I've had one busy month. Been able to make time for the ladies, but not enough to update GD. Not enough days in the week it seems. Things are coming along nicely. Only about 5 - 10 % amber trichomes. Still has a few too many clear. Maybe another three weeks?

She was pretty much on AutoPilot all week. Growing and drinking like crazy.Running out of head room and i hope she gets the point here soon lmbo… More below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 8/16: Trimmed down dead/half dead leaves from bottom of plant. Feels good to see just all green without the couple of eye sores. She still a sexy girl! Topped of rez with the rest of her nutes in half gallon jug. I’m n to half gal jug of water before next nutrient batch mix. 8/17: Just been topping off the rez all day! She has been drinking heavy! Will need to mix another batch of nutes tomorrow. 8/18: Mixed new batch of nutes today. Mixed in gallon jug. Split into half gallon jug. Topped off rez with full half gallon jug then some plaint water from half gallon jug. 8/20: Mixed another batch of nutes for the week.

Supper cropped because plant got taller than expected. Was too close to light. Tallest branches around 3 feet tall. I defoliated 2 weeks into flower. I also took clones today. Sweet gassy smell. Have light on 75% intensity since it is so close. Depending how plants respond I may just keep the intensity there.

Good thing about this final stretch is that the bud sites are growing along with the stretch. Glad I stopped giving her grow nutes or else she could be stretching even more. Every 10 days or so I feed them with only water and enzymes to help out with the roots. Funky smell is starting to come out. Isn't that strong yet but it's nice. OG Kush type of smell. TUESDAY 9/3: She's still branching out and budding up.👍 WEDNESDAY: I was out at the property for awhile today, hosed off the horsies and cleaned their hooves really well. I was there long enough that I was able to move the plants into direct sunshine for an extra couple hours. I fed her with a half-gallon of water including bembe, terpinator, tiger bloom, beastie bloomz, armor si, and big bloom...just enough to wet her whistle. THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY: I was sick as a dog . 2-day stomach virus, followed by an acute pancreatitis attack... 😷 MONDAY: I gave her about a half-gallon of aquarium water with some bembe, beastie bloomz, and tiger bloom.

D4 - YES! We have lift-off!!! Today both seeds poked up. BOOM! Yesterday, I also put in my new humidifier in the tent, and man, this little thing is a BEAST. The amount of water vapor it is able to push out is insane. I use an Inkbird controller to... ummm... control the humidifier so that the humidity in the tent is 80% plus/minus 5%. I'm planning on running this high humidity for the first week or so and then dropping it down. D5 - I adjusted the light to 80 cm (about 31") above the canopy, resulting in 300 μmol/m2/s at canopy level. A bit high as I usually keep it around 250, but it should be alright, I think. D6 - The left girl, #1, seems to have died. Her leaves never fully emerged from the seed, and now she is entirely wilted, laying on the soil. So yeah, she is a gonner, I think. No idea what happened since she looked okay yesterday, and the other girl is already 5 cm (2") tall. Strange, but there's a first for everything, I guess. I already have a new seed soaking in water to be planted tomorrow. She'll then be six days after the other girl, and while probably noticeable at first, I don't expect any real problems during the grow. Hopefully, it'll germinate, but if not, c'est la vie. D7 - After soaking the seed for 24 hours, I rolled it in myco, and planted it in the first pot. However, I removed and replaced some soil in the center of the pot before planting, just in case something was wrong with the soil. Fingers crossed that this one will germinate just fine. On the other hand, the second girl is doing her thing just fine. I removed her humidity dome, though, as the RH in the tent should be high enough. D11 - End of the first week of veg and the third seedling popped up. BOOM! Now let's hope this girl survives, considering that the first girl in that pot died. On the other hand, the second girl is thriving; already 9 cm tall and 6 cm wide. Her first set of true leaves is slightly twisted but not too severely, and the second set looks fine. She is a bit leggy, so I added a couple of toothpicks for support. I have been asked in DM why I have Avocados on top of the soil. The reason is simply for feeding my worms and encouraging breeding. Hey all sorry for the late update. Got really busy with work and just wasnt uploading. I had to cull phat Gary cause she was a genetic herm, I’m talking pollen sacks all the way up the main stem. I’ve seen a few stress sacks here and there on the lowers but nothing like this. I added a video of it so you might know what to look out for. It’s my first experience with exotic genetix and while I have heard of them having herm issues before, I have never had anything quite like phat Gary. But, on the other hand, this Gary Poppins #2 is the best smelling plant I’ve ever had. She smells like a straight strawberry soda, just this very fizzy strawberry scent. It’s unreal. Gary Poppins #1 has a similar terp profile, but not as loud and she’s frosty as ever. Both the perm marker s1’s are identical. Both look exactly like the perm marker flower I’ve bought from seed junky in the past. Very lime green buds with light oranges hairs. Smells just like a permanent marker. Couldn’t be happier with how this run is going, well except Phat Gary. Still haven’t decided on Exotic Genetix yet. I guess we will wait and see how Blueberry Gary comes out, she’s currently in week 6 veg. Shout out to the mad scientist Jbeezy though, this perm marker is unreal. When I saw he was releasing s1’s I couldn’t believe it. Gonna wash this entire run for some fresh frozen. I would absolutely love to get this Gary Poppins #2 smell to transfer to some live rosin. Will update this when we finish and I’ll make a diary for blueberry Gary and Gastro pop from compound genetics when I get a chance. So due to unforeseen circumstances I had to go away. This left me with no choice to harvest at the end of day 52, but I was only planning on running for 56 days anyway. In the end I had a good result in yield and quality.

Safe to say we're heading into flower. I'm pretty close to full strength on the nutrients at this point. Still defoliating and filling in the screen. Plant on the right is slightly behind as far as kicking into flower. Some yellowing browning just starting a tips. I'll change out the water tomorrow (on day 49). Averaging water changes every 12 days. Day 49: Did not change water today, will on day 52 or 53 instead. Decided it could just be the light being too close. Moved it up and did a little lst above the screen. All done removing branches and leaves. Great end to the first week of flower.

Switched to flowering. She grew 10cm in 3 days... absolutely crazy. I took the tough decision to discontinue the TimeLapse. My tent is not big enough to have the camera in a place that kinda makes sense. So I'll be taking manual photos in the coming days and uploading those.

I preferred to remove my net this week, to more easily access my plants and water them. I hope the branches will hold I cut a lot of leaf this week. I hear different opinions that say it's beneficial others not... At least it will have the advantage of lowering the humidity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Water: tap water at 300 PPM, I add 0.7G of Hybrid powder and 0.3g of booster PK+ per liter to reach 950PPM and I adjust the PH to 5.8. Just waiting to see if she develops any further clearly struggling bull still moving. She has had a 100 ml dose of home made solutions e.c 1.7 I will wait until the pot is dry until I fed her next!

Not many changes this week buds starting to fatten and pistils are turning brown but trics are still clear/milky. Waiting on the first sight of amber to start the flush 👍🏼

day 90 - I think I must br super-close to harvest, but newbie first grow nerves have set in, and so will ask the community (again) if the time is right to harvest. The white pistils have started to turn brown, but I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right thing, as I'm not sure that pistils are the same things as trichomes, so not even sure I'm looking at the right thing under the loupe. haven't done this weeks feed yet. Also, ph has dropped quite dramtically to 5.23, so want to get on top of that if it's not yet harvest day. ppm has also halved since the beginning of the week, so not sure if thats a good or bad thing.
