D78/FD50 - Apologies, a week late on my report. So, the Cookies are being a bit of a dick really!!! The Cheese is striking them and trying to take a few wee bits here and there to save the crop but dont know if I am being agressive enough...Time will tell!!! Tried a bit of Cinnamon around the affected buds and it does appear to stop the rot on contact but don't know how it will impact them. Will continue to monitor... **Update** D84/FD56 - Cookies have become a real problem...Partial harvest time!!! Taking what looks to be "ripe enough" off the girls and leaving some lower buds to mature...hopefully they've not been too impacted. Had some real obvious ones that had to go and though I had some nice keepers, until I started trimming them down for the box to dry and random buds in the bunch had wee bits of grey mold at the stem!! Mild but just not doing it!!! Total bastard!!! Lost about 3-4oz (expected dry weight) easy!!! So no trim kept, all binned or burnt! All a bit of a ballache but, what can you do!!! Anyway, happy growing all!!! 💪

Lots of smells have become their own... The fried banana has this crazy skunk smell with a real earth dirt smell once the skunk fades... The orange cake NO kidding, smells like a fresh peeled orange and some kind of batter smell... It's nuts... The big Z has the immediate Skittles blast with a earthy afternote... And the paint is just like the last one and smells real chemical like! When u say the name it makes u smell the paint... Is that just me???? Hahaha anyways... Thats what I got .. everything is going amazing and for day 37 I think they've filled out real nice... Now hopefully they fatten up in the next 20-30 days!!!!

Day 35 - Light defoliation for this girl! I'm thinking i'll put a bucket under her pot, to get the canopy closer to the light! She's trained out nice and flat, and won't be getting much taller... I think she will benefit from being closer to the 1000PAR mark at this stage of flower!

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. * Buds progressing good, no deficiencies except stomper #1 with burn tips , no stretch except stomper #3 the stressed one ( 👈 check week 3), SODK looking good 5 days later though. * LST stopped at day 35 ,🔅 lights still 24/7. Temps steady at 25 c° and humidity 50-60%. * Day 39 watering 1l /pot with active vera, EMs and co2 tablet. 🔅Lights 20h -> Days 38-39 Trying to control VPD, maybe 🤔 transpiration in the lasts weeks wasn't on good levels and missed some stretch.!? We ll try to understand what we missed or it's just the genetics under these circumstances! ⚠️ So Day 42 end of week 6, had low temps and high humidity later this week. As we cant check the grow tent all day except few hours per day we've missed some highs and lows of the temps and humidity but overall we were ok. Today I spread eggshells and baking soda on the surface of the floor. I watered until wastewater came out and then immediately measured the pH. #1 drain ph 6.5 #2 drain ph 7 for both looking so sick, the pistils extremely large and resinous🤩 (Day 58) The baking powder probably didn't do them any good.But they look very good and are covered in trichomes.Even the stems where the buds begin are covered with trichomes. (Day 60) Watered 2500ml water and removed some dying leaves.(Day 62)

Day 28- business as usual. May top dress end of this week, not sure. But smells and trichs are setting up and no signs of deficiencies. I probably could push them more but it’s all good for now. Day 30- ditched the trellis and did a heavier defol as the humidity would reach 73 with lights off. See if we can get some better airflow and fatter lowers.

WEEK 4 — Lemon OG in Bloom Mode 🍋 The girls have officially passed the stretch and are now focusing all their energy on flower production. Bud development is progressing well, and overall health is solid. Today was feeding day — full program again. To support healthy bloom development and address early signs of calcium/magnesium deficiency (visible on one of the bigger plants), I slightly adjusted the recipe: 💧 Feeding mix (15 L water total): • 60 ml Biobizz Bloom • 20 ml Topmax • 30 ml Effective Microorganisms (EM) • ~50 ml Molasses (for pH adjustment, target 6.2) • 20 ml CalMag • 1.6 g Epsom salt (for magnesium support) The canopy is dense and vibrant green. Some lower pruning was done earlier this week to improve airflow and light penetration. One plant is under observation due to suspicious growth, but nothing critical so far.
