Well she has grown some to say the least. A lot more pistils sprouting and their calyx’s swelling💪🏻.Nothing much else to report other than she seems to be doing just fine, other than a little tip burn from the addition of nutes she has taken to it all like a trooper💪🏻

Matilda has stopped making new fan leaves and started stacking on colas now. She has definitely stepped up her loudness as well. I could just sit in the tent and enjoy her complex; fruity, funky cheese, darkness all day long. I still have 4-5 weeks until I even think about harvesting.

Fantastic result, super super stinky. Potency totally exceeded my expectations. This rainbow candy cut of marmalade is soooo much better than I imagined it would be.

She has very nice smell already, I think his bloom will be very sticky and satisfying ,Already Its 5th week and she’s getting bigger and bigger.

Going great so far except the 2 Gorilla Zkittles are still a little far behind but they are starting to bounce back! Day 18 everything finally transplanted in 5 gallon pots except the hulk berry is in the 3 gallon, hopefully the 1 small gorilla zkittles hits a growth spurt soon🤞🏼

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. I had a busy week. I updated my 4" exhaust fan to a Cloudline 6" booster exhaust fan and a bigger carbon filter. I also added another mini-fan that can oscillate and I had to add a heater. Why you ask? Because I got a CO2 tank from a friend and it is recommended to have temps in between 85-95 degrees. Granted I could have used it three weeks ago but better late than never. I have a nice CO2 monitor inside the chamber and I use the internal video camera to watch the readings. I have also added some HydroGuard to help the roots. They are slightly brown and another grower recommended it. Daphni continues to grow well and has maintained her dark green color. She has also started to make pistils and they are starting to form into buds just three days after first pistil sighting. I can smell her now too. latest readings are Air Temp = 79F, Humidity = 42%, PPM = 1810, pH = 5.9. Concerning my roots, I put a black trash bag over the top of the reservoir to keep as much light out as possible. The reservoir is tan and white and I think light was getting thru.

Day 14 flower Hey Growers So day 14 of flower, I decided to defoliate as the tent was getting so overgrown. They are drying out quickly and the media is dense with roots. They are going to require daily watering very shortly. They seem quite happy and doing well. You can see in one of the pictures, the leaf edge is raised, which idk exactly what that is. I’ve decreased the light to 70% until I know how they’ll react. Other than that just put in the trellis to support the tops. Happy Growing 🌱

The weight of these buds is unknown, but the Masters of this site will be visually approximate. I have all the confidence in their knowledge in elementary physics.

Taking the top fan leaves so the sides can catch up to the main stem. Will repot next week.

Incredibly, they both gave almost the same, 70 grams each. good quality but it was below expectations I felt a difference compared to the autos in the first round. maybe my fault or genetics 🤔😅🤪
