It's been a beautiful strain to work with, the flowrs are definitely worth it after all this time, the quality is definitely high. However this pheno of ak420 smells very different from the other 2 phenos I've grown along with her. The flowrs are beautiful, very solid and frosty nuggets, I smoked a few little nuggets when trimming but I'm excited to taste the big buds, hope you guys enjoyed the process. I want to say that this pheno #1 has a different smell compared to the other 2 phenotypes of ak420 that you can see here on my page as well, so stay tuned guys! Overall result is very nice, good quality, strong weed, sticky, stinky. 2nd March - 64th day since germination - Last days before harvest. No feeding, just plain (Ph adjusted & CalMag) water. Think in the next days will be the lasts

Harvest day 70 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. day 35. feb 19- been slow to update, scrog was plonked on top of plant as it showed signs of height becoming a ptoblem given the other 3 plants. seems to have stalled a bit this week after application of screen but after 4 days she seems to be back in business allbeit slow in comparison to my bubblegum which was started at the same time(see other post). nutrient wise im trying to follow the bio canna schedule which is designed more for soil than my special mix which i added a BIT of soil to, as such it likes to drink a litre seemingly every 4 days. contin7ing to interchange nutes with fresh water but also not wanting to flush too much of the goidness out. 1l of nutes then ill follow with 300 and 300 ml of fresh ph'd water. also given the fact the organic nutes ph themselves in my mixing jug, im wondering what happens when i pour acid ph-downed water to my pot.. wonder whether it better to just give pure distilled at ph 7 than take water from 7.8 to 6.2 using acid to then feed the plants. *shrug*.

Added the epsom salt and calcium supplement to fix my yellowing problem and so far it’s turning it for the better!!! 😂

Pistals are browning, trics are mostly cloudy with very little amber yet (60x microscope). Leaves are still green, but fading to lighter colour now. A tiny bit more frosting is happening BLOODY Skunk! She still smells of cat piss urine and hasnt been fed anything but Flawless Finish for over a week. I suppose the amount of greenery leaf she had is keeping her fed all this time. The buds are pretty large but considering I used the entire lineup of Advanced Nutrients PH perfect and added in Terpinator, had her under 375watts of intense Vero29 COB lights and 250W of Mars Hydro epistar LEDs... I just do not understand why more frosting didnt happen. Next week will be the kill update and we will see how much WET weight she has. trichome development is coming along however I am worried that they might not make it until harvest. I will be starting 2 photoperiods along side 1 other auto on my next grow with suitable nutrients for my medium.
