Day 126. She is down. That girl lived 90 days from seed touching soil. Its part of my Control Garden for proving/finding RQS strain issue. For 3 weeks veged bag seed plant who spent 75% of his life not under direct light, sometimes even in shade and under most intense air fan , she is GOLD ! Cure day. She could go two weeks longer, but ... 96 g ;))) again, i can only look and admire. Crazy strain. Update on night shift ;)

- The trichomes photos have been taken just before the harvest. - Drying was made between 22-23°C and at 55% of humidity (3 days). - Curing before smoke test : 15 days Veg time : 31 days Flowering time : 42 days Total time from seed to harvest : 77 days Height : 26.5cm Pot size : 1.5l COMPARISON BETWEEN THE FOUR PLANTS : -------------------------------------------------- The best plant : Pound Cake - biggest plant, roots and buds. The best yield : Even if I didn't manage to trigger my scale, it's the Pound Cake. The best smell : They all smell pretty good. But the strongest smells were Pound Cake and Orange Sherbet. The best high : I can't tell, but I liked them all 😎 My favorite overall : Pound Cake👌

The time has come! Flowering has been initiated and is off to a good start, The Photoperiod is now running at 11/13 on/off and the intensity of the light has been bumped up to 60% giving me a DLI of aorund 37.5 at 30" hang height in my 2x4. As the plants where topped a bunch I have found in previous grows the stretch will not be as crazy as if I left them on their own, however the increased pot size may negate that effect, only time will tell :D I also gave them a 2nd watering as the last one was leaving the pots a bit to light. This could be their new normal 1gal one week, 2 gal the next separated by a few days. They have all been amended with a 50/50 mix of grow and bloom from Gaia, Also added in some extra Insect Frass, Yeast and Bokashi grains, mixed this all with worm castings and compost for the top dress. added the compost after mixing it into the top layer so it gives it a bit of a blanket. made a little video of it and me watering the plants on a speed run. One thing I need to find is a sprayer head that has a 70-90 degree bend on it. I'm tired of watering from overhead as my wand is straight and does not have a bend. Its made of hard plastic and was thinking I would toss the tip in the oven to soften it up and place a coat hanger though it, then bend it ever so slightly and wait for it to cool, can snip off the wire and pull it out once its all done and have a bent tip. or I can get a 2nd wand attachment for it. Just been so busy have not had time to search for it, the peppers are doing much better as well, after the defoliation from last week they where getting a bit more light but that is all gone now, the plants have taken it back. and they are in shade, the plants seem to like it more. only the one strain likes the intense light of the led's, Fatalii peppers, It might be the hottest ones I'm growing if the goronong don't measure up. The JigSaw peppers are also starting to show some of their variegation in the leaves that make them pretty to grow now they are in the shade more. and its bound to be better then pure purple leaves from the LED"s Butterwort is eating all the gnats as well. so no problem there. Will apply the nematodes later next week to kill em off in the medium. Don't want them getting trapped in the flowers. stupid little fuckers. I left out some of the extras in the water this week as it was its first topdressing, didn't want to stress it out to much, I will be topdressing every week and diving the total ammount of amendments in 4 parts. vs one big feeding at beginning of the month like its been suggested on the label, I find this helps avoid the N burn I normally see and gives them a bit better of a breakdown for flowering period. It worked really well with my G13 Labs Blue Cindy grow so I am repeating the process and will likely make this my new standard. I will also be adding in some Mg into every other water till stretch is done same with a very light feeding of molasses, I know it has been negative in past grows but going to try it out again with much smaller amounts. 1tea/pot, the extra sugars should work wonders on the Bokashi added into the soil and allow it to thrive. Plants are starting to get more of a funk to them as well, So i feel that's what was happening with the gifted plant to my parents smelling up the place, it was just entering flowering as it was not in a tent n the lighting must have been to low. And the little cuttings I did last week are fine, no roots but will soon have a bunch of little clones to go. Just in time for spring. I think that's it. After more than 100 days she was hung up to harvest 👍 Hey Guys :-) It was hung upside down in the drying tent for 10-14 days at a temperature of 18-19 degrees and 55-58% humidity before it was trimmed clean by hand and put into the glass with Boveda 62%. The glass was opened every day for 15 minutes to air and the buds were taken out individually for the first few days. Now after another week the pictures were taken then put back in the jar where they now stay complete for 4-6 days. After another 2 weeks, the Boveda 58% comes into the glass and it's perfect 💚😊. Report : As always, Dr Grinspoon from Barneys farm is top notch. The smell, the look is everything :-) . She has grown extremely tall as always but due to heavy LST she ended up at 70cm with a very good yield. The rest follows in Smoke report

Hey everyone :) Another fabulous week in the tent from the girls, they are really developing, and still shooting up in height, who knew! Think they have actually stopped now havent seen any vertical growth in last 48 hours except for side colas, girl blue is now a staggering 44"...WTF?! We have got the hangers pulled all they way up if there is anymore growth then I will have to hook the light directly to the rail to gain a couple of inches, but I think we're safe now! The girls have loved the scrog net shooting up in all directions, the canopy is a little uneven mainly because I put the net in so late and was just intended for support now I can't bend the stems in the slightest to try and pull them down a bit. Over the last week have been defoliating quite a bit on 3 of the girls, and left the one back right untouched so have something to compare to, its really hard which method is better at this stage as the virgin girl is about a week ahead due to no stress! Mainly been defoliating as the tent so packed just to ensure air flowing around and through the plants still! As the girls have gotten so big decided to up the lighting to ensure they flower as much as possible as it would be a shame to have this much success and not enough power for the plants to fully develop, we are now running the 600w bulb on overboost at 660w. Swapped on day 38. The girls have shown a slight bit of heat stress and canoeing leaves, think the heat now under control, but I am not to worried at this stage as my main focus is producing great buds. Up to about 3L per girl per feed now and the flores strength has been dropped to 3.2ml this week. Slowly staggering the flores out now for the rest of the grow before the final flush weeks to ensure as little nutrient taste as possible. I think the light tips to the leaves is a phospherous or nitrogen deficeincy with the rate the girls are flowering, generally happy though and not to concerned. A number of the burnt spots and leaves especially on the plant back right was from earlier issues in the grow but she's not been defoliated at all so all her war wounds are on show! ------GENERAL COMMENT------ Everything going well, the AK47 is much more vigorous than the BB, let's consider that she was more stressed. So i'm putting up the week timelapse, is a pain to do it but i found the result very interesting will try to put up one weekly. This week was a busy one, opted to a defoliation to be able to even the bud spots introducing a cage, and doing some LST, training to the cage to make a more flat pre flower spots in that way the flowering will be easier to control. So the plants grew in hight but was trained to be more bushy. We have a week to go or something about that then i will switch to 12-12. ------GG.AK47 COMMENT------ Vigorous growth, she was trained to even the canopy, with many bud spots.

Both girls started preflower on Tuesday and already I can see that they started stretching nicely. Scrog net will be installed by the end of this week. Week 5 13-19 Nov. 13/11 day 36 First runoff experience for girls. Loaded both pots with approx. 2.5 ltr each in 4 stages of 500-700ml. Runoff 100-150ml from each. Runoff PH 5.9. Nutrients for this watering were same as on previous week and added only calmag. Next watering possibly Friday but with new measurements. 14/11 day 37 Both 🍌💜👊 girls started preflower on same day. Xena is catching up quick to her larger sister and possibly soon they will be sharing this growing space 50/50 15-16/11 days 38-39 Just happy and healthy days 😁 nice steady growth. 17/11 day 40 Second watering for this week. 5.5l beetwen both. Runoff Ph 6.1 19/11 day 42 Most busiest day so far. Both girls got very bushy in last few days and they stretched enough to install scrog net. Before installing net applied selective defoliation on both girls. 8-10 fan leaves from each. It's the end of this amazing week 😁 Thank you all again for such a great support 🤗✌️💚

24/11 Starting off Week 2, they have finally found the gas pedal and are stepping on it! I Added a bowl of water to increase humidity and toned down my exhaust a notch, didnt think it would help that much, but boy it did help! Tent is sitting at 60-65%, at Plant Level its around 70%. Up from 45-55% which i guess definitely helps the little ones. Also increased ppfd to 350 by bringing the light a tad closer. Watering hasnt happened yet, soil still wet, will probably happen on 25 or 26. Will also start giving BioBizz BioGrow by then, though probably starting with 1ml/L instead of 2. Rootjuice and Activera will stay the same. lets see though! 25/11 Watered with 1L per plant, added 1ml/L BioGrow to ease them into the coming abuse. i ordered microbes just to give it a shot, will add them with the next watering. 27/11 Photoshooting! im happy with the growrate now. they had a slow start (or maybe im just spoiled by the banana purple punches, which i topped on day 12 lol) but theyre picking up the pace now. 29/11 Added Timelapse.
