Been an amazing week as she’s formed her buds and now she’s coming to her final weeks she’s beginning to pack on them trichromes, showing her colour now too! Can’t wait to see them swell up and fatten! I’ll flush next week even though I don’t have to! Just hoping for some nice fades! 😉

Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Amazing week.... RQS Wedding Gelato does not strech a lot and pistils coming out nicely.... Original Sensible Seeds has amazing gentics they are so strechy except Black Ghost OG, rest of them crazyyyyyyy..... I also broke two of the sides from Gelato Original Sensible Seeds but fixed with tape and now all good lol 🤣🤣🤣 Pre flowers out and I really hope they stop growing lol. I also noticed that the Original Sensible Seeds strains have nice purple colours of the fan leave's stem. All the same fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix above and ratio. One more thing: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

Day 59, 17th of November 2021: Well, not much to mention but the most important: Pistils are coming so the flowers are on the way!!!!! Set up is the same nothing has changed: ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

Day 141 10/06/25 Tuesday Harvested the Orange Apricot Glue XL today! This run of autos I haven't done any dark period before harvest except, I managed to catch them just as lights were coming on. She has performed amazingly in consideration that she was only in a 2.5L pot. In hindsight, I now know I am able to do a SOG with small auto pots. Making for an exciting next run. Upon harvesting the OAG XL, The pungent smell of citrus, diesel and fruity twists is intoxicating. The buds are dense and compact, with formed calyx's boasting with trichomes. Wet weight on this was 427g of buds. (All wet trim gets dried in hangers and used for making butter later) To my suprise a super easer one to trim as she was mainly buds and fan leaves. She is now hanging drying in a 80x80 tent , with a small fan on low @ netted window entrance, facing down to circulate air from bottom to top. An exhausting fan with carbon filter also runs 2x a day for 1 hour. This lasted for 8days before humidity dropped to 49%. I have now put into containers to allow inner moisture to pull through now. After 3-4 more days she will have final trim and placed into Terp Loc Grove Bags to cure. Once curing I shall do a smoke report, dry bud weight, and update journal. Welcome to the second week, the plants continue to grow steadily and healthy. The temperature in the tent is a steady between 22 and 25 degree Celsius. I am beginning to add my nutrients to the water. I use Canna, I always start with the CalMag additive, and from there i add the proper nutrient for the plants current phase. Its a bit difficult to type in the exact values of what I use in the diary, so I will have it exactly written in the Week comments most likely. I prepare a 10L watering can, there i add CalMag, and after that Terra Vega. As this is the first dose for the plants, i start off easy with 8ml/10L, that water should suffice for the next two days. After that is used up, I will raise that continuously. Im happy with how they are growing. Thanks for everyone who’s tuning in and have a good day :)

Finally starting to see some roots underneath and some decent growth up top. I’ll update again after changing out the reservoirs to see if that helps with some of what I think is a nitrogen toxicity.

Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer, so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and uniform. Average frost so far. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

Did the heavy defoliation open up most of the bud sites Slight smell starting, Tropicana cookies is mild but semi sweet, absolutely insane colors to show this early on IMO, can’t wait for and result! B.P.P is more gassy and a stronger smell, having good trichome production on this plant

The two plants in the back of the tent are definitely taller because they got left outside for an additional week. The two plants in the front are flowering nicely and the back plants are making signs that they are flowering too. I did some major defoliation and the plants looked pretty lollipopped now.

1/29/24 - Beginning of week. Looked good, was planning on letting it go another week but within a day the top leaves started turning yellow all over and I started seeing amber, just a few but spread out all over the plant, so last minute decision to harvest on 1/31/24.

Noticed the purple hues come out more with the use of ice on top of the soil.
