February 20, 2019 update: Pretty much just waiting to be ready for harvest. Everything is moving along nicely at this point. Planning on feeding until the end of February, then starting a 2 week flush with most of the plants going in the flower room now, but I may let the Cookies & Cream go a little longer. Fed MegaCrop, Cal+Mag Pro and Mammoth P this week. I've used up the last of my Mammoth P at this point. It will be MegaCrop & Cal+Mag Pro only until flush. All pics were taken with the lights on. I tried color correcting the best I could, but the pics really don't represent the actual colors very well. Usually I try to get some pics with the lights off also, but I was not able to do that last week. I'll make sure to get some better pics next time. 👍

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Filling in the trellis quite nicely the smaller girls seems to be trying so hard to catch up the the larger/bushier one. But they both seem to be doing well!! Sprayed for bugs again to be preventative and added more ladybugs. Expecting a ton of growth in the next week or two for a final stretch but the smell seems to be getting more intense. I can’t wait to see how these girls turn out versus my buddies who I got them from. Seems like there’s always a slight difference. Have fun y’all and happy smoking!!

12/7 Week five and in full flower. Runoff was way high 1400-1700 ppm this accounts for the tiny white tips on new growth. Increased amount to 0.5 gal once a day but may have o go back to twice a day. Still on half/grow half/bloom until the stretch plays out still trying to hit 700ppm of feed without runoff exceeding upper limits so feed alone is running 600ppm to counter the hard water. Once I have a handle on the runoff will up nuets. After some thought and a bit of reading I decided to do this as a root drench and fertilized flush to remove all salts from the pot. 0.5 gal 5.7PH CT Grow AB / Kangaroots /Fish Sh!t with @50% runoff - 950ppm (unadjusted 750ppm adjusted) in / and 1020ppm out. Harvest wet weight was 65.5 grams as a whole plant. Have her drying at 70 degrees and around 50% rh with a fan to circulate air. Will update with more info and pics when I start the cure. Update: dry weight is 12 grams. Buds were not as dense as I would’ve liked but very potent and sticky. Smoke is smooth and taste is more pronounced. After cure I’m sure it will be even better. I’m not upset at the final weight as it was 1 of 3 plants in a tiny 12x24x24 inch tent with weak lighting.

Now this girl i am so happy to be chopping. This is her final update before she comes down after dark period. The plant itself has been fantastic. She had great growth from the begining but just far to much for the space i had for her. Shes not a very pungent strain but does have a mellow sweetness coming from her. If she is as nice as my last dance with Sweettooth i will be over the moon.

PH 6.4 Temp 19-21 2 Gallons each Runoffs: EC 2.0, 2.1, 2.2 & 2.3 Goal is to Grow High Brix 12-15% better than the medical grade cannabis to help with a myeloproliferative neoplasm😧 as well as for fun😎. Any tips, working knowledge or suggestions towards this goal is greatly welcomed and would be played forward. Just read that if a plant has a BRIX of 12% or higher that some insects won't lunch on it! Loving this plant😀 Flavonoids and Cannaflavins are phytonutrients and along with carotenoids are responsible for colours. They are anti-mutagenic, anti-cancer, antioxidant, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, immuno-protective .. Maybe better than aspirin for inflammation trial is still out😉. Catechins are anti-proliferative, cardio-protective and reduce cholesterol. More medical studies need to be done on this plant😶 Some plants are showing signs of a deficiency. I believe I have locked out calcium. I watered yesterday with 2 Gal each of Dutch Nutrient Diamond which has amino acids, humic and fulvic ,kelp (has b vitamins and amino acids in it). Green Planet Terpinator for the 4% Sulphate of Potash (SOP) or potassium sulfate...I saw a Video with the awesome Dr. Harley Smith and wrote 7 pages of full scape and he mentions to use amino acids to help plants uptake calcium. These products contained them and I had them on hand...hope it helps.

Its now week 3 of flower and the budsides are growing and showing their beauty and smell and at the end of the week is lollipopping on the Menu. There aren't any signes of lacks in nutrients. I found one yellowish leave but I'm pretty sure that was my fault for leaving the Soil a little bit to dry for some days.

Start of week 7! Repeating the week 6 feed schedule as the Do-si-dos is on a 9 week flowering time frame, based on the info from Canuk. This girl is sticky, buds continue to get fatter and denser and she has a sweet aroma to her!

Hello Diary. Fourth week of flowering. The first thing I will point out is the amazing fruity scent of Fat Banana. I literally run out of saliva from the smell, I can’t wait to try the flavor.😋 As can be seen in the photos, the brown spots from last week have turned into whole yellow leaves with brown spots. 😟 I’m not 100% sure what caused it, but what’s possible is that she got too many nutrients. (Overfeeding) Considering the RQS pellets I put in the ground, and the amount of BioBizz I added, it’s still maybe too much for Fat Banana. 😳 If anyone is reading this post, feel free to comment on your opinion for the cause of such leaves.🙏 Since her roommates, Haze Berry Automatic, have the same treatment, and there are no such symptoms on them, I'm not 100% sure about overfeeding. Although I don’t add BioBizz every time I water, but when I add it, I put it on schedule for that week. Perhaps the concentration of nutrients in such watering is too high for this strain. Let’s take a look at what happened last week. 07/11/2020 - Day 44. Watering. I preventively added 1ml / l CalMg and regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.4 degrees and 44% humidity. 09/11/2020 - Day 46. Watering. Since I noticed leaf decay, I watered like two days earlier just by adding CalMg and I regulated p.H. at 6.4 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.7 degrees and 44% humidity. 12/11/2020 - Day 49. Photographing and watering. This time I added BioBizz as scheduled for the current flowering week. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.8 degrees and 44% humidity. Although Fat Banana shows yellow leaves and brown spots on some leaves, the flowers themselves have not been affected so far. We'll see how things go. See you soon. 🙌

10/07/2020 Going to be rooting up a clone this week. 10/10/2020 3 days in and she is perking up some. Fingers crossed for quick rooting! Lights are on 24 hours 3 way switch on low 12 hours, and high for 12 hours. I will veg on 18 hours for 2 weeks once roots appear, and 2 weeks on 16 hours. On week 5 hope to switch to flower schedule of 11 hours of light and 13 dark. I want to see her tropical side! 10/16/2020 If it has been 19 days since cut taken, she looks pretty good, this week I am starting Grow, Micro, Bloom at seedling and cutting strength. Should see root development soon. And then move to 12 liter DWC bucket. And then we will start the clock on veg! (These past 19 days are rooting time)

Shes really coming along! I'm sipping on a cherry coca cola myself shes really quite the bush so I actually just pulled her top down about a good 2-3 inches. She seems to like defoliation better than LST but wanted to combine. Hope you guys enjoy & I strongly recommend you find this one as its already stinky on week 3 (technically 4 from germination). First plant, 174.2 grams, super excited, not real happy with how buds looked, not sure if gentics weren't the best for this one but has airy buds except for where the tops were. Still smokes good so no real complaints.
