At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. The situation becomes huge in this case, the plant has put a lot, a lot but a lot of body everywhere it is big it has ramifications everywhere and I hope I have cleaned enough. Dies war eine Gratis Beigabe zu meiner Bestellung. Die Freude war besonders groß als ich die Beschreibung des Strains gelesen habe :) Die Kleine hatte Probleme die Samenhülle und das -häutchen abzuzustreifen von den Keimblättern. Also habe ich ihr etwas geholfen. Sie steht jetzt in 14l Hanferde von Sonnenerde. Bin sehr gespannt, ob overhyped oder ob wirklich gute Ergebnisse hierbei herauskommen. Lasse mich gerne positiv überraschen ;) Falls jemand Ratschläge, Tipps und Tricks hat, gerne raus damit :D Ist erst mein zweiter Grow und ich habe sehr wenig Erfahrung. Bin dankbar für jeden Punkt, in dem ich mich verbessern kann!

Boring week for pics really, just watching the trichomes under a magnifying glass. It is still growing, new white pistils show up every day. Plant got so heavy it fell over so now I have to tie it up.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Great second week of flower. She’s getting a nice flower stretch. Info and photos were taken 12 days into flower. Beginning of the week was 50cm and is now at 62cm tall. That's 12cm in one week!! 👏👏👏 Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. She’s looking good and healthy. Nice lime green color going.. Plenty of new growth every where. Smell is starting to be a little noticeable but nothing stinky yet. There’s a few main colas that are standing out and stacking nicely. Haven’t done any work on her since the 12/12 defoliation. When 21 days passes I’ll give her a nice defoliation and taking away unwanted under growth. Very happy with how she turned out. Growing along quite well. Next year, bigger bags and better soil mix. Also, a little longer veg inside wouldn't hurt. Got buds starting on the three ATF's, Chemdog, Night Nurse, and one Viper Cookies. Still no signs on the big mother Lamb's Bread, which makes me wonder how big she's gonna get. Finally stopped being lazy and set up some support for them, since my training left them a little wild. Hit them again last night with neem as the little pests are back and munching away. Supposed to stay relatively dry this week, hoping the single application will last for a while. Continuing with TIger Bloom every other feeding, alternating with straight water ph around 6.

Hi Growmies, thanks for stopping by this week for another HighCloudz update ✌️ The plant has been busy growing buds and now they are not only growing in number but in size as well! The top buds are growing bigger by the day, and underneath the canopy the smaller side branches are also forming many buds. The smell is amazing. It's a bit less pepper and more sweet tones at the moment, but boy I'm excited about this terpene profile 👌 Some of the top leafs are looking tarnished because of the nitrogen burn, but luckily there are still many healthy leafs left to prevent any stagnation in growth.
