Day 77 I'm running out of vertical space for pinus contorta, this weekend i will open the box to move the leds higher and will try to do some decent photos. At this point i've added the Pinus purple matcha to the diary because she's huge and impossible to not notice, should be around 1,5m² almost 150cm tall. Had to do a very risky move and "soft crop" 2 apicals because of burn risk, too close to the leds. I wasn't expeting a freakin' tree like that! Day 79 Jeez plz stop growing in height!! After this shaky video i raised the leds 10 cm, now i'm for real out of space.. I'm adding 10 to 12 liters every day, alternating ro with only silica one day and the other with nutrients.

The 4th week of 12/12 went without any issues. Flowering is going on nicely and lots of white pistels are filling up the canopy. They still grew a little but the biggest stretch is over. This week the Runtz were fed once (ph 6,4 – ec 1,63) and on other days I gave ph adjusted tapwater (ph 6,4 – ec 0,5) or nothing if the airpots were still moist enough. Next week I'll start giving them some pk 13/14 for extra phosphorus and potassium and Remo nutrients Magnifical for some more calcium & magnesium. I've noticed that the left and right Runtz have a bit less green in their leafs and I think overwatering is the issue. Gonna give these ones less water and I'll see what the Magnifical will do. Temperatures stayed between 19 – 24 °C ( 66 – 75 °F) and humidity between 46 – 59 % I've raised the power of the airfan from 40% to 55% to lower humidity levels and next week a dehumidifier will enter the grow tent to lower levels even more. These buds are getting big and Frosty

Still nute burn on new growth even though I'm not feeding them at all. I just got a new water filter and thinking about a distiller. Previously was just letting the chlorine evap off by letting the water sit over time. Still havent tested my tap water yet but i assume its bad b/c i can feel that it is hard water for sure. Just rolling with the punches for now. Got my gf to take a decent pic of the most mature plant this week. It is almost ready i believe.

So it's the start of week 3 , to say the plants had a very randomised environment up until this point , and 2 plants are in 1 pot ...... all 3 aks are looking good . Soo I'm going to keep them in the room , can just make friends with my new strains I want to put in there .... sure they will get along

Start of week 2, day 8 of flowering. The plants are sagging a bit in these photos, as I took them just before feeding, except for the pics in the grow room, they are just after feeding. So far, they all look good and healthy, a few leaves are showing some small deficiency signs, hopefully that will go away as additional nutrients are added over the grow cycle.

Week 1 Report: The White OG - Solo Survivor’s Journey Survivor Status: One Seedling Standing Strong 🌱 Our girl The White OG is standing tall and doing her thing! While some seeds may take their time or not make the cut, this resilient little seedling is already setting the tone. With close to 100% relative humidity (RH) under the dome, she’s got the ideal environment to kickstart her roots and early growth. Environment: Humidity Dome Life • RH: Close to 100%, creating that tropical atmosphere where seedlings thrive. Humidity at this level helps keep her cells hydrated, and with a dome, moisture is consistently recirculated. This prevents her from drying out and promotes steady root and leaf development. • Lighting: For now, we’re keeping the intensity low. At this young stage, seedlings benefit from indirect, gentle light, just enough to encourage photosynthesis without causing stress. Future of Grow LED on a dim setting (200 PPFD) does the job, providing the perfect balance for early growth. Water & Nutrition: Keeping It Simple No heavy nutrients this week; she’s working off the stored energy in her seed. The aim is to keep the soil or Root Riot cube slightly moist but not soaked. Overwatering can drown young roots, so light misting is all she needs to stay comfortable and growing strong. Growth Observations: Slow but Steady Wins the Race Our solo survivor might be growing at her own pace, but that’s exactly what we want! At this early stage, less is more, and slow growth often indicates a strong foundation. We’re looking for stable, healthy roots and tight early nodes as she finds her rhythm. Grower’s Tips for Week 1 1. Humidity Control: Keep RH high but watch for condensation build-up. Too much moisture can invite mold, so allow some airflow if needed. 2. Stay Light on Water: Just enough misting to keep the medium damp. 3. Patience Is Key: Each plant has its own pace; giving her time to establish now sets her up for a strong journey. Next Steps As we move into Week 2, I’ll be keeping an eye out for early leaves (cotyledons) opening up, as well as steady, even growth. Just a few words from me: i love to grow plants, i dont care if its marijuana or garden plants. I know a bit in what stage the plant needs. So im not this guy that is constant working with meters and science and showing this or that. The plants speaks for themselves. The plant needs her building block and i try my best to deliver this to lovely Marie Jane. So people do what you want to do, i do it my way and i only care about the end result. On this Diary there are some haters, im not going to give their names, but luckily they are the minority. For the rest, i really love this growers diaries, it really brings this community together and also its a big playground for the breeders, now we can see the results real life! With my grow, i have 2 phenotype. One with red in the buds, this one smells more punchy. The phenotype with some red leafs and more green buds have a more sweet smell. Both is packed with trychromes, really good for making bubble hash or Rosin... The buds are super big and dense. Mould resistance is very good! The buds are super sticky and she smells very like candy and red fruits. Im not a wine drinking person, so dont hold me on that one. She is easy to grow and will get big fast, so one week of 18/6 light is good enough for 60/80 cm plants🌿💚🍀 i have 3 gallon (11L) baskets Nutrition: im not a person who precisely mesures the food for the plants. As long the pH is correct, also im reading the plants. I always give les then is asked on the bottles. I also give weeks in advance the nutrition they need in the cycle, because plants need this to start. Smell: plant already have a nice smell, very punchy, forest fruits and sweet wood. Health: nice strong plants, will grow big and flower fast! -----------Red Wine-------- Red Wine was created by crossing Rozay F2 with Jet A. They are 2 very powerful aromatic Cali hybrids. This exclusive new Cali strain is a very strong and fast flowering indica-dominant strain. It has an aromatic, intoxicating and relaxing effect. That is comparable to enjoying a good glass of wine. Red Wine has an average flowering time of about 7-8 weeks when grown indoors. Outdoors it is ready fairly early, usually around the end of September. The yield is very good. Indoors she has an average yield of 450-650 gr/m². When growing outdoors, 600-800 grams can easily be achieved per plant. Red Wine has an aromatic scent that can be compared to a full red wine. Well 84 days later ...in Flower its was finally time to Harvest . I sure had my challenges as a beginner and learned a lot by my mistakes and learning about fixing issues and keeping the environment Consistent . I did turn my 600HPS down to 400 as i was my plants were getting light burn and heat burn ..... lets just say i was learning all the way throw . it was exciting being my very first time . I started flowering too late late and they stretched and stretched ... i dont have much space ....lesson learned . I had to train them to grow sideways which did help significantly as did the lower my light to 400 watts ..my space is a square Meter and low ...... it was crazy but I really enjoyed it and there hanging ..... Personally I thought id end up killin them ...lol Thanks for the advice and comments they were greatly appreciated ... Happy growing .... Hope my next ones are Prettier ,,,,LOL Cheers
