Day 51 - Deficiencies have gotten a bit out of hand the previous few days. Looking at the leaves I was thinking maybe calcium and magnesium deficiency, but it doesn't really make sense to me because I had: 1. Given a decent feeding with the Aptus cal-mag solution. 2. Calcium was already in the soil (pre-fertilized) 3. There is more often too much calcium in soil than too little. 4. There is a not insignificant amount of calcium in the water I use (causes limescale in a lot of things) So my guess is instead of calcium deficiency, I'm seeing next to some magnesium deficiency, a deficiency of phosphorus. So a couple of days ago I gave the plant FloraBloom which has both phosphorus and magnesium but no nitrogen or calcium. Today (two days later), the leaves are now feeling a lot less dry / crunchy, which was a supposed symptom of phosphorus deficiency. I expect to need to wait about two more weeks before harvesting. Maybe around 10 days. The trichomes are still fairly glassy although there's some cloudiness. Pistils are still mainly white though, so I'm expecting some fattening to happen. I don't really like feeding the plants at this point (short before harvest), but the deficiencies were severe enough to me that I'll keep giving FloraBloom this week. Next week I might stop depending on where the trichomes are at. Smell is excellent, I definitely now understand where the 'mandarin' name comes from. Very similar to a mandarin smell now. Other than the phosphorus / magnesium issue, the plants seems to be doing well.

Es una variedad que como te descuides también crece bastante, controlamos los parámetros de la temperatura y la humedad en lo establecido, 0 problemas en ese aspecto. Veremos cómo reaccionas esta próxima semana al overdrive y si notamos ya las diferencias.

Mandarin XL auto is experiencing a solution that is too strong. She has mutated some. I diluted out a gallon of solution and brought the tds down some. Hopefully enough. I will find out in the days to come. Nothing else to report beyond that. Day 44, 30th of October 2020: Here we go I am back from holiday this girl grew a lot. The first 6 pictures before LST and the rest is after picture. I switches the light to 12/12 from tomorrow and leave her in darkness for one day from now. She has got already some smell also... ;) I have ordered and extraction fan kit so with filter it will be used soon. Berry Bomb am ehesten.Seine Buds erinnern an die Fülle einer Himbeere. Ich hoffe es ist so fruchtig wie beschrieben. Dann habe ich begonnen meinen eigenen Biodünger selber herzustellen aus Kaffeesatz,Bananenschalen und Eierschale. Bin gespannt wie es den Mädels schmeckt. Auf jeden Fall ist es um einiges günstiger und schnell verfügbar da ich Hühner habe und immer frische Eier. Hühnermist habe ich auch und abgelagerten Pferdemist.Nur das beste für die Süßen. Bald geht es zur Ernte zu.Habe mir Canna Flush bestellt und werde es zu gegebenen Zeitpunkt anwenden. Zumindest habe ich alle gegeben und hoffe die Damen tun es auch.

With the last heat wave, I had an answer to one of my questions, clearly my chiller is not doing the trick. I have water temperatures that went up to 27°, which is way too much, the plants deprived of oxygen, started to declare several deficiencies due to an assimilation slowed by the lack of oxygen. It is then that a nasty fungus came to say bijour, it is me MR pythium! It was necessary to act, at the risk of having to restart the culture. So I applied hydrogen peroxide and ROOT ROT X, and both products are doing harm to this nasty pythium, things are now back to normal. On the other hand, the plants had a decreased growth for 10 to 15 days, so I'm going to extend my growth for 10 to 20 days, that is to say 1 or 2 soups, I'll choose according to the root development of the plants. Before going to flowering, I have to catch up this delay in order to make a nice crop.

New "Power Buds" and Green Sensation, SR, and idk why but I added Terpinator. And, its not an ideal nutrient to use in a sensitive range where PH mistakes cause big issues. She did do good this week but, this is the last of good week. As Co2 growing with young plants is new to me. My co2 is too high and lux is too low, I've taken out Runtz and put GDP auto back at floor. It was my first cultivation. I learned a lot and will learn a lot more with the next ones. I understood that intervening on the plant requires a certain experience. In fact, of the three plants, this is the one that has grown best (and has not received any intervention). Easy cultivation ... great result!

This beautiful girl easily coped with stress, now she has become a giant, she feels very well 🌋😍💚
