OCTOBER 20 (DAY 24): Week four has begun, and I am now so completely full of questions. I’ve got preflowers on at least 2 of the 3 plants, the terminal nodes (is that right?) on all three are looking... uh... busy... lots of long, skinny growth coming out of the bud sites. I am wondering if this means it’s time to start transitioning to bloom nutes, or if I’m a little early yet. On the subject of bloom nutes..... wtf? There are so many options, and it’s hard to tell what can be used with other things and what products are supposed to be direct competitors. This is definitely going to require some trial and error. I’m also not sure what to do about the lights. Because I’m using LST on some but not all of the plants, one is significantly taller than the others (and thus closer to the lights)... this looks like a grow question. OCTOBER 21 (DAY 25): After dealing with a runaway heat problem in my tent and major height discrepancies between the LST’ed plants and the control plant, I decided to reorganize the tent... again. I’ve got my tiny tent in a nook in my bathroom, and there aren’t any ports for intake fans at the bottom of the tent (just windows), so I had been running a small intake fan shoved right up between one of the mesh intake windows and the wall. That didn’t give a ton of open air for the intake fan to draw from, so I rotated the tent 90 degrees so the intake fan has the open room air to pull from. I also raised the LST’ed plants by about 6” so the canopies of all three plants will sit roughly equal. We’ll see if this works. Τoday I fed the plants again. I’m not sure if I am going to prefer to go the FF Bembe route or the AN Big Bud/Bud Candy/Overdrive route, so I am doing a side-by-side on my LST’ed plants. Plant 3 received Bud Candy today, while plant 1 will get Bembe starting next week. I have only been feeding the plants nutes once a week. I’m wondering if I should step that up or just stick to once a week unless the plants start squawking. Any feedback would be much appreciated. TL;DR: To flower or not to flower... to feed or not to feed... to water or not to water... these are the questions. I think these autos are small enough that I should have gone with the seedling size, but I have some on the way and will report back once I give them a shot and can compare.

Wow! She has been upgraded to a 4x4 tent with 600w of flowering lights (2x Mars Hydro TSL2000; 300w each) and she is LOVING IT! Continuing on the Early Bloom nute schedule and holding a super-solid pH/EC through the end of this week. Her uptake has started to slow, so I'm thinking that she is close to being done with stretch. She is definitely going crazy with buds as it looks to me like they swell more each day. I've been very happy with her growth so far; impressed even. I'm just hoping that the increased lighting doesn't cause her to herm due to the close distance. The Runtz plant is moving along it does have a really weird growth pattern I almost wandering if I have a deformed seedling the roots are very healthy giant big white roots shorting out the bottom the pot but can’t seem to get the leaves to look healthy they are very sensitive to hum This week was very smooth sailing I topped all the plants this week.

It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. This week also included a thorough system clean, ensuring everything runs smoothly as we enter the final flowering stages. 🌿 Bud Development: Pure Magic! The bud formation across all the genetics is nothing short of incredible. Every plant is thriving, and the canopy is lush, vibrant, and full of potential. I’ve raised the PPFD to 750 for this stage, with temps steady at 25°C and RH at 63%—keeping the VPD dialed in at 1.11. Starting the week pumping only 3 didnt grew

WEEK 6 – MARCH 7 - 13 week 6 for all but the younger 24 (which is the only one that is not flowering). I'm getting frost on the DG. I sacrificed the weaker DG- it got light burn and never recovered. it was growing but sickly. . I now have a light meter and they are all getting the proper PPFD. I am increasing the nutes faster in the young 24 and it seems to be taking it. I am trying to keep an eye on my ppm. So far no signs of lock out or nute burn - I will increase the levels quicker next grow.
