Very good week for the Jelly Rancher plant. The JR plant went from 3 inches to 6-1/2 inches. So 3.5 inches of growth this week...not too bad. No issues so far 😬. I pruned the plant just a little this week, took of the first, second and third set of leaves off. Not any branches just the leaves. The second and third set of leaves just get in the way...get covered in soil as they grow and not really all that useful so I just get them out of the way. Onto week 4 😁.

Thought these girls had a lot longer to go than they did. They had some white pistils still so I hadn’t even checked trichomes. When I checked they looked how I wanted them, but I waited about 6 more days when the pistils had also went all orange. I think it was 7/1 that I took them down. They hung for 10 days in the dark at about 60/72 (couldn’t get temp down anymore). Then I got to trimming and also trying to get rid of any stupid hairs from the ninja cat incident. I got like 98%. With my phone camera I can see a couple I still need to get. Ugh. Never again. This weed is hairy enough on its own lol. Makes the whole thing look orange. Plant 1- 125g Plant 2- 113g Buds only. No trim counted

Needing cleaned up again

Another week with 100 degree days and hazardous air. I'm noticing an explosion of new hairs. This is my second grow so I've never seen this. I'm assuming it's some final push but have no idea what to expect in swell. No idea how long it will last. As of Friday, pistals still white. Trichomes starting to cloud. I notice the new hairs having 8 new hairs at a time which means thry still have to grow into a clump of calyxes. Proper feeding is so important. My first crop didn't swell. Underfed and stressed environmentally near the end.

Week 3 ( 28 Jan 2020 - 04 Feb 2020 ) 29 Jan 2020, day 15 It's third week for my small grow room :) I'd say everything is fine, like 7/10 fine ;) One plant shows signs of a problem - leaves are twisting. Beside that there is nothing else to be worried about. I also increased the light distance from the plants and reduced nuts a little. In the same time I switched the light mode to full spectrum. Hope it will do. Done some LST as well, bended plants away from the light, hoping that it will affect their final height. Now I'm running three humidifiers :D :D two controlled by higrostat, one on a timer. Keeping optimal Rh is a challenge here. 3 Feb 2020, day 20 Third week is comming to the end. Now it became noticable how much faster than other strains White Widow is :) It outrunned other plant : +speed autos, Cream Caramel and Old Mandarine with about twice their height ! :) It now is a challange to keep all the plants at the same distance from the light like the others. I will try to bend White Widow down a little next week :) Beside that, everything seem to be perfect. Wish me luck! Will keep ya posted :) Wish me luck and may the luck be with you !

This is the start of week 9, just feeding the plants just ph water. Been noticing the tips yellowing and curling and a little brown. So we are thinking it's just over nutrients. Ppm is based at recommended amount from manufacturer, but might be high for this strain. I noticed some of the sugar leaves have some terpines starting to come. It's like a twinkling vampire, lol.

Week 9 - Day 58 - 02/23 to 2/28 2021 All phone pictures. New lights killing it. Great Candy/Citrus smell to it / Very similar to the Dark Devil beside it in profile/build structure. Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. Still clear signs of the Tobacco Mosaic/Genetic issue in the leaves but clearly not affecting anything else, might tip the top of the bud when i start the flush to have it back build on itself and see how dense I can make it once it's dried. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil. Auto Lemon is soooo close to harvest. Buds are frosty, hairs are orange, she stinks really strong, the trichs are milky white, but no amber yet. Trying to wait for amber trichs. Gave her Recharge only in anticipation of flushing soon. 👍

For each branch, I left two nodes to ensure strong, healthy growth while encouraging a bushier canopy. Why Top Branches? Topping isn’t just for the main stem—it’s an essential technique for creating an even canopy and increasing yield potential: 1. Encourages Lateral Growth: By removing the top of a branch, the plant redirects its energy into the remaining nodes, encouraging side shoots to grow and fill out. 2. nutrient change 7/18 had to remove scrog net was too difficult trying to move around their to change it out. Another week of explosive growth almost 2 feet tall already and starting to fill up the whole area already. Switched the light to bloom almost out room to move my light up.

Another great week of bud growth and terpenes production. Think I'll be finished half was through week 9, or at the end of week 9. So far no signs of any hermaphrodite traits. Wish I started flower with a little less light intensity, as I feel that's caused the buds near the top to slightly fox tail, as the ones lower down look abit of a better shape, although smaller.

Week #9 of flowering is done, great week this week, still inching closer and closer to harvest day, all of the ladies except for the largest will start their flush today, I’d like to push that out to atleast 10-14 days if possible, this will insure I get a beautiful fade into harvest as well as mouth watering tastes and aromas coming off this flower, however with using final phase I’ve learned I can execute a proper and tasty flush in just 7 days if needed. Everyday I feel the smells are getting more and more intense becoming a hassle for my 4” carbon filter to keep up. Hopefully we continue to finish strong this last week or two! It will be exciting 😍
