The plant is evolving good so far. She increased her size and the water uptake. The weather this week was a bit mild, at approximately 22-23 celcius. The buds and sugar leaves start to grow a mild purple from the inside out and I'm looking forward to some resinous purple buds

17.3.25: So I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with 4ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids. I have really overdone the nutrients, I got carried away 😅 To try and rectify the situation, I've cut everything out except Cal-Mag amino acids. I will try to just stick to this with some Biosys, but I'm running out of that now, too. Anyway, with Or Without, I'm sure it'll balance out. Fingers crossed 🤞

In Italia i cambiamenti climatici sono molto evidenti, questo mese di maggio è stato come aprile cioè pioggia incessante ogni giorno e temperature pazze con sbalzi assurdi ma nonostante ciò le bellissime dutchfem autofiorenti continuano a crescere in maniera abbondante, rapida e compatte. Ero preoccupato per il terreno troppo bagnato ma per fortuna non hanno minimamente stressato o rallentato la crescita di queste varietà autofiorenti così adatte ad ogni esigenza. Alcune sono già in pre fioritura e massimo tra dieci giorni la fioritura sarà evidente. Il meteo migliorerà tra una settimana circa e quindi con il caldo estivo forte italiano queste varietà non faranno che fiorire in maniera massiccia come ogni anno saranno risultati indimenticabili soprattutto in outdoor biologico. Alcune sono state morse da lumache che spesso tentano di mangiare le foglie ma non hanno ottenuto nulla, queste piante si difendono bene. I nutrienti a lenta cessione è risultato inutile con la pioggia incessante si è sciolto subito ma non è un problema perché il terreno è molto equilibrato e nutrito da anni. Verranno nutrite a fioritura inoltrata,per ora crescono abbastanza rapide e non hanno bisogno di ulteriori attenzioni. Hanno circa sei internodi alcune quindi la fioritura magica a breve inizieranno tutte insieme come una sinfonia musicale!

1-sept: The dead spots on the leaves are due to my clumsiness; I have dropped nutrient water on her by mistake. I have a very small tent so I'm glad she's growing short and not stretching like the first week. The thing that surprises me is that she has already started to emit the smell we all know to love. But gotta stay stealth. I'll be adding a carbon filter to the extraction fan by the end of this week. Peace. Fingers crossed.

Week 15 - August 09, 2020 -Day 99 08/09: We’re almost at the end. I gave Aaliyah her first watering with plain water. I’m planning on chopping the top colas off of her in a week. Hopefully I can get something out of the lower growth that isn’t getting any light right now. Alexis is coming down in two and Annie in three. Annie has some damage due to the light, but she is hanging in there. Alexis looks the healthiest overall. She stayed pretty compact, so light is still able to reach her lower parts. I think I could’ve had a better grow overall if I would have stuck with using only 3-gallon pots. [General notes: The nutrients on the diary are based off what I’m giving Aaliyah. Alexis is on the previous weeks schedule and Annie in the schedule from two weeks ago.]

18.08.21 Moin liebe growmies habe diese woche (14.08.21)mit der Umstellung auf 12/12 begonnen und gestern nochmal Nach justiert um die Höhe gleichmäßig zu halten und dabei ist mir eine unfreiwillige Stamm-Spaltung passiert aufgefallen ist mir das ganze erst heut morgen die Blätter hängen nicht und sie wächst unaufhaltsam weiter 👌👌👌👌 was für ein Glück für mich als ich es heute morgen entdeckt habe hätte ich weinen können habe darauf hin die Pflanze begutachtet und mir ist aufgefallen das sie sich nicht daran stört das ganze habe ich jetzt mit Pflanzen Draht stabilisiert und leicht wieder zurück gedrückt, bekomme die wunde aber nicht dicht. da sie schon ab getrocknet war zu dem Zeitpunkt. werde heut abend mal ein Bild machen ohne das die Lampe an ist sie zeigt nämlich schon die ersten Anzeichen von vorblüte und das nach 4 Tagen 12/12 bin begeistert. Die steckies die ich raus gestellt habe wachsen prächtig und wirken insgesamt gesund bin mehr als zufrieden bis jetzt bis auf den kleinen Schock heut morgen....... 19.08.21 habe gestern ewig drüber nach gedacht wie ich das besser fixieren kann und die Stamm-Spaltung besser geschlossen bekomme habe mir was neues überlegt und gleich in die Tat umgesetzt habe breites nylon Band genommen und um die 2 arme jeder Seite gebunden und das ganze Dann gegenüber liegend mit einem Kabelbinder zusammen gebunden und die Spalt stelle so gut es ging wieder geschlossen dabei ist mir dann heute aufgefallen das og purps Nr. 3(gestern Abend noch komplett unversehrt gewesen) heute morgen ebenfalls eine Stamm-Spaltung erlitten hat😭😭😭😵😵😵 also das gleiche mit der Kombination aus breitem nylon Seil und Kabelbinder zur Fixierung jetzt muss ich mir wieder was für die hohe einfallen lassen da die Ladys jetzt wieder höher stehen als die anderen ca 3 bis 4cm 😩😩😩werde dann wohl um das Problem zu lösen mit nylon band an den Zelt Stangen entlang gehen und dann die Äste daran nach aussen ziehen denke mal das ich dann wieder auf Höhe kommen werde (hoffe ich zumindest)........

2 Girls 1 Cup week 7 is it? How time is flying by. Day 42- still eating like pigs, so I'm bumping up the formula and doing 50/50 tap/RO for now on. Bubbled of course. Spots of calcium deficiency on GC here and there for the last week and I have seen a few spots on WG also. Still used 5mL calmag per gal as max dose to hopefully keep spotting from spreading. Raised my bucket to 374ppm prior to nutes. Decent defol tonight and I got a net back out to hold these down and spread em out as much as possible. One branch on WG has taken over as the main I guess and it's hard as f. Only place it's going is up lol.. 22in from the light as of RN, getting 37.2 DLI. Going to work up to 40 this week and see how they like it. GC really needs to hurry up. Can't let WG get too amber and can't leave dead rotting roots in the system right? Crossing my fingers GC hurries TF up in the end, or it may get cut early. RES change around 6pm tonight, modified week 2 bloom GHE medium. Breakdown as follows: 2gal water/calmag - 374ppm Hydroguard - 5mL Micro - 12.6mL Grow - 12mL Bloom - 15mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1453 @ 5.71. Plants 14in ^ Lights 22in ^ DLI 37.2 =========================================================================================== Day 43- McGuiver'd some external RES together tonight. Waterfarm site tube is now extended into a return line to the external RES. Small cat drinking fountain pump in the base of the external with a 1/4in fitting plastic welded on the 3/8 outlet of it. This thing trickles, just like I wanted. 1/4in line runs to my old fill port on the front of the waterfarm. Constant circulation from one res to the other. Waterfarm started life as a 2gal RES system. Roots fill it up and take up precious space. Roots were even coming out of the site tube lol. When I pump it out for a change lately, Im barely getting a gallon... side res and waterfarm combined now hold a little over 4gal now with the root mass filling a large portion of the farm. Ill actually measure one of these times. If I raise the farm up more, I can hold more in the side RES. 4 or so should cut it, they don't have much longer right? Filled with same formulation as last fill, just 4 or so gal instead of 2. Mixed 5, left with 1? in the bucket when I hit fill line. This may help conserve some water once I finally get their EC dialed in. Not only do I play my plants music throughout their day, I even sing to them from time to time.. Hopefully I don't lose any watchers with my horrible singing in the vid tonight 🤣🤣 =========================================================================================== Day 44- Why didn't I start this experiment off with an external RES? Damn the stability of more volume is a definite PLUS! Haven't had to adjust PH or top off 2 or more times a day since. Been letting the level drop and watching numbers while keeping PH in check. I think I've finally found a stable EC too. For now anyway. Water level drops, EC drops slightly, ph rises slightly. Taking almost 24hrs to swing from 5.61 up to 6.12 instead of 8-12hr. Been thinking about cutting back GC and just keeping it alive so dead roots don't disrupt WG but let WG finish as best it can. GC is THAT far behind from the looks of it. Trimmed em both up late in their day yesterday. Open it up a bit so the lowers on WG can bulk up too. Adding to the list of things I should have done differently and will share at the very end. =========================================================================================== Day 45- ditched the net AGAIN tonight. No leak, shit was just annoying being in my way. Also been thinking ALLOT about my choices in life... latest is why did I plant two diff strains in the same pot and how can I make the best of it? They don't grow at the same rate or eat the same. WG is a PIG! Thought long and hard and have made the decision to cut back GC some to give WG her room to bloom. WG didn't stretch much and GC is still going. Keep supercropping it to keep it out of the fan and same distance from the light as WG. I have to keep both alive till the end, unless I throw in the towel on GC at WG harvest and chop em both. Really don't want to waste the experiment, so I may get creative at the end. Only have the one tent and was planning on drying in it since I've got the closet its in dialed in. Really don't want to make a cardboard dry box... =========================================================================================== Day 46- Going to wean these girls off the N next RES change. GC is starting to stretch more, and still refusing to make the transition. maybe less N will do the trick?? kick up the bloom a bit as well. WG is ready for it for sure. GC may have an issue with it, but she'll survive. gave em both a defol before lights out today. heavier on GC than WG since WG isnt bushing up as fast as she used to. the light frosting is getting more populated also. side RES is working out beautifully! =========================================================================================== Day 47- little prune on GC today to keep it out of WG's way. Plucked a few here and there off WG to keep it opened up. Colas everywhere! Going to be one short dense plant that's for sure. If GC gets to a finish, it's going to be a bunch of popcorn from the looks of it. Time will tell. =========================================================================================== Day 48- light prune on GC to keep it out of the way, since its decided to be like 3wk behind WG. maybe tonights RES change will punt it in gear, and itll start exploding in flowers... yeah, i smoked before typing this so the pipe dreams are real on this one.. dialing back the calmag plus (since it has N in it) to 4mL a gallon. dialing back the N in the modified formulation from GHE week 3 "mid bloom" medium feed. formulation as follows: Tap/Zero Water - 2.5gal/2.5gal 81ppm calmag plus - 20mL ^ to 307ppm Micro - 26.5mL Grow - 26.5mL Bloom - 41mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1148ppm @ 5.63. Day 57: Added one gallon of pH 6.5 water with nutrients. Day 58: Used super cropping (hope I'm saying that right) on the tallest branch to make the canopy more even. Day 59: I am not watering enough. Day 61: Sadness. I was attempting supercropping and snapped the stem of what I thought would become my largest cola. I have taped it but now feel I've topped my auto.

Amber is coming in nicely, top to bottom - starting 1 week flush! ~As one only can in *Hydroponics (& coco). It's not "bro science" it's biology 101. It does not boost thc, it does nothing to terpene production. Plants took a hard hit with bad ph levels in week 4 for a few days but are growing strong again and I will probably veg till the end of week 6 on these girls and switch to flowering in week 7. Overall it’s going good, water temps are a steady 18 Celsius with the thermoelectric water cooler I built and the small ac unit In the tent is holding the air temps between 23-25 Celsius. I added 4 gal of fresh water and nutrients at full strength to the reservoir on Day 38. Also the first lower screen was installed and I tied down/tucked a few of the larger branches to the screen.

Week 5 flowering (a week is 5 days) I lowered the longer branches trying to give as more light as possible to the plants, correct some top branches direction and defoliate a little bit. Both plants keep developing some beautiful flowers with beautiful hairs and trichomes on buds and leaves. This week I started using Overdrive in my feeding blend. Advanced Nutrients for coco professional program (I calculated EC of every single nutrient and made a custom dosage program for every week according to a more realistic EC value - check nutrients in my diary). Plants are doing well, leaves are beautifully green without signs of nutrients burns, excess or deficiencies. They are watered every day in the morning with fertilized water. My daily routine is to correct the training of the branches, removing unwanted popcorn/bottom growth and removing leaves that covers buds and leaves that don’t perform well (i.e.: leaves at the bottom that will not take light). 🌱
