My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. This new strain combines two well-received parents, Juanita la Lagrimosa (Spanish for "Juanita the Tearful") and Royal Highness, which are themselves genetic hybrids of other precursor strains: Juanita the Tearful from Queen Mother and a Mexican-Afghan blend; Royal Highness from Dance Hall and Respect 13. On and on the strains date back in agricultural time, each new variety with its own unique smell, taste, color, high and medical benefit. However, in the past decade, a goal of all this tinkering has been what some producers are starting to call “Royal Respect” with the soul of marijuana's benefits going toward both body and mind. Painkiller XL is notable for its near-equal representation of 6 percent tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and 7 percent cannabidiol (CBD), achieved by a seed that's 70 percent sativa and 30 percent indica. According to the California-based Steep Hill Cannabis Analysis Laboratory, this equalization brings to the cannabis user not just the physically healing aspects, but also the spiritually and psychologically healing benefits as well. There are other strains with very little THC and more CBD than Painkiller XL , but rare are such splendid balances. Producers of this strain say it produces a considerable amount of pain relief, with a mild, relieving mental euphoria. With a flowering time of eight weeks, the Painkiller XL seed can produce 525 to 575 grams per plant indoors. Inside, the dried yield is 400 to 450 grams per plant. Its been defoliated and now just loving life

This strain was only topped in early veg and trained a little bit with LST. After 5 weeks of veg i removed the LST cords and just let her go and what a bush she was, very fat dense heads everywhere, bottom buds also rockhard. I used no boosters just organic nutrients from start to finish in pure coco

it seems that the topping has slowed her down a bit but I hope everything goes well day 28 I reduced the frequency with which I fed the nutrients a bit

**** Week 13 growth - February 27 to March 5, 2021 - Week 4 Flower ***** This girl weathered this week better than others in the tent due to her height......some times it pays to be short😂......the light stress was less for her. She is certainly not growing a lot of bud so hope that what we do yield is fire💪 She is a pretty girl with leaves up and a very nice colour. Curl from heat is minimal or from other factors. She is starting to show some small signs of a little too much nitrogen but over all very nice. Frost production is taking off later in the week and showing good levels on fan leaves as well. Trusting there is going to be some good swelling of the buds in the weeks ahead. She took longer through transition week and I would say she is actually a good 5 days behind the other girls so she may run a little longer in flower at the end as well getting more in the 10 week range??? Time will tell. Light intensity increased this week. Pushed up to 525 watts and then to 550 watts at the end of the week. This got the a little hot by the end of the week though. Working with a new light and finding the sweet spots takes a run or two. Learning how the girls grow anyway so the whole run is a lot of learning......its all good😀 Nutrients were pushed a little at the end of last week and the start of this week so backing off a bit more again. Given that they were pushed with light intensity they started showing some signs of nutrient issues. It’s good though as there is reaction time and back off to plain water feed for a couple of days at the end of the week and into week 5. Week 5 is going to be the start of the last stage of flower feed and work with that for two weeks, then stop feeding at the end of week 6........the plan so far anyway. Mimosa is longer strain though so they may get another week.👍 Little more detail....... 64 days after i planted her seed directly in a pot outside 😱the reaper came, i hung her upside down for 6days then cut her &put her on a net to dry some more While cutting I found some little catterpillars about 5 guess that were the eggs that I found on some of the plants last week.☺️ After a few days drying on the net i weighed it:53,6gr The taste is great I'm very happy with the result catterpillars included☺️

What a week! the weather has not been very gracious to us. It has been pretty hot all day and humid at night. The majority of the day has the perfect setting but when the sun is at its peak it definitely puts a tool on the girlies. :'( We got a bigger fan to circulate air more but well have to see how that goes... Hoping for rain and some extra clouds soon!

This week hasn't really done much, recon it's the week it focuses on root system, hopefully get alot of vegetation over next few weeks.

First week of flower for this healthy and happy FFT. Really looking forward to Fastbuds releasing the names of these strains, because they all grow very differently. I'm guessing at #8 being cheese, but it will be a complete surprise on all the others. This girl is sitting pretty and taking up her designated space perfectly. A heavy defoliation on F1 opened up some tops to the light. There has been a massive growback in just 3.5 days of flower, as well as a massive stretch. I have all the headroom in the world, so I will let these maximize. All healthy, no spots or bugs, so these are just booming. They will get a final heavy defoliation on F21, and then maintenance plucking to maximize cola exposure.

SUMMARY: Switched up to Mid Bloom strength nutes this week. I have also started adding 1 tablespoon of organic blackstrap molasses per every 5L. Though some argue this is purely for use in soil to feed the bacteria there is argument that it also acts as a bloom booster due to its active ingredients. She is fattening up nicely though not many tops and so I need density from these. DAY 51 ------ Sunday 21st February 11:30 I made 5L of early bloom nutes at a pH of 5.8 and 5L of mid bloom nutes at a pH of 5.6, both made with tap water. Sunday 21st February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.2L of early bloom nutes which produced roughly 300ml runoff (25%). DAY 52 ------ Monday 22nd February 11:45 I made 5L of mid bloom nutes with rain water at a pH of 5.9. I am adding half a tablespoon of molasses to every 5L now by adding just enough boiling water to liquify the molasses and then pour it into the feed. Monday 22nd February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.4L of early bloom nutes with molasses which produced roughly 335ml runoff (24%). [22°C/55%] DAY 53 ------ Tuesday 23rd February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.4L of early bloom nutes which produced roughly 400ml runoff (29%). With the dehumidifier set to 50% RH it seems to keep it at around 50% RH though the temps between 25-30°C. If I turn the dehumidifier off the RH climbs to 60-64%. Removing more leaves will lower the humidity and I do pluck the odd one every day that is blocking light (I rotate the plants daily 25° per day to ensure all sides get a fair share of light). [25°C/50%] DAY 54 ------ Wednesday 24th February 18:30 I fed her 1.4L of early bloom nutes with molasses which produced 200ml runoff (10%). The temps have risen to 30°C due to the dehumidifier. It is currently set to 50% RH which keeps the temps around 28-30°C and the RH at around 38-40%. I have increased the setting to 65% to see if that helps lower the temp and increase the RH up to 45-50%. [30°C/40%] DAY 55 ------ Thursday 25th February 11:30 I made 10L of mid bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses (level tablespoon per 5L). 5L at a pH of 5.9 and 5L at a pH of 5.8 Thursday 25th February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.6L of mid bloom nutes which produced roughly 610ml runoff (38%%). [22°C/55%] DAY 56 ------ Friday 26th February 11:30 I made 10L of mid bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses (level tablespoon per 5L). 5L at a pH of 6.0 and 5L at a pH of 5.6. Friday 26th February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.4L of mid bloom nutes which produced roughly 420ml runoff (30%). [22°C/55%] DAY 57 ------ Saturday 27th February 18:30 I fed the NL 1.4L of mid bloom nutes which produced roughly 410ml runoff (29%). [22°C/55%]

Ladies are doing great, finally fixed the pH problem, so the lockout should be fixed. Great growth, amazingly icy buds, especially pheno #1 is looking incredible. Smells of sour cherry candy with some hints of that gelato too.

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days.
