The best way for me is to cut 😱😱😱 something off and lay it down. it works but still need to fine tune it a little better but amazing what you can see up close 👀 some leafes had a lot of ambers on it but the buds (not photography) are still clear so it has some way to go still. Day 41 end of week 6 of Flowering Week 6 is over Growmies what a wonderful week!!! Getting the microscope under control and starting to see the milkyway . But still a lot of clear trichomes so i will wait with flush this week . Finished trimming the GSC tonight after a 6 day dry. Buds are very sticky and the jars smell like chocolate chip cookies. Lots of 3.5G+ buds (dry). Dry weight is about 88g of buds and 17g of shake/popcorn. Granddaddy Purple #1 is still drying, GDP #2 came out to about 70 of buds and 20g of popcorn/shake. Planning to make concentrates with the shake and popcorn. Even after no cure, I have sampled both GDP and GSC. GDP is my favorite (but GDP has always been my all time favorite) but GSC smells, looks, and tastes better. Planning to let them cure 8 weeks in Amber Ball 32oz Mason Jars, hoping for good final product. Feel like I didn’t do too bad for a first grow! Learned a lot! Cherry Pie & Wedding Cake next!

Harvest Week. I hope all my North American friends had a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving. I harvested on Tuesday, so due to Thanksgiving prep. I'm late posting the harvest report. Apollo is a wonderful plant to grow. She stayed short. I tried to lst by tying down. Apollo limbs pushed up the pins many times. She is strong and resilient. After watering only 2 liters with Vit B, Recharge and Signal yesterday, I put her in the 3#x3tent in the dark. The leaves were showing the fade using up the nutrients. 11/21 is day Apollo's 71 day and 43 in flower. The harvest window per RQS is 70-75 days from seed. Apollo's buds are thick, dense, stinky citrus floral and sticky. As she hangs to dry, she is pungent and stinky. I am so proud of this grow. I didn't overfeed so I have experienced the color fade to yellow as foods are used up and the delicate colors emerge in the sugar leaves. I am very impressed with Royal Queen Seeds F1 genetics. So much so I bought Milky Way F1 and Medusa F1. I will definitely have another Apollo grow in January. Thank you @James at RQS. After hanging to dry 13 days and a little bit more trim, Smokable bud 128 g or 4,5 oz. Wow this is my best harvest and grow ever. I put her in the jars to cure. Apollo F1 had a huge base stem and was multi branching-even the side stems had side stems. The stems were sturdy. No support is needed for her branches She stayed short at 26 inches tall. I definitely pushed her on the watering. When I saw no runoff after 2.5 liters of water, I upped to 3 ltr. Then 3.5, then 1 gallon. I watered 2 liters, let the water absorb, then slowly add another 2 liters. There was a small amount of run off at the time of watering but was all gone by the next day. It could have been evaporation, but I really think it was consumption. Consumption is an indicator of yield. As densely bushy as she is, I'm estimating at least 90 grams. So for future grows, especially for very bushy plants, I will defoliate at least 2x during early and midflower to open up the canopy and let the plants bulk up more. She did show some nutrient (cal-mag) deficiency and for the next Apollo grow, I will push the feed a bit. I'm excited and a bit sad to see this grow come to an end at the same time. Vamooos familia, y es que nuestras gorillas girl de sweet seeds son increíbles, tienen un grosor de 7mm en el tallo a mitades, brutal, y eso que las tenemos en 5,5litros. Ph controlado en 6,5 tenemos humedad y temperatura dentro de los parámetros, pronto empezaremos aportar overdrive ya que es una cepa la cual sacaremos el máximo partido a las flores. Me a flipado mucho el crecimiento en si de esta sativa, tienen pocas hojas y son bastante grandes en comparación al resto.

It's HARVEST Day!!!! This plant was such a joy to grow and thanks to simpro nutrients she had grown into a little beast!!! Doing another week of flower to give time for her to dry and I'll give an accurate weight and smoke report in a couple weeks. Happy holidays growmies!!!

No issues all week steady away I might have underwatered slightly this week partly because it's been so hot! Only noticed when I hand my hands in the media for a check. Had a nice rinse with some bioenhancer. Measured the plant at its highest point 30cm but its measuring at 60cm wide and its now just a waiting game till we achieve a little height. Still not defoliated anything at all yet but looking at it if I'm to keep an even ish canopy I might want to look at it. Tho it grows very strangely. It's like it will grow a little bit here and then the next day a little bit there so it's forever looking abit lobsided middle is due for its turn tomorrow tho. I've tried to control it by spinning the plant thinking it might be down to the air circulation but it appears it's not that.

SECOND UPDATE - 27th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE (smoke report to follow) 16. Nov. 2019 - 15. Feb. 2020 - 90 Days grown from Seed - Topped at Day 22 37g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 20/2/2020 and are currently between 61-63%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. She's a beauty, her colors, her stickiness, everything. Her fade 😍😍😍She took well to late topping & nutrients, didn't show any overfeeding etc.; Lots of crystals started showing at the beginning of week 9; Started fading in Week 10 (might have been enhanced by Flawless Finish). Pink & Yellow leaves, orange hair, soooooooo many crystals. I’m in love whooooaaaaaaa 😍 Trimming her took me 2 days, never have I trimmed a plant that sticky, it's not hard, since only my 2nd grow, still... WOW 😍She was almost crumbling of glitter, very different experience from trimming the other plants. I tried collecting all her kief, just moving her from tray to tray, she lost a lot. I must say, collecting kief sucks, I don't have the right tools, it seems. Please share your trimming & collecting technique and tools. Also she lost a lot of calyxes, I was surprised there was still something on it 😱I collected those too hehe, who knows, maybe I decorate a Cannagar with it, this will be my next project. My two other plants got really dry, so I panicked and cut her stems down and put them into jars. So she had a total dry time of 6 days, if you include the 2 days in darkness. I monitored the humidity, it spiked up to 70%, that's when I took them out, spread them and aired them out for several hours. Back in the jars they sit at a comfortable 65% now, being burped and pampered every day

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. It was a great week for the 5 mainlines, they are all close to 20 inches tall, with 8 mains, and I decided to flip them all to flower today on day 49. If the ladies double in height by the end of the stretch, they should be around 40 inches tall and my lights are at 52 inches so that would give me about a foot between the canopy and the lights. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients in about a week. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent.
