This week she has grown so tall. I am so regretful for not scrog’in her or done any low stress training. Although I do have a nice size tent with the grow light on adjustable rope so it’s not that much of a problem. Although when I flip her to 12/12 into flower I know she’s gonna stretch even more. The size of her leafs are impressive. I read that your not meant to use biobizz grow and fish mix at the same time but I went against it and she’s showing no signs of stress or nutrition problems. I even have an 11 fingered leaf now!! She is beginning to smell very nice too, so all good so far. Can’t wait till she packs on some bud now.

Beginning of week... So the ladies are beginning to stack pistils at the crowns.. The Mandarin Cookies has been stacking a little quicker.. Thicker.. They both are showing purple tips on the stiples.. Not the pistils or leaves.. The stiples.. ETHOS Cookies has been showing that for ever now.. The Mandarin Cookies has just started showing these purple tipped stiples.. Gorgeous plants.. Even tho Mandarin Cookies is super freakishly tall and stretchy.. And the ETHOS Cookies is basically a runt.. Doesn't want to make ANY stems.. But plenty of leaves lol.. She should be able to hold up some super fat colas pretty easily tho so that's awesome! I stopped using the Armor Si and the FloraGro.. As well as the MYCO Plus (powder) stuff.. Also going down on the FloraMicro.. Just basically using 1 tsp/gallon of the CALiMAGic, FloraMicro, FloraBloom, and Kushie Kush.. 30 drops/gallon of the Floralicous Plus (not sure if that's too much to be honest).. 2 tsp/gallon of the FloraNectar Fruit-N-Fusion and last but not least... 2 mL/gallon of Hydroguard... *phew*.. Damn that's alot.. But that's alot less then what I was giving these girls... They should do alot better.. Mid week... I have defoliated the ETHOS Cookies a bit more.. Mostly trying to make sure there is good airflow and no larfy producing branches in there.. She should produce some really nice colas with how short and stubby she is lol.. As for the Mandarin Cookies, I've just been supercropping the shit outta the really tall branches.. I've never supercropped a plant so much lol.. And I'm not good at it at all.. Most of the branches are split open, bruised.. Just very crappy looking.. It will heal, they always do 😂 I just hate hurting them like this.. Especially in flower.. But it's still pretty early in flower.. And the pistils are still exploding just as much as the non-supercropped branches.. I can't wait!!!... End of week.. Both girls are exploding with trichomes! I love these super frosted strains! The ETHOS Cookies seems to be stackin calyxes faster than the Mandarin Cookies.. I can tell the ETHOS Cookies is gonna stack some fat ass colas! The ETHOS Cookies runoff is doing good.. pH going in is 6.2 - 6.3 and runoff is usually 6.0 - 6.2.. Foliage is nice and green.. She may be nitrogen sensitive deeper into flower.. Maybe not.. We shall see.. As for the Mandarin Cookies.. Wow.. This girl is super tall.. She is also stackin calyxes, pistils and nicely. The runoff is still giving me issues but as far as I can tell, she is accepting it and making the best of what she has. Going in pH is 6.2 - 6.3.. Runoff is coming out 5.6 - 5.7.. It's bothering the shit outta me! Lol.. It doesn't seem to matter what pH I put in, it will ALWAYS runoff at 5.6 - 5.7 pH.. But like I said.. She is accepting it as long as I keep the "in" pH in my preferred range.. I usually keep the "going in" pH at 6.1 - 6.3 the ENTIRE grow.. I always get great results doing this.. Its best for Calcium uptake and Calcium is a huge issue when it comes to growing in coco coir.. Anyways.. Both ladies are doing great.. Both look gorgeous and healthy.. Oh yeah!! I like to rub the trichomes to get a little idea of what the terpenes are gonna be like.. And hoooooly shit.. ETHOS Cookies smells like nothing I've ever smelled before.. I can't even begin to explain it.. Literally.. And the Mandarin Cookies is starting to give off a nice citrusy scent.. I hope this carbon filter is able to scrub the air enough.. Cuz if these are anything like the Early Lemon Berry, then yeah, this carbon filter is gonna be put thru the ultimate test lol.. Anyways.. On to the next week!....

Day 93 - And the flush is starting 😁 The buds are pretty nice at that stage , trichomes are shining , leaves are yellowing and buds are swelling The bud structure is beautiful, each calyxes are looking like a bubble The smell is nice too Day 96 - 08.03 - I'm starting to get a bit scared about the RH and the kind of problems it can bring in late flowering, I had to cut 4 of the main bud yesterday as I was suspecting an incoming issue... now that the rain joined the party I think I will harvest earlier than expected : No big deal as the trichomes are ready but I will not reach my 105 days goal

She is budding nicely now, looking like 16 colas once they have fully developed. Now starting to a get sweet smell. Very nice purple colours are now appearing. I cant wait to try this strain.

All is going well I week 8! Caramelino smelling fantastic! Northern lights got harvested! Like I said,I am disappointedin my NL clone as far as yield goes.But not disappointedin terps and thricomes. I am learning. NL started to develop nanners on the very bottom buds. I found only 3 nanners. And took them off. I also didn't really flush NL. My noob mistake but she was ready at week 7 for harvest! Caramelinolooks fantastic,nice sized buds, super nice and strong terps and very nice looking buds!Super excited for this lady! Started last week with her flush. Well see what happens. Peace

Day 41 - 07/12/19 This one has grown a hell of a lot of fan leaves. had to pluck a lot of them. now the light can penetrate lower growth. theres a lovely NYCD smell coming from this one! smells amazing! Height is 36cm at the tallest cola and thats with a big LST. trying to keep height down as i have not added rope rachets to my lights yet. Im gonna be giving a fair bit of Nitrogen this week (Canna A), potassium and phosphorus (Canna B) as flowering stage is here :) Changed Ph from around 6.6/6.7 - 6.3 Added a few pictures and a video to show progress from last week. not much else this week just happy little plants! Day 43 - 09/12/19 Just rotating the diesel now twice a day so it all gets light coverage as im keeping my Quick One plant mostly under the flowering lights until its harvest next week. apparently the quick one has a polyploid mutation causing it to have a much bigger yield. so i think it deserves the light for a few more days. The diesel is still giving off that lovely smell and getting bigger every day. its definitely wider than my quick one and soon to be taller. Had to defoliate some of the bigger fan leaves to allow more light through to lower growth as the odd fan leaf was turning yellow. Ive been feeding 2 times with nutes and water phed and giving only phed water on the third occassion to prevent salt buildup and nutrient toxicities. Been busy so I’ve been slow to update. Thinking 3 weeks until I can chop. Gonna be a much smaller harvest than I’d like (thinking/hoping for at least 2-3 ounces) but from what I’ve seen just getting to your harvest on your first grow can be considered a success. Just gotta keep them alive for 3 weeks then I can focus on the scary task of drying. I would imagine small yield is due to beginner lighting equipment, shorter veg time (coulda gone like 3 more weeks to really pump up the roots which I’d imagine would equal bigger buds), mistakes I’ve made and uncorrected nutrient deficiency. Really hoping that they put on some more size in the final week when they ripen. I dialed back the nutrients by half for their last feeding. I think I mistook the normal senescence for nutrient burn and I got worried. EC last night when I made my nutrient mix was 1250 I think. Regardless the quality is there, just not yield. Reallly looking forward to when these are fully dried and cured to test them out. Lots of trichomes starting and the smell is great!
