Ok, so I forgot to take any pics on week two and holiday time week 3 came up real fast. so we are going to skip over any of the week two details. just watered em and they grew. This week we did a nice little transplant into their final 2gal pots. Fortified with a bunch of amendments and Acti-Sol, everything is listed in the video. Any question just let me know. I don't age my medium at all and I think I should start doing this to avoid some other things, I just find it hard to do it in winter time indoors as soil can be stinky with amendments and I like it to stay in the tent under the carbon filter. Medium I used is 40% coir, 30% perlite, 20% compost, 10% vermiculite and 10% worm castings. Then the amendments are added into that at the rate of 30-60ml per 1Gal of medium. This batch has Gaia 4-4-4, Gaia Insect Frass, Giaia Diatomaceous Earth, Gaia Rock Dust, Acti-Sol Seaweed Meal, Acti-Sol Shrimp/Crab Meal, Acti-Sol 4-3-2, Acti-Sol 4-6-8 and Bokashi. Nice little mix, water it in with a bit of magnesium and microbes dissolved into the water. The bokashi should help break everything down and make a bit of a acidic environment for all the meals and rock dust to become available. Roots looked good, not a dense as some runs but still nice. I feel the soil might be a bit hot so will expect some burnage on them hopefully its nothing to crazy. Will ph down with a mix of citric, malic and ascorbic acids. They are in a rate of something like 50-60%/40-30%/5-10%, its written down in my of my notes just can't find the pad ATM. Also more videos vs anything this week. I like em more but processing them is annoying AF. Side note, my lights timer was on 12/12 not 16/8 so it explains why they went into bloom, switch it back and will top the plants next week one they start to reverse their ways and get comfortable in the new pots. Also got ride of the chive seed start as it was looking sad, plus I got a bunch of European chive varieties in the mail yesterday and want to try them out. see if they really have any different taste and what ones I like better. Day 38- 18/01/22 and we are now in flowering everything is looking good I’m still cutting down the plants from my last grow Afghan kush and once I’m done with that I’ll be moving everything that isn’t chemdawg into the HPS tent!!! Day 41-21/01/22 all critical are now In hps tent!!!!

This week things have stabilised a bit, my bigger humidifier came on D26, so hopefully that will help slow transpiration a little! Not really much to report, plants are growing okay, one of them is still struggling a bit, they’ve all been topped for the second time. As I have one plant per 4ft sq, I think I might only mainline to 4 mains, haven’t decided yet! Have bought a Torus Hydro PH balancer, will see if that helps with the PH swings going forward 🧐 Happy growing guys!

This was a big girl to harvest. She came in at 417.3 g dry, which is a personal best for me. Additionally, I received 36g of nice trim for my tincture. The buds aren't the biggest I have grown, but they are some of the tightest! I really enjoyed growing this clone. She filled out the tent well using a type of SCROG to get the most out of the grow area. I dried the buds on a drying rack for 10 days, and then gave them a nice rough trim. Since this is all for personal use, I don't worry about making them pretty, just functional. She is a sticky girl, and gummed up my scissors more than once. That is a good problem to have! I put the trimmed buds in my Grove 1/2 gal bags for the cure. I have found these bags to be EXCELLENT to cure my buds. No burping is required, they preserve the terps, and keep the humidity between 58 and 62. Perfect! My best harvest to date!

she is pushing through the initial HST fimming very well. Nothing seems to slow her down. I am starting 1/4 strength nutes now to help her push through the stress. I also initiated some LST and tied her up, pulling down the branching. The fim job has produced a tripple top crown cola, top new side tops, and 2 new internodal branches, that will be tops down the line. Things are getting interesting folks! Stay tuned!

hey entering week 8 flowering, the smell is low but really nice. still struggling with plants height, i had to supper crop the bigger one as i said, then another one, and today again the last one; anyway plants look healthy and happy so i am too. day 59 update. I had to bend it over again the same two branches because the plant still try to get upper and upper.

6/6/2023 Week 9- Day 1 of Flower (Day 124 overall) (Day 63 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 3.. Just watched them be beautiful. I also did a Trichome check today things are moving along nicely. 6/7/2023 Week 9- Day 2 of Flower (Day 125 overall) I admit it I couldn't help it there were some blatant offender leaves blocking the light from some of the canopy buds so they had to go..... and when I took them I found a few more in between leaves that had to go.. so long story short some defoliation did happen.. :-) 6/8/2023 Week 9- Day 3 of Flower (Day 126 overall) Auto pilot re-engaged.. I sat back took some photos and just enjoyed how beautiful this light side and dark side thing the plants are doing The buds are almost as long as my Sharpie. I just enjoyed the nice smell coming from the tent today, and the contrast between light and dark side buds that they did. 6/12/2023 Week 9- Day 7 of Flower (Day 130 overall) Auto Pilot Day 5. These ladies are looking amazing, the fade is coming in nice purple on plant #3 and really nice yellow on #2.

NOTES: This will be the last week of flowering. Just a couple more days of flushing with the Final Solution and I'll harvest all of them before the end of the week. Then I'll hang them to dry in the same growing tent and start the drying and defoliating process. Overall everything looks pretty good and no bigger problems have occurred. Day113 (6.2.) Today is 64th day of flowering and 13th day of flushing. Day114 (7.2.) After my lights turn off today at around midnight, I'll take the timer and lights off completely and leave the plants in total dark for a day or so before cutting them off. Day115 (8.2.) Day116 (9.2.) Finally! Cutting the plants down this afternoon and hanging them to dry. So, the overall grow time from seed to harvest was 116days with 67days of flowering, with total darkness for the last 36hours before harvest.

An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.
