05/27/2021 Its been a while but all is well, the red light only seems to have encouraged lots of new growth. But I think I'm going to stick with 25-50% blue spectrum and 100% red for the finish. I'm kind of disappointed that she has no distinguishing smell, but she was bred for resistance to PM specifically. All the good stuff will come once i have stabilized consistent PM resistance. (Work in progress) Then the good stuff will be worked in..... If needed. Ps. I do believe it will likely be 12+ weeks of flowering to finish (Hope she has a racy/trippy sativa side) fingers crossed🙏

Hello guys, Here I am again to present you a new run, still with the best leds of the market nevertheless as I changed my growing space from 120x120 to 150x150. So I had to update the material inside... I will run with 3 EVO 5-150 lamps of 320W or 960W with Bluetooth dimmers. For the Hydro system, it will be the V-SYSTEM from Alienhydroponics. In fertilizers I am always with Advanced Nutrients. I work with osmosis water. Currently, 4 clones took on 4. Once the roots are ready, I will transfer the cuttings from the propagator to the V-SYSTEM. ------------------------ since the 16/08, when I transplanted the plants in the RDWC system, I noticed some points that I will mention below and correct next time. 1. The cuttings are too small, allow enough time so that I can completely fill my pots with clay balls. 2. Cut out the bottom of the pots from the cuttings. 3. 3/4 of the cuttings are touching the water, so one is late. Next time when transplanting, add more water, up to the basket in order to immerse all the plants and not to create a difference between each one, consequence now I have 3 that are ready to explode and one that will struggle behind, problem corrected today by increasing the volume of water. 4. The b-52 is a real pain in the ass in RDWC, you have to clean the 2 filters almost every day, with this new soup I'm testing without and I think I'll continue like this just with the base sensi grow A and B, as I use Root rot X, I won't use voodoo juice since all the bacteria would be killed. 5. Use of Voodoo Juice is useless if using Root Rot X which will kill the bacteria. I don't know why but when I transplanted in the RDWC, I put my set up in growth mode, except that the plants were not ready for it, moreover, I made a FIM on each. So I lost some days, these last days I went back to a ppdf of 150, now that my roots touch the water, I declare growth 0 on 22/08, I will do between 21 and 28 days of growth. And as my roots are doing well and touching the water I'll go to a PPFD of 300 ++

The progress is visible looking at the timelapse video, which I'm happy for, considering the events of last week. It's disappointing though to see the huge difference in size between the Criticals and the GZkitzs, the Criticals are 3 times larger.

Well my lovely ladies grew wonderfully it was my first grow with LED. Definitely a little learning curve still. I ended up with about 700 g out of eight plants not too bad for the size girl over my head. The smoke is amazing smooth with a henna citrus then knock you on your butt I did harvest plants at different time so I do have different outcomes some is a little more of the knock you down while others are a little more energetic. Great girl have lots to learn will continue to post in here love you guys.

Has been a very big week in the Rando clone tent . Massive amounts of growth going on here and already getting trichomeson all the leaves . This is the same strain as my gifted plant diary. I am doing things a bit different and so far it's working . Lots of size increase on the buds and this plant is finally getting a bit of smell to it . These 4 plants I believe are way healthier that my big plant ever was and its already showing in the flower development. I dropped the nutrients to a 1/3 of the charts and haven't got any nutrient burns on the upper bud leaves . I think I hit this plants sweet spot and that's 750 to 800 ppm . Anyways they tripled in size this week so I am expecting some big things from this tent . Keep watching its just going to get better lol.

Week 5: Transplant Time & Root Power! Oh man, this was one of those weeks! We transplanted all five phenos into bigger pots, and let me tell you, they’re thriving! (Check out the complete video episode for all the details 😉). The girls are looking amazing, all pretty much the same size for now, so I don’t have any favorites yet—but let’s see what the future holds! For photos, I used both my Nikon P900 and Sony A6000, with a bunch of lenses and filters to preserve the true colors—these LEDs are powerful! Current Setup & Conditions This week, they’re still chilling with their sisters in the big tent, but in about a week, they’ll be moving into the TrolMaster ecosystem for even better environmental control. Watering: pH 6.06, EC 0.96 Temperature: A bit cold , but it is what it is. We’re facing some freezing outdoor temps (as shown last week in the frosty veggie garden pics!), yet these Runtz are holding strong like true champions. 💪❄️ Nutrition: Still on the Aptus Clean Program, with: Regulator System Clean RO Water Conditioner All-in-One Liquid Root Development: The Real MVP! Let’s go deep on roots! The mycorrhizae in the Pro-Mix soil has been working its magic, and I’m still boosting them further with a touch of Aptus Holland Mycor Mix. The root development on this transplant was insane—super white, healthy, and ready to explode with growth. What Are Mycorrhizae? The word “mycorrhiza” comes from Greek: • Myco- meaning fungus • Rhiza- meaning root Mycorrhizae are a type of beneficial fungi that form a symbiotic (mutually beneficial) relationship with plant roots. These fungi extend far beyond the root zone, creating an underground network that helps plants absorb water, nutrients, and improve overall health. This is not a single species but rather a whole category of fungi, mainly divided into: 1. Ectomycorrhizae – Live on the outside of plant roots, forming a sheath around them. Common in trees like pines and oaks. 2. Endomycorrhizae (Arbuscular Mycorrhizae, AMF) – The most beneficial for most crops and cannabis. These penetrate root cells, forming structures inside the roots that exchange nutrients. Where Are Mycorrhizae Found in Nature? Mycorrhizae naturally occur in forests, grasslands, and undisturbed soils worldwide. They play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance by helping plants access nutrients from the soil. In a natural environment, plants are constantly forming relationships with these fungi. However, in modern agriculture, excessive tilling, chemical fertilizers, and fungicides have reduced their populations, making supplementation necessary in many cases. How Do Mycorrhizae Work? Once mycorrhizae colonize a plant’s roots, they start forming an underground fungal network called the mycelium. This network extends the plant’s reach into the soil, acting as a second root system. Benefits of Mycorrhizae: ✅ Enhanced Nutrient Uptake – Mycorrhizae help plants absorb phosphorus, nitrogen, and micronutrients that would otherwise be unavailable. ✅ Improved Water Absorption – The fungal network can reach deeper into the soil than roots alone, helping plants survive drought conditions. ✅ Stronger, Healthier Roots – They promote thicker, more robust root systems, reducing transplant shock. ✅ Better Soil Structure – They produce glomalin, a protein that improves soil aggregation and helps retain moisture. ✅ Natural Pest & Disease Resistance – Healthy plants with strong mycorrhizal relationships tend to be more resistant to soil-borne pathogens. How Mycorrhizae Help in Cannabis & Gardening In controlled growing environments, using mycorrhizae is a game-changer. Since cannabis relies heavily on phosphorus, the enhanced nutrient uptake provided by mycorrhizae is especially beneficial. Best ways to apply mycorrhizae: • At transplant – Dust roots with mycorrhizae powder or mix into soil. • As a soil drench – Some liquid formulations allow fungi to colonize even after planting. • Mix into your growing medium – Using pre-amended soil like Pro-Mix HP Mycorrhizae ensures roots have early access. Pro Tip: Mycorrhizae need living roots to survive! Avoid using synthetic fungicides or excessive chemical fertilizers, as they can kill the fungi. Think of mycorrhizae as a natural root booster. They’ve been around for hundreds of millions of years, helping plants thrive in all conditions. By using them in cultivation, you’re mimicking nature, ensuring your plants grow stronger, healthier, and more resilient. When used correctly, mycorrhizae can increase yields, improve plant health, and reduce the need for synthetic inputs—making them a must-have for any serious grower! Can’t wait to see how they’ll look in the next transplant! I made a few changes to my improvised photo studio, including a pink background for now—because why not? Let’s keep things fun and full of color! 🌸📸 Massive gratitude to all our sponsors and of course, a special shoutout to Zamnesia, Plagron, and Grow Diaries for making this amazing cup happen. 🙌 And to the community—followers, supporters, lovers, haters—I love you all! ❤️ Let’s keep pushing forward, learning, and making this grow legendary! This was an amazing experience for my first grow. Was super unsure of what I was going to yield, but I think 27 grams is a realistic harvest and Im looking forward to see if I can get bit larger of a yield on the next run. I want to try main-lining, see for better energy distribution and more equal bud growth. Also investment into a proper reflector and possibly enclosed space. Note- I trimmed my plant the night before harvest morning. I removed than fan leaves to start, and then proceeded to trim the plant. I pulled out a lot of the leaves with no frost by hand. The sugar leaves had so much crystal on it I thought I would leave the smaller ones on the bud. I gave it a light trim, and used all the trim to make Isopropyl Alcahol (99%) based extract. Got about 1 gram from the run. I also had a nice little ball of finger charas from the trimming. I harvested it in the morning at about 04:30 am before the light cycle triggered at 7am. She hung and dried for about a week, where I then chopped her into buds. She cured for 2 weeks before i started smoking. Ask anything you want to know! Or if I can be more clear on any areas of the grow! One Love!

There we go, now the diary is all sorted out and the weeks are accurate. Pistils still poppin'! Starting to get the first few brown pistils to show up on the low low plant buds. Tops are still filling out. I might as well raise the dimmer to 10. It's been on 9 about 11 inches from the tops of the plants. I dialed it back to perhaps reduce the stress from the hot dose of nutes. They burnt up pretty good but still rocking! Hopefully the next run i can keep them pretty for the full crop! haha The Nutrient mix i listed is not a feed chart regiment. I've had to dial it back a bit because of the high ppm of my tap water which caused me to give them a hot 2500ppm feed one day and they freaked out lol. So now i test my ppm and i try to keep it around 1000, to 1250ppm MAX Next crop I plan on doing some experimenting. I'm going to grow 3 strains. I want to do a diary for each strain and I'm going to experiment with some different nutrients (Remo Nutrients) and I'm going to do side by side comparisons with Hygrozyme and HygroBen, as well as Resin by Green Planet Nutrients. Next Strains will be; #1 Female Seeds "Lemon Kush" (2 plants) Clones #2 Barney's Farm "Biscotti Mintz" (3 plants) Clones #3 Expert Seeds "Oreoz" (3 plants) Clones 1 of each plant will be treated with Mykos Fungi, Hygrozyme Enzymatic root enhancer, and HygroBen which is beneficial bacteria. So we can draw a side by side comparison of each treated vs. non treated plant to see if Resin really does increase resin output, and if the plants health, vigour and growth are affected in a significant way. These plants on Oct 31, are 42 days into their flowering cycle. I expect them to finish near end of November. Nov 15 i will cut clones off my mother's and prepare for the mid winter run.
