Well the people at fastbuds have some amazing dam genetics . These things take stress, heat, water lack of and just general newbie mistakes . The smells coming from my tent are insane that carbon filter is being out in to good use . I never thought I would grow a auto flowering plant but after seeing so much positive feed back I had to try. To anyone looking for a tasty and frosty strain I would recommend the blackberry as she is just my absolute strain to have grown yet. The aroma the frosty buds and the colour (bag appeal is good ) . If I could have done one thing it's given the blooming additives sooner .4 days ago they all got there final nutrients and have begun to flush them . Can't wait to see how these babies look at harvest time .. cheers grow family .

Harvested BB2 and GG2 on day 84 with mostly cloudy/milky trichomes and scattered amber because I prefer the Sativa daytime buzz. I think these two are further along because they showed the deficiencies. Both were flushed twice within a week and chopped with a dry pot. Last nutrients were day 73. Nothing but PH 6.4 water since day 76. I expect to harvest BB1 and GG1 at around day 92, checking trichomes everyday. I'm guessing the yield will be greater for the second two. Will post harvest pics and videos for each set of two plants after drying and getting dry weights for each plant.

Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Thank you for taking the time to read. 10-16 😍😍😍 Plants are starting to show deficiencies!!! Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

The New Mars Hydro light is kicking ass! ▶️Monday 11.30.20 / Normal feeding tonight, the ladies are just doing great! ▶️Tuesday 12.01.20 / Normal feeding tonight, the ladies are just doing great! ▶️Wednesday 12.02.20 / Conducted heavy defoliation, Schwazzing tonight, they look great, top dressed with roots organic uprising bloom, and decided to move along with light BioBiz nutrient regiment, growing these gals in 1-gallon pots, the soil nutrients will be depleted. ▶️Thursday 12.03.20 / The ladies have responded well to the defoliation and the started nutrient regiment. I set the 💡Mars Hydro FC 4800 / 480W Led Grow Light to 75% time to watch these ladies just blow up! Its been smooth sailing the last week, little to do but admire progress. I kept feeding the full 3.0 EC from start of flower to today, no signs of too much nutrients nor of too less. I wonder why, either the Athena Pro line is excellently fine tuned to what the plants need and nothing is left to really build up, or I am missing something big...expected some sort of problems at least, but I wont complain also...maybe its the silence before the storm and I am compromising what I would call formidable chances on a high grade yield😅 Ill keep this updated if something big happens or I find too much free time laying around.

Start of week 5. It looks good to me, healthy but I thought it would stretch a little more. At the beginning of this adventure I had problems with fungus gnats, which I thought had already been resolved but it isn't, there aren't many of them and they aren't harming the plant, at least for now.

This plant has been going strong for sometime now. I’m starting this grow diary so soon because I need to keep track of how much longer I have until it’s ready for harvest. I already forgot what day I switched to bloom lol. But I’ll be posting weekly. With better pictures.

Now that we got the humidity back to normal, I treated each plant to fresh nutrients. The pistils on Chonga are starting to turn brown, indicating it'll be time to harvest soon (despite my 20 Dec prediction). Cheecha's pistils are still long and bright, so we still may be on track for her harvest in December. I'm going to start flushing Chonga this week while maintaining nutrients for Cheecha. UPDATE: I finally caved and bought a Grow Tent! almost immediately the temp rose from 73 to 77 degrees. Humidity is stable at 34%. I'm going to wait until Chonga is harvested before introducing the humidifier again to dehydrate chonga a little prior to harvest.

Week six of flower I went in to the tent today an lots of new purple on the buds, couldn't believe how nice they look💚🤩, man does she look stunning, I'm in awe with these beautiful flowers👌🏻
