Our sweet lady survived a week of raind and intense wind, the golden rope you see was helping the buds to stay still and to help save branches from breaking. The lady is super sugary and sticky right now, but the buds seem like they are not gonna thicken more than that. This plant has been stressed multiple times during her lifetime, from broken branches to light overdose, she has been kept away from direct sunlight since than, so this is the cause we attribute to this slower growth. Our biggest doubt is about harvest time. The buds do not seem big at all, but they look very orange and the breed's harvest is said to be in mid October, so we should start flushing! While I think we should wait untill the last week of the month, F. says i's almost time for drying. 😵😲 Looking at some pics of last year's harvest I am afraid this lady is not going to produce as much as we tought, maybe because this is our first experience with so many nutrients. Hope someone can help about harvest and buds overall look 😬😬

Plants are quite taller than I would have liked. I've been busy and haven't been able to train them as I usually would. Gave them a defoliation and tried supercropping a few of the really tall branches Sat 24: Defoliated more and supercropped a few more branches. Moved the net up and tried to tame down the height. hopefully it stops stretching soon i don't have much more vertical space. Other than that issue the plants are doing great. It looks like no issues with deficiencies or anything, The autopot is doing great.

One of the plants turned out to be male. Another one turned out to be herma. I don't think it was my fault, there was probably something wrong with the seeds. I took them both out of the cabin. We continue on our way with the remaining two plants. It was a stressful week.

*Jan26th-#plant2 was ready to cut Tuesday she's In the dry tent goon for a few days then will jar up. * Plant 1 is goin strong still. But they both are on a tap water diet till the end. We're at week 14 from seed and 8th week flower so should be done growing and filling out from here on hopefully.. Just glad the tents set up fully now with exhaust and dehumidifier so no more crazy spikes (would get up to 80% rh and 55°f .. cold and humid had me freaking out lol. But that's all sorted) All in all I'm happy with the lil test run on these, seeing how they did with minimal nutrients and light gives me hope for the next go. Still debating on running these with growdots , my next set will be with ganja farmer seeds and growdots. Should be fun may throw in a plat jelly or two aswell. We shall see once the beans get here.. Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. 11-25 I had planted 2 Granddaddy purple seeds that had been soaking in water, one for 72 hours that had no taproot, and another that had been soaking in a glass of water for 24 hours that had a 1/2" taproot. I planted both in the same spot thinking the one with no taproot would not sprout. I was wrong they both sprouted which left me with 2 sprout growing within a cm of each other. Above is a video of me actually digging out the sprout and a pic of the plant 24 hours after transplant. Looks like she will survive as well as the other.

Another good week. Watered them twice. I'm not planning on feeding them again. A little defoliation. I definitely think they are in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Still seeing some nutrient burn developing on the leaves. I don't think I watered enough through the whole grow! I'd love to hear opinions on this! Took some videos of the buds with an iPhone 12 at 6X magnification. Decent quality! Otherwise, still looking to successfully harvest these plants! Thinking about the next grow. Probably going to be Auto Strawberry Cheesecake and Auto Anesthesia. Peace!

Zum Pressen waren beide Strains super. Angenehm zum Rauchen und ertragreich. Terps sind hauptsächlich Citrusnoten.

In the second week the plant has now started to produce its first set of single bladed leafs.

After finding a couple of unseen spots of mold while chopping I meticulously went through every single crevice of each nug from both plants and removed the few spots I found, this took about 10 hours straight (not including light trim and wash). Absolutely stoked with the results of this grow and so proud to have gotten both these girls all the way to the finish line!
