Week 9 is here and we are looking at harvesting! After checking the trichomes of just the top colas, I decided this week I was going to harvest. I am updating this post after I have dried and harvested the plant so do not have much more details. I flushed the plant this week with Flora Kleen along with terpinator and microbes. I cut down the plants and hung them up in the tent to dry using a clothes hanger with clips I got off of Amazon. It took 10 days to dry the bud and my temps and humidity would fluctuate throughout the day and night. I stayed in the mid to low 70s for temperature and humidity was at 50% at first. Then I added a humidifier and had it dry in 60% humidity. Will update the rest in the harvest update.

Been a busy week! Topped and stripped quite a bit from all 4 plants, turned on the air pump or the Airdomes today since we're at 4 weeks from seed. Adding some supplemental CO2 sometime this week and hopefully get some LST in depending how fast they grow.

All looking happy, photos taken day 33 of flower. Never got around to defoliating this week, been locked in trim jail I take the photos with the lights dimmed right down, not sure how some of you get such good photos.. Happy growing ✌️

Week 3 - Sometimes You Have To Lose To again. I Made a The Sacrifice Of The Leaves So The Plant Can Redirect It’s Energy Into The Branches Attach To It.

Day 91 and all 4 plants have been on ripen for 8 days. That has helped speed up the lemon pie so I will get something from her. I spotted a good few what I think may be spring tails swimming in the res, as its near my res change and I'm flushing after that I'm not to worried about them. Pineapple express has been bulking all week and trichomes are all cloudy, she looks ace. Jack herer also bulked up a bit more, she has cloudy and a few amber trichomes, she is ready for the flush. Gorilla cookies has put on a little weight this week, her trichomes are cloudy and Amber and lots of them, she was ready to flush a few days ago really. Lemon pie the one that's looked poorly all the way through has turned into a Swan. Colours have come out nicely and bud production is coming on nicely, she could do with another 5 to 10 days before flushing but I'm finishing her with the others. 2 more days on ripen then I'm starting to flush. Buds continue to swell as the plant heads into week 8 of flower… last feeding of Gaia green 2-8–4 & worm castings was top dressed into the soil and have been feeding plain water to her ever since.

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

Hey folks and welcome to my 2021 outdoor grow diary! I hope you guys enjoy my upcoming posts and see how these ladies will end up by october! Just to break down this years grow, I will be trying new grow techniques, as last year my plants turned out like bonsais, as always, organic grow using Promix HP and Gaia Green Organic Amendments, and watering with a mixture of molasses to feed the soil microbes. So my pops got his hands on some "local growers" clones of Kings Kush cash crop, apparently it is an 80/20 Indica hybrid with a THC average of 14-23%, the smell is suppose to be like musky, peppery Kush and taste the same according to the guy that sold him the clones. Tho, I wouldn't rely on the sellers credibility, all I know is that the strain is mold resistant which is a must in the GTA and is a strong plant and has been doing well for my pops indoor grow so far. I will keep you guys updated on how his batch turns out. So I got 4 of these clones ready by May 16th and transplanted them from a 1 gal to its final 15 gal fabric pots. With that, I used Promix HP and amended the 15 gal with 2 cups of Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4 with approximately 1 cup of Gaia green power bloom and mixed well into each 15 gal pot. (About 70/30 ratio @4tbs/gal of the mixture) After the transplant was completed, I started to water the plants with dechlorinated tap water pHed to 6.5 and gave each pot about 0.5gal each of water. My plans for the next watering is to introduce blackstrap molasses at 1tbs/gal of water to start supercharging the dormant microbes in the soil! I also have to add yellow sticky strips to keep an eye on pests such as fungus gnats and spray neem oil as a PM in the soil and plant.

The plants are maturing extremly fast, the amber thricomes are apearing so fast and the flushing started to prevent to get much CBN. The BIG DAY is soon!
