Here we gooooo! We are headed i to weel seven going strong! This plant here is definitely taking her time to flower, starting to produce thriclomes! Im not too sure if I stunned her in week 5. How ever this is a Sativa dominant hybrid. I've learned that sativas have a bit longer of a flowering time! Im thinking we have 3 to 4 more weeks of flower to go! Still keeping my main focus on keeping the plant healthy and fed! With a great flowering environment, vpd, humidity. I did have a few colder days last week so I was a bit worried about the fluxation in heat, but shes doing well! Much love and happy growing! Pure Ice cream clone is doing great. She is getting fully acclimated to the bigger potter. She has started to grow more so the roots have been making progress. I will be switching her to flowering in 2 to 3 weeks. Everything has been going good. A hub of activity in the Fastbuds closet. All lower branches tied down, defoliation. Hit them with Shogun Geisha foliar a few days ago, and an application of Athena Stack ( Foliar) a day later. As far as I can see, they are thriving. Got another two (orange sherbet/gorilla cookies) which are 3-4 weeks younger. Germinated in soil, a first for me. Leaving the gorilla to do its thing, maybe defoliation/lollipop. The Sherbet is being put through a true mainline. The Shogun line is surprising me, I’m used to dry amendments/organics but it’s been so easy to follow their feed chart calculator on the website. Signs of pre flower showing on all of them , I’m expecting the stretch soon.

She is very frosty and almost ready for harvest.

30/06/2022 - Day 42 - First day of the 7th week. Main stem bended and lost one of the lowest lower branches because of some traumatic events due to a strong windy day. What up family sorry for the late update, was out of town for the past week. Wow what a site when I opened the tent to plants that have tripled in size easily. They're just start the flower period so I'll switch the Nutrients over to Athena Bloom A & B as well as a P & K booster. They got a light defoliation before I left even though you can't tell, I'll be doing some more this week and doing a little lollipopping. All in all super excited for the flower period. Happy Growing

Buds have really filled in over the weeks and I'm guessing another solid week to finish this girl off! Excited for the pollination done to certain branches to keep this lineage going!

OK, we’re getting pretty damn close. I definitely toasted a couple of the taller spears with a new lightbulb. The damage seems to be to the fan leaves and some of the sugar leaves, the buds seem to be spared of any damage. I reduce the nutrients to zero to flush yesterday. I’m hoping they’ll be ready to harvest in a couple three days. The tricombs are still Mostly white and clear, very little if any brown yet. I figure I’ll wack them at 50-50 brown Here is a question for some more experienced growers that might read this. I have read that when buds are light stressed they will make a bud on a bud. I’ll put a couple pictures of this here. Is this what they are talking about? Peace,Take care of each other, and give me the patience to last another week.

What a joy this grow has been. She was a real beauty. Absolute joy to grow...strong branches but she likes to stretch a lot. I knew wat to expect. I have grown Lemon Kush outdoors 3 times. The scrog this year was the perfect solution. I will not grow her again outdoors. This was my first time to see her finish. Seeing her flower this year, she just needs the warmth in the end. The climate here rarely offers that. I must say the dense flowers are amazing also size and yield is incredible. Update about that later. Trichomes were underdeveloped. I had to harvest early because of mould. The last 3 weeks of flower the temperatures were very low 10-15 C daytime and very very wet. I believe this stunted the plants. They made a full stop in development and exploded again in the last week. 3 days of sun did more than the 2 weeks before. Weather forecast were bad so big buds were harvested 25 september. We eventually had more sun than expected and bottom half was left until 2 october. That week made sooo much difference!! Those bottom buds finally developed some nice trichomes and turned purple. Of course I wish the big buds could have enjoyed the sunshine during that last week as well. Most of you will know, being an outdoor grower...Every year is about compromises. This year was so hot during growth and cold and wet in bloom that mould was unstoppable. After all I am very pleased with this grow and cant wait to taste some of this. Probably needs al long cure though to bring back that lemon scent. Almost seems like all that the rain washed the scent right off her😪 Keep growing y'all!
