This was the girls last week of growth. 2/3 showed some serious leaf issues, lockout or PH issues, but didn’t seem to affect them enough as they continued to grow and fatten up. Easy week this week, tried to keep the temps low as to not volatize all the terps with high heat. RH was kept to around 50% . Straight Ph’d water for the last two weeks and some good trichome Development, mostly milky now. Harvest to come, Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along. EDIT: TOOK A QUICK VIDEO AND A COUPLE PICS. HOPEFULLY WE GET THIS RAIN. THANKS. 8/18 We got the rain we were expecting. It was sheet rain for a few hourscand rained during the night. Everything was drenched and it was cold (50°F). I shook off the special kush that's way further in flower. I decided to use the leafblowrr despite the risk of spreading anything. I did it so that it wasn't ever blowing TOWARDS another plant but still. I was hoping it might blast off some thrips that might have survived that torrential rain. We've never had a dry summer like this. I'll moniter things. My water day is tomorrow so I assume that's when the girls will get their plant doctor dose. It's a great time of year for cannabis growers. We get to watch all the hard work we've put in literally pay off. It's very peaceful in the garden. EDIT: Went over at about one to check things out and do some minor defoliation. I checked on the thrip situation and I dont know if I blasted them off with the leafblower or if the rain washed them away bit I doubt it. Ivecmade the decision to treat these little bastards. It's on one plant but it's started to spread to another branch on another plant. I probably just overlooked it but still. Seeing that it rained like he'll and I'm seeing like zero signs of septoria I'm going to treat everything. At least I think I am. I haven't decided what to use. I think I could just use bt and soap and I'd probably be alright. I'd feel better doing that as it's something I'm familiar with. Outdoor growing. It's always something. 8/19 In the 40's last night. Hopefully that will help with the thrips. I was hurried and since today tops at 72° I only watered the 10th planet big mk ultra and the chem dog with preventative plant doctor. I'm not seeing hardly any septoria and if I do itsca random leaf. I mixed up 3tsp of citric acid and some Dawn in a 2 quart hand sprayer and treated the 10th planet that I thought had heat stress and the Pink kush in the ten gal that has the damage. I also treated a branch on my good tenth planet. It was the only branch with markings so I think I've got it early enough. I'm just wondering the best way to tackle this. The pink kush I'm sure, could handle spinosad. That strain is much later flowering. I'll see how the citriccacid works and go from there. If the other girls need water they'll get it when I get home alongcwith plant doctor. I've got some work to do. I'll keep this updated. Opinions are always welcome. ITS TIME FOR THERE PLANT DOCTOR PREVENTATIVE. 8/20 I watered the two kush in the back WITH THE PREVENTATIVE DOSE OF PLANT DOCTOR as they were dry I assume due to the wind they get. The one in the 50 I found one sep leaf. Looking carefully arpund the garden I can tell that I have a thrip infestation. First time I've fought this and it seems most people don't really know what to do besides predators at the beginning of the season. I'm too far along for spinosad. At least thats what I've been told. My pro buddy said to try to spot treat it. It's not bad bit I'm afraid it might be worse than I think. The plants I treated with citric acid look MUCH better. I think I'll dial the dosage of citric acid down and start with that tonight and switch up treatments. I can get rid of them it's just going to take a ton of work. I think I've had them before and I attributed to something else. I so think that the very early pink kush plants could handle spinosad. I hope so. The plants I watered the other day look overwatered. The plants I didn't water look GREAT. The special kush in late flower looks happier than I've ever seen her. The difference being we went from 104° one day to 72 the next with 46° night Temps. This week is highs of 70's lows of high 40°'s. I've got a lot of work cut out for me. Didn't do a video as I didn't have time but I'll do one. EDIT: Nothing needed to be watered at noontime and I'm trying to not overwater so I left them. The two I watered this morning are fine. I'm glad I caught this thrip bullshit when I did bit it sounds like it's going to be a HUUUGE pain in the ass to beat. One thing right after another. I've found those suction marks and the silvery shit they leave behind on pretty much every plant now. I'm thinking me using the leafblower (away from the other plants I THOUGHT) must have blown a bunch of them around. I'm not seeing a lot of bugs. Mainly feces. I did find a couple adults. Honestly, I've probably had these before and not known it or attributed it to something else. Literature I'd all about spinosad which of course I have on hand. AI told me I could use spinosad in early flower so MAYBE I could treat the pink kush plants with it but ill have to figure something else out for the other girls. I'm planning to treat tonight depending on where the research takes me. Not sure exactly what I'll be using but I'll keep this updated.

Transplanted into larger containers with fresh soil. The soil is a blend of Peat Moss one Perlite. I then mixed some older soil with the new Peat/Perlite blend. After the transplant I watered with Recharge to help get some healthy microbes starting to develop in the soil. Since she was stretched out a little I tried burying her a little deep during the transplant. I'm hoping to see some nice improvements over the next few weeks. Stay tuned...

First week of flower done.

So only after two weeks of curing these buds are becoming more and more refined! The texture of the buds is beautiful, it crumbles and grinds up effortlessly in my space case and is light, fluffy and almost “goopy” coming out of the grinder. I guess goopy is my description of ground bud that sticks together as it comes out of the grinder. It almost resembles goo or putty! That’s always a great indicator of a strain that has lots of sticky dank trichomes 😎 Now onto the high... I must admit, I was a little disappointed at first. I was initially caught off guard by how smooth the smoke went down, but usually after the first hit I feel something. After the first hit of this strain I didn’t, so I packed another bowl and sparked her up... not much different. Around 15min after my second hit I started to gradually feel a trippy/tingly full body buzz and strong head buzz come on. Once I sat down on the couch it’s like it fully kicked in and I really felt a truly euphoric full body high along with a head high that felt incredible. She’s definitely what some would call a “creeper strain”! To me though, the high is reminiscent of the first hour after ingestion of some top quality cubensis! In a nutshell the high is euphoric, energetic and crisp. I don’t feel groggy at all when I smoke this strain, I can be extremely productive with work and still articulate my thoughts with ease. I also noticed that I don’t get anxious in public and even though this strain is extremely uplifting and energetic I have zero issues getting to sleep at night. I could truly classify this strain as medicinal and I know if I was still a caregiver this would be on constant rotation! I will update more after 2.5-3.0 months cure!

6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. I hope you enjoy the pics. 6/15/2023 Week 10- Day 3 of Flower (Day 133 overall) Auto Pilot Day 8.. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

The lil Big Bud is still growing really well😎. I started to add master grower massive bloom from hydropassion since day 45.(0.3gr/L). She really starts to smell good😊.

My humidity is so high this week. Put the dehumidifier in the tent since temps are dropping, but I can’t seem to get it down below 70%. Ordered some DampRid but they sent the Fresh Scent one 🤦‍♀️🏻 Other than that, flowers are looking good so far. Trying to defoliate but it’s hard to reach the back of the plants since my tent is against a wall. With the AC Infinity bases, I’ve been using water in the reservoir and hand-watering the nutrient mixture. I’m worried I’ll overwater and it may be contributing to my high RH. Going to try putting the liquid nutes right in the reservoir, and doing Big Bloom 1x/week with a top feed.

Leider ist mir auch eines der größeren Fächerblätter abgebrochen, das ich noch behalten wollte, aber ich denke sie wird es verkraften. 💧: Die Erde ist immernoch feucht. 💡: Die Beleuchtung ist unverändert (DLI ~40, Abstand zur Pflanze ca. 35cm) Tag 31: 🌱: Bisher lasse ich sie einfach erst mal wachsen, ich denke jedoch darüber nach die nach innen wachsenden Fächerblätter morgen doch noch mal zu entfernen. 💧: Die Erde ist immernoch feucht. 💡: Die Beleuchtung ist unverändert (DLI ~40, Abstand zur Pflanze ca. 35cm) Tag 32: 🌱: Heute wurde erneut die Schere angesetzt und ein paar der nach innen wachsenden Blätter sowie ein paar kleinere Triebe im Inneren entfernt. Das LST wurde nur minimal angepasst, um eine einheitlichere Höhe zu erreichen. 💧: Die Lady wird so langsam etwas durstiger und so gab es heute wieder ca. 3 Liter Nährstofflösung. Diese wurde jetzt etwas erweitert und entspricht nun ca. 50% Bio Bizz Düngerschema. Zusätzlich dazu gab es dieses mal auch CalMag+Bittersalz. 💡: Die Lampe wurde ein paar klicks nach oben gehangen um die Werte in etwa konstant zu halten (DLI ~40, Abstand zur Pflanze ca. 35cm) Tag 34: 🌱: Heute wurden nur die Blätte etwas sortiert, um den Blüten mehr Licht zu geben. Mittlerweile haben die höchsten Triebe etwa 20cm (vom Boden aus) erreicht. 💧: Die Erde ist noch feucht. 💡: Die Lampe wurde noch ein Stück weiter nach oben gehangen, um die Beleuchtung in etwa konstant zu halten (DLI ~40, Abstand zur Pflanze ca. 35cm) Tag 35: 🌱: Ein paar der untersten, im Schatten liegenden, Blätter wurde entfernt, sowie 2-3 kleine Nachzügler Triebe aus dem Inneren. Das LST wurde ein wenig angepasst. Ich denke darüber nach noch ein paar mehr kleine Nebentriebe (vor allem aus der Mitte) zu entfernen, damit der vorhandene Platz besser für die größeren Triebe genutzt werden kann. Über Gedanken/Meinungen/Ideen dazu würde ich mich freuen 😉 💧: Zu Tagesbeginn ließ sie ihre Blätter ganz schön hängen und die Erde war ziemlich trocken, also gab es auch heute wieder etwa 3 Liter Nährstofflösung. 💡: Die Beleuchtung ist unverändert.

1/12: lots more leaf tucking today. She's taking waterings like a champ. I'm always so worried about overwatering but she seems to be growing well 1/14: did a little more lst, so she's looking a little bit like an ugly duckling. Hoping the effort plays out. Attempted to adjust some clips and accidentally broke a stem. I splinted that up with some tape... Also my attempt at a fim is growing out... She's looking a little rough right now, but honestly, aren't we all? 1/15: watered and some leaf tucking this morning. Excited for the top to not look like a hot mess! 1/17: the ugly duckling phase is strong with this one. Gave her a good watering today and attempted some leaf tucking, only sacrificing one fan leaf.
