So Friday will be day 70. I messed up a lot, did lst and used big pots so I'm thinking these might go 3-5 more weeks. They smelled so amazing a few times today though. First the purple punch, then the sour diesel, then the girl scout cookies, each gave off aromas one after the other a few times today. The purple punch smalls so sweet and delicious.

The plants seem to develop quite well so far. Nice big leaves

They are stretching a little bit but they should balance out. If they don’t turn out good I might just do clones but it has been a fun experiment

Very saddened by the turn of events, 3 herms, 2 different grow environments, but each tent had another strain growing along with it. No seeds or problems with the Cookies strain… I had no power outages, no light leaks, no schedule changes, and performed relatively little defoliation during flower. To me, this cannot be attributed to stress, as they showed no sign of stress or deficiency’s throughout the grow. Long story short, booooooo.

Performed as advertised, some bud rot bear harvest on #1 but two weeks of fog 8 hours a day will do that. Although in saying that, #2 had zero rot or WPM, so that's pretty impressive considering the season IMO. Harvested after 7 weeks flower, but they were showing reds and wanted to avoid any more issues due to crappy weather. Harvest totals Plant #1. 295g bud and 270g trim Plant #2. 476g bud and 200g trim All fan leaves were removed before drying so trim is mostly sugar leaves packed with THC. Great for hash 👍

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Had a little toxicity last week flushed and recovering this week.

started with lockout but then the weed fairy came by and the plant produced major colas lmao

So I had a little less nutrient last week then i needed. Def a calcium deficiency. I think it's clearing up but this plant has spot all over it. I changed the water, gave it the right amount of nutrients and a little exra hydrated lime for calcium. Hydro is hard. I hoping It's not sick. I hope It doesn't get the other plants sick. Just a few weeks left.

Chopped on day 98 Produced 27.3 grams (0.98 ounces) of very compact and moderately dense nugs. Very frosty and very pungent. Very simple trimming with the bud structure compared to other strains. It reminds me a bit of their Opium strain (obviously this is their black opium strain so I'm sure it shares a parent), as well as their rapier strain. I've smoked all 3 and they all have a similar scent and taste. I do enjoy it. I've only tested one nug, and will of course update the review once they have cured for about 50 or so days.
