Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! 10/2 They made it to their forever pots. Next Saturday we'll be hitting 2 months from sprout and as a whole its been a pleasure to grow these plants. They all are a very healthy green and seem to be happy. Temperatures in the region may have unexpectedly slowed them down (I grow in a basement) because temps have plummeted from around 78 with the lights on to as low as 71! I don't think they like it either. Growth has slowed with it. Never fear, space heater is here. Everything thing needs to be dialed in for the next few weeks because I want explosive growth over the next 21 days. Going to try a SST somewhere in there. Parsing through all this bro science isn't easy but it sure is fun to experiment. It allegedly gives you good root growth and provides crucial enzymes. Almost sounds too good to be true but I'm going to see how it goes regardless. I heard you can use I wide variety of seeds but alpha alpha is the only one I have on hand. Wish me luck. As for the plants: Moby= beast. I'd be a fool not to attempt to clone her. Vigorous grower and responds well to training. Not a demanding eater either, at least so far. Loving this freebie from NASC. Highly recommend them if you're in the northeast US looking for a local seed bank. GZ 1 = steady. Probably the biggest back slide if you want to call it that. Spotted some yellowing on lower leaves but they are shaded by this ones thick canopy. May not even be an issue but we keep an eye on it. Probably the biggest critic of the lowering temperatures because she's slowed down in the past 2 days. Gz2= trooper. She had a rougher upbringing and she's got a far different shape than the other two because of it. But with a little work I'm sure soon both GZ will be indistinguishable from one another. Banana daddy= forgot to take pics of her. Man have I been growing autoflowers all wrong. I may have fed this plant once. Though it should be noted that the soil I put her in was amended with alpha alpha, fish bone meal, and guano. She seems to really enjoy it so far. Not a single yellow leaf. Droopy at times though which is odd. Also some tacoing on new growth that ends up correcting itself as the leaf gets bigger. Double odd. Next time I do an auto run I'm definitely doing much less in terms of feeding and maintenance. Loving your plants too much can be deadly. Starting to figure them out though so I'm happy I did at least one. I'll post in a few days when I water my photos again.

Week 1 pretty regular giving Co2 early. Yeast method through seedling stage now with a diffuser. First cut of manifold was made 3 healthy looking plants.

Day 43 12/06/2021- Beginning of week five of flower. She should be done soon, she will also get her final feeding soon. Day 45 12/08/2021- She got her final top dress today from here on out she is on her own all I will do is water with pain water PH to 6.2-6.8 when dry. Day 47 12/10/2021- She is coming along nicely. Very frosty wish she wasn't a auto so I could of clone her for sure. Today she got a nice treat as it rain in my hometown and that's the water she got. Hoping she is ready by the end of the year. I know she looks funny but she was never topped either. Day 49 12/12/2021- End of the week, nothing new.

More humidity trouble this week, same old story lately. Added more circulation to the grow area which has been helping alot! I stopped feeding calmag and have fed 1.5g of pkbooster per 4L, gonna ramp up a bit more this week. I had some white fuzz mold on top of the soil of 2 girls, I let them dry out, scratched the surface up and watered and it didn't return which was awesome. Made me worry. A suggestion I got and was gonna use if it came back was feeding 20% milk 80% water, hasn't come to that yet. Hopefully over the week I can continue to decrease my humidity as my buds start to form! I just took down the rest of the Grape Deebo harvested last week, this is the red Deebo with green stems. The other one looks like it might have another week. I have taken off one stem as a control So enjoy some bud pr0n.

Water rainwater + epsom salt and diluted nutrients with more total water of 180 ppm ph 6.2 temperature of the 20 ° solution, gradually using more water due to the 10% runoff temperature, slightly relieving the roots without much removal, sprayed with water without ppm complement due to perspiration and water loss when it's hot, more soil around the stem "I made some abrasions around the stem that is now covered with soil in order to create more quick roots, added more mycorrhizae around to heal and root and stretch with mycorrhizae. Always covered with coconut fiber so it doesn't dry quickly without absorbing enough, I really need one more exhaust fan to pull in fresh cold / fresh air from the outside in, and limit one little use of fans since air conditioning is not part of my plans at the moment.
