The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? I was a bit worried to use the Mars-Hydro SP250 on seedlings, but at 75cm following manufacturer recommendations everything looks perfect. Environment is under control, light, humidity, temperature, and airflow. Seedlings are not going looney and stretching for the light . Well it finally happened, the girls have outgrown the 4x4! Was mid week and was having a hard time keeping humidity below 65%. Thought of defoliating, but can't keep doing that weekly or it will shock them sooner than later. So I decided to move the front left plant to the 3x3 under the Photontek SQ300W, giving the girls in the 4x4 some much needed breathing room. Set about retraining the plants to maximise space in the big tent, and then flattened out the lonely girl in the 3x3. Crazy enough the 4x4 still looks full by end of week, and the one by itself is getting close to filling the 3x3! This could be a pretty big grow by the time we finish 🤞. Have the solo plant running on the older Autopot valves with 6mm hose, and already had one clogging issue. Seems really early on, in past would take 2-3 weeks so thinking maybe I didn't have the lines 100% clean to start. Either way easy fix just blow out the clog and flush the lines with a liter or so and back in business. Always remember to flush the on/off valve as well as the main valve in the tray. Otherwise raised the lights in 4x4 to their max height (5" from roof) and took all the slack out of the cables to keep them off the lights. Adjusted the ties on last day of the week, but things seem pretty set now in the big tent so will just be widening out the lone girl once she grows a bit more. I'm sure by end of week that tent will be packed as well!

It's been a colder week (from what i heard) sooooo Some of the bud sites have like 30-50% brown pistols while others are only having 10% this kind of coresponds with the trichromes .... If the bloody plant can't decide wheter it wants be to cut down or not i go King Solomon and do a 50/50.... let some parts with mainly white pistols grow for another week or so! It's getting dark quiet early now so let's see how if i get some more yield out of the remaining plant and maybe denser buds ... Also my balcony smells like a pine forest absolutly lovely !

Dropped the seeds in water in the afternoon, the day before yesterday. I just put them in the pots about an hour ago. I am growing 4 in a 4X4. All the seeds were split and showing just a bit of the root. I mixed about a teaspoon of Azos with the soil just where the seeds are, in the center of the pots. I mixed it into a depth of about 3 inches. I am misting with PH (6.4) adjusted water. Will grab some pics when the girls come up. It should just be a couple of days. Update for the week. It's early morning on the 9th, 5 days since planting. All 4 of these Fastberrys were up within 48 hours of going into the ground. They popped within 12 hours of each other. They have now been up for 2 days and are looking good. Still misting with just PH (6.4) adjusted water. I will mist for a couple more days and then start real watering. The first watering will include Mykos WP to help with root growth. So far off to a good start!

She's survived the burn from a few weeks ago and is getting into her stride. Roots forming well. Pale leaf canopy compared to her various sisters. My first indica, so not sure what to expect :-)

Plants in the main tent are coming along well since correcting the light intensity and run-off ppm, the one on the left is filling out now, so is the one in the middle just much slower. Not sure if I will let that one cook longer or just pull it with the rest... will see how she looks in a week. The plant on the right I spread out to take up almost half of the tent (I didn't want the spindler taking up unnecessary space) - her nugs are real nice - some foxtails and bleaching on the taller ones but for the most part looking good. Plant on the left has filled out a lot more despite its weirder more "wiry" bud structure - does't look as nice as the good plants but definitely better than the spindly plant in the middle. Big Mumma is still killing it - wondering if its getting close to flush time for her as it looks like some of her tricomes are starting to brown...

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. These girls seem to be doing well so far. How much water should I be giving them now? What nutrients should I be adding now? (I am using sohum super soil as the medium)

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment...
