz will be anything but a runt, but she has shown me some very strong genetic traits already, she takes a fucking beating this strain. So if her smoke is decent, and her flowers pretty, I'm keeping her around. Its always nice if a plant is tough enough to roll with the punches, and look at her, she's rolling. So thats the plan! Veg her out into a monster, take lots of cuttings and clean up her canopy. Hope we have mommy material, if not, I'm still going to try and grow a cutting from her, its a skill I need to build for when I do find a mom.
