1st week of transition in the books and they continue to advance slowly, albeit with limited signs of the start of stretch. Side branching development continues to be a challenge with the excessive fan leaf growth - it’s like the plant is just pushing all its resources into making bigger leaves so it’s been a constant battle to cut back the growth that keeps overshadowing the lowers. We’ll see where it goes but I remain unimpressed with overall growth characteristics. No deficiency issues and plants have yet to sexually mature to determine gender and final count. Alls good👍.

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

Heeeey all! Sorry for the extremely slow update! The past few weeks have been crazy for me! 😱 This week I made a lot of defoliation and decided to be somewhat greedy. I'll let the plants grow a bit more so they'll stretch well during flower! So while I defoliate I'll allow the plants to recover properly! 💪 Near the end of the week I also made another mistake with Roko (poor baby! 😭). I broke another of the stems (the one that divided the plant in two, right in the middle) and I feared the worst! But so far the plant kept growing without any problems. I'm still thinking a name for my 4th baby, she has surprised me greatly and I didn't notice how many new branches had grown until I defoliated her and I'm sure she'll deliver some great buds! 😍 Anyway everyone, this is all for now. 6/20/21 - They look great! On track and the stretch has stopped completely. See pics and video from today… 6/21/21 - Day 30 of flower! Half way there :) They’ve been drinking water without any runoff coming out of the pots. Also the stretch has stopped and they look good. 6/22/21 - On track. Good size buds and a good smell. Excited for harvest! The room is filling up with flowers. 6/23/21 - I am still feeding with the nutrients listed above which is Week 9 on the schedule. 6/24/21 - We are very happy with the growth and bud size. They look and smell great! 6/25/21 - They are doing well. Just flowering away. I’ll post pics soon. Other than feeding them I am just letting the plants flower. No techniques being used. 6/26/21 - I missed a week on the feeding schedule and gave it straight water. I’m going to run Week 9 again and go from there.

All I can say is that this thing is a beast. She likely only has a week or two left so I did one last small top dress with dry amendments as well as some ewc and super soil to top it off. Cant wait to watch this girl really fatten up. She’s already having trouble holding up the colas. 😎🍿🍻🌱

In 2 Tagen werde ich ernten! 😎 Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit die grow, es war mein erster Versuch eine Automatic toppen, scroggen und zu biegen. Die Northern Lights ist eine robuste Pflanze die bei optimalen Bedingungen sich gut von solchen Eingriffen erholt. Sie ist den letzten Tagen sehr gelb geworden, braucht nur noch alle 3 Tage Wasser. Der Geruch ist mild süß aromatisch.

Week 9 of flowering, Day 92 = the smell is incredible a. the buds are smelling very sweet, and still growing very large b. we are in the home stretch c. the trichomes are very milky d. the DWC is half full of 1620ppm nutrients at 6.5PH, I am cutting it in half with Mineral Water to finish the maturing process e. stigmas are changing color very rapidly, and the smell is incredibly strong Day 93 - WOW! The smell is becoming very intense a. we do not have a carbon filter on this box as it is out in our barn, but holy cow when we walk about 5 meters from the barn we can smell it strong b. added 4L of mineral water to the DWC to cut the Ripen down c. the buds are maturing fast! this will be harvested around day 100/101/102 d. for this week we are moving light to 11/13 Day 94 - resin explosions everywhere a. the light switch always makes more resin appear, and causes white stigmas to turn pink/orange b. she has slowed down her drinking a bit c. tomorrow the DWC will be pumped out, and 10L of water with FloraKleen will be added for 2 days Day 95 - trichomes look wonderful! a. 100x microscope shows really nice trichome development, majority milky white, with some amber, a few clear which should go white/amber in the next few days, and while drying. b. installed FloraKleen at 3ml/L with 10L of mineral water, will keep FloraKleen in for 2 days, then remove c. the pistils are all turning red/orange and brown Day 96 - growing well a. the buds continue to fully mature, the pistils are changing rapidly, and there are very few clear trichomes anywhere I look b. she is drinking less and less, her life is coming to an end I see, i constantly remove dead curled up leaves from her Day 97 - maturing, and smelling awesome a. i uploaded a video of the buds b. the trichomes are all milky white, and a probably 5-10% amber, they are SO greasy! Just like Girl Scout Cookies! c. installed a dehumidifier into the tent, it works well Day 98 - she is in the harvest window a. what a great plant to grow, 95% pistils are orange/red/brown and trichomes are 90% milky, 5% amber and a few clears here and there b. I am removing some leaves today to open her up a bit c. I think we will go another week, I will be in Geneva, so hopefully she will eat her leaves!

ok so i defoilated the girls this week to push the light through the canaopy better will be keeping a close eye on these has they progress but looking good so far had no problems with any deffieciencies has of yet hope not spoken to early lol excited to see how the grow progresses also increased feed scehdule all feed is based on mee using a 15 litre mixing bucket so 10ml/15 litre etc will increase if plants shows signs of needing more food ive learned with growing less is more when comes to nutrients
