Day 50 - Starting week 8 and gave her a feeding of nutes today. I did remove a couple more fan leaves but she is really think and don’t think I’ll be able to get her thinned out enough and not stress her out. So for now I’m just tucking the leaves as best I can. Day 51 - Did a decent defoliating today but still not enough and don’t want to do too much to stress her out so tucked as much as I could as well. Not really seeing a lot of frost yet but the buds are building up beautifully. Day 52 - Not a whole lot going on right now but again, I removed a few more leaves and tucked the rest again. Plan on giving her some water tomorrow or Thursday. Day 54 - Gave the girl a gallon of water with 7ML of cal-mag today. Didn’t do any defoliating today, just watered her and tucked some more leaves. I’m gonna be out if town for a week so won’t have any updates until next Sunday so hopefully the wife doesn’t kill her while I’m gone.

It’s now showing pistils pretty well, and I got some critical peyote from Barney farms In a napkin right now There is a little burnt tip on fan leaves I think too much nitrogen since it’s in the big pot and the leaves are dark green. But looks good happy I picked the internodes during preflower too

Aug 2: Sunday Punch EV continues to be a great plant. Third week of 12 h darkness is now done and lots of nice buds are starting to form. The buds even have their first bit of frosting showing this morning. Quite hot today but it will cool off a bit tomorrow. Aug 3: started leaving plant outside again so back up to 15.5 h of daylight here now. Continuing to use far red light at dusk as a bloom booster.

A lot of growth this week, the back right is rather spindly and tall compared to the rest so will need to train her down quite a bit I think. I have some soft ties coming in the post tomorrow so will be doing some extensive LST over the next few days, aiming to spread out taller plants and giving the shorter ones a chance to catch up. I did do some HST this week, but I botched a few up and had to add a splint to one of them. The tall one also has a couple yo-yo supports as she was leaning over a little bit. PH swings are less frequent but do happen from time to time, went as low as 4.7 PH during lights out but doesn’t seem to have affected them. I am determined to have an even canopy by the end of the transition period this time 💪

Everyone says the plants smell amazing but I can't smell them! fml. They're supposed to smell like guava candy. Just gotta rest up more till my smell is back, honestly the worst thing about covid. Started flush this week, going to flush for 10 days including a 48 hour darkness period. The darkness period is when the buds can reproduce the trichome coating. It's normally used as sunscreen for light protection but much is burned off during intense day times. This is why it's best to harvest after a period of darkness.

D71. Week five of flower and the girls are simply doing their thing. I scouted the plants today and found thrips on the second girl. I was hoping the lacewings would have gotten them all by now, but no such luck. I'll give them a week before ordering another batch. For some reason, the thrips avoid the first girl. Visually, there's also a clear difference between the two girls, with the first girl being darker and having more buds. ------------------------------ D73. I brewed a short (6 hours) compost tea today consisting of worm castings, kelp meal, neem meal, humic and fulvic acid, rock dust, biochar, and molasses. After the brew, I added homemade Bokashi juice, which lowered the pH of the tea to 6.6. Each girl got 2.5 liters of tea (5% of pot volume.) I also did another light round of defoliation, down low on the plants. ------------------------------ D75. Each girl got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with 5 ml of FFJ. The plants stretched SO MUCH after flipping them into flower that it's challenging for the light to penetrate the canopy, and it's pretty dark further down. I bought some LED grow light strips and installed them in the tent to provide additional side lighting. It's only 36 W of extra lighting, but I hope it will help to develop the numerous buds down low. I put the lights on the left side of the tent, around the first girl, since she has a lot more buds, but now that it looks like the concept works, I might get another set of lights for the right side of the tent. ------------------------------ D77. We've reached the end of the fifth week of flower, and all is well in the tent. Ahem, almost all since I still have the thrips to contend with, BUT I just put a bunch of Cucumeris predatory mites in the tent, so the war rages on. A friend suggested adding white cloth below the plants to reflect more light toward the lower buds. Sounds plausible, but I didn't have any fabric, so I went all ghetto by simply putting strips of kitchen paper on top of the scrog net. Not the most fantastic reflector material ever, but it's what I had at hand. Plus, it's easy to work with and costs next to nothing. I doubt it will make a big difference, but even a slight increase is still an increase, and I could see a visible difference in the amount of light hitting the lower canopy. Finally, each plant got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.3, with FFJ and Bokashi Juice. ------------------------------

This strain is the best thing I've ever grown in my life. It is absolutely my favorite of all. It always was, and always will be my prime top choice. It almost seems that this particular strain was created by the weed gods and designed specially for me, considering all my preferences. I had absolutely no problems growing it. The plant was beautiful, the size was ideal, the smell and the taste were just supreme, and the harvest was tremendous! Non pensavo che queste Fast Flowering potessero crescere così velocemente! E sono curioso di vedere come prenderanno spazio le radici ora che le ho travasate nei loro vasi finali! Anche qui le piccole macchie sulle foglie sono di zeolite pure 10 micrometri di Dogma Organics e il terriccio è stato preparato con il loro 4 componenti Super Soil che è una vera bomba…diversi guani, letame bovino, micorrize, vermi compost arricchito con acidi umici e fulvici, Cal Mag fatto di rocce triturate meccanicamente, ceneri arboree e febacee tritate ecc…ditemi voi se non è un Super Terriccio questo!? Unfortunate Week... Honey cream had a couple of "budrot" spots forming due to droplets of water dripping into the flower and not drying (99%humidity nights)... Thankfully those buds were cut down and she doesn't seem to be producing any more "budrot".. Apart from that, the smell is amazing on her. Power Flower is going nicely too, but seems to not have too much smell...
