Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. New week! Tips and help from last week, I had around 1500 ppm and I did flush my roots in water and change everything. Now is around 1000 ppm and dropping 150 ppm a day. Did read about water level in DWC and how to increase the grow with water. I had the water almost up to the root or the level of there the basket is. Now I have 1-2 inch (2-5 cm) below where the roots come out. This create air roots. I'm not sure if it's the air roots or the ppm but my flower is boosting. Can se buds grow!! Trimming so I can keep the same hight. Have any tips or rekomandation? Only have one question for next week and this is: it's looking a bit thigth between the buds and all of the leaf is cristal on it. Should I cut some more leaf? And what leaf should I trim? Is so thigth in there. Or will it grow fine?

Our Zamnesia Slurricane has reached 16 buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they'll go into flowering. She's a plant with a low internodal distance, they're not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but you just need to let them grow a little and not go into flowering straight away to get an excellent result anyway. As a general rule but very general plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of the techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance which are very easy to handle, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent dimensions even if worked with techniques that keep them low. The Topping worked very very well the plant at the moment of topping went into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilizer for growth but it was about to go into crisis, so we're starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below. The ideal when topping is probably to start with a soil fertilized with gradual release or to start preparing the soil for a period that is at least enough for the vegetative phase at most by adding a bit of alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. Still see a few white hairs growing out and the buds look a bit bigger. Plants are fading and looking good. The beginning of the week will be the last time I feed nutes. Ciao a tutti, aggiornamento alla quinta settimana, le due golosa durante la quarta sono cresciute molto raddoppiando. Ho fatto un topping alla #3 mentre ho applicato LST alla #2, essendo più cespugliosa la luce penetrerà meglio. Infine ho usato zeolite per fare prevenzione. Per il momento non mostrano carenze e stanno rispondendo bene agli stress. Buon cultivo 🌱

July 19: second week of force flowering for Sunday Punch EV. She is a very robust and fast growing plant that can handle the cool overnight temperatures that we get here sometimes. July 21: still looking great and maybe starting to smell a bit. But that’s outdoors, with my general lack of dope smell awareness, so it would likely smell indoors to most people. That sentence sort of makes sense. July 23: added another loose Scrog net layer and using water bottles as weights to open up the canopy. July 25: watering yesterday included some water leftover from steaming beets. Seems that contained a lot of N because they’re looking really green today.
