Good day to all my friends and visitors here on GD. Decided to finally finish this diary, I took my time with his one ;) Now we cut the second POGP auto plant, the first cut you can find in week 17. The plant from week 17 weighted 660g. wet, this one finished at 1,85kg. wet. The girls where autoflower but thanks to me starting this grow in cold day temps (14 degree Celsius) the started flower really late, maybe that's also the reason for all my problems with this strain during the grow?! The two plants where different phenotypes, the smaller one (from Week 17)though small had nice hard flowers, the bigger one as the only plant from four I grew during the growop started foxtailing. Both of them branched nicely the smell was quite strong and awoul xD like gasoline and something rotten, it smelled so bad i checked a couple times under microscope for any signs of mold in the flower and to my suprise I found nothing. Thank God later during drying the smell would subdue to a more generic "hazediesel" smell -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SE7000 done it's magic with this grow as with all my other grow ops. Last week, instead of 2 g of GHSC Powder Feeding, I only gave 1.5 g p l of substrate so that I can give you another 1 g per l of substrate next week so that it lasts until the end :-). It is developing very well and the buds are starting to grow :-). The week was poured 3 times with 1.1 l each time. once of them GHSC Enhancer was added :-). The bottom shoots have now also been removed :-). As always, the humidifier was refilled every day and the lady was checked for her health. I hope you enjoy the update. Started the flush this week. It felt like the right time. I've got significant nute deficiency in the upper leaves of the main cola now. What is surprising is that since taking away all nutes, several of the buds have shown new growth. I was going to flush for just 4 days as its a DWC, but having seen quite a lot of new growth, I'll probably just leave it a few days longer and see what happens. Checking the plant several times a day now, so it's being very closely monitored.

START WEEK Day 88 04/03/22 +I think maybe the video is the best way to show my garden. Exposure is all crazy in tent. +I have sort of been on cruise control. Just watching the girls grow. Actually beginning to see some trichomes appear as a silver haze ( hence Platinum OG) on some of the leaves. EXCITING!😬 +As they grow, the differences and techniques on each plant show up. One plant was slow from the start and is just beginning to flower. Partly because it has become eclipsed. +I have been "leaf picking" thru last week and will continue this week. I can't seem to keep up with the vegetation. I am beginning to get the hang of it. +I will do a complete Reservoir change this week. +ppm at or just above 1000 +pH 5.9 +I think the one plant has almost stopped stretching +light is 100% and 24" from main canopy. Some kolas are as close as 16". Although by my design, I can see the importance of having all plants similar size and even canopy. THINKING OUT LOUD ?Do I remove the largest fan leaves? ?How large should the buds be now? They are about Quarter size. ?How far down and what grow should I remove? ?Thinking, down the road, about flush and nutrient schedule? Darkness before harvest? well, at the end of week 4 i think she continue racing with her sisters and we definitely have a winner ! 😃, she has bud sites all over her, healthy, strong and smelly girl , i think i will get maybe more 6 to 9 grams just with topping, she responded very well to it. took one pot out because one little seed germinated with the root upwards , I tried to put it on the right path but without success, she died later... learned that they are so fu***ng sensitive in this fase.

Day 68-16/02/22 I’ve harvested 6 of the 25 so far they are drying some more to come down over the next days all buds looking juicy and crystals everywhere!!!

This week I low stress trained plant a bit and removed a few leaves that blocks light for lower nodes so it grows more equally! In the end I am moving to my main flowering tent.

D50/FD22 - Right, water change day (Evening). Right and proper f**ked off with the light doing me over (See D49/FD21 Comment for that epic story!!!). Where stretch had stopped (I thought), plants are back in the lights AGAIN!!! Blaming the light giving a near 24hour session and some other broken sessions of light over the last 48 hours!!! So had to pull out the extraction as getting LED burn on leaves that are touching! Blowing through the Carbon Filter and can't really smell anything so that's not bad. Everything a wee bit noisier with the fan not being muffled in the tent but need the space and got around a foot. Not prefiltering the fan as I have the new Cloudline to go in for next grow. Hopefully they grow no more and its all thickening buds from here so as I have space for the UVB in there in a week or 2! Slight change in feed. Dropped the roots booster as Wilma can't take any more...its full!!! Dunno how I am still getting 50L of water in there!!! Added PK9/18 (At half strength). Should probs drop the calmag (Or Kind Base down a bit) to drop nitrogen but am still seeing some copper spots here and there that looks like wee calcium deficiencies (Not much, but its there) - I do have some BioBizz CalMag (Which is Nitrogen Free) but it leaves the tank stinking with precipitate and dirties the roots. Think this is the 1st grow I have had where all the stems staying green so plants generally healthy. Cherry Pie still not budding up as quickly or as thickly as the Red hot Cookies but looks like its maybe running only a couple of days behind in growth so no biggie. Few weeks left for it to catch up and surprise me at the end! 😁 Red Hot Cookies is at the races for budding...even seeing pistils colouring a bit already (Dunno if thats good or bad!!!). Now just to make sure I see no signs of re-veg...as per the D49/FD21 comment, I'll be scowling at GeekLight this week. Digital Timer in there now to ensure no bleed through - power gets hard cut like old times. Unfortunately though, when the light comes on via power-on (and not app timer mode), UV & IR comes on too so have a timer set to stop it after 1 min (Its about all the app being used for now!!! Apart from turning on my IV at midnight for 4 hours - which is, I have just seen, still working). Think that's all the s**te I have to talk for now! Happy Growing all!!! 💪

I missed last week unfortunately due to a few things going on so there is quite a step up. ****It’s been in flower 9-10 days so far and all bar 3 are flowering nicely please look at the pictures of the plants that just don’t seem to be budding? Are they duds or slow developers? Am I wasting my time or will they start too do you think?**** They are getting tall now and I have had to crank the extraction up a bit. Over the course of next week I am going to put them back into the smaller tents (half in each) with a scrog net to even the canopy out and add support them if they continue to grow taller Whacked the nutrients right up to near on 1500ppm and so far so good this 2nd week of flower they have shot up. Watering 5-600ml per 24 hours but to be honest I am going to up that over the coming days to near 800ml as they are almost drying out before I water again. Perhaps twice daily may come sooner than I think

Just been feeding her water once a week..she continues to swell I will give her some molasses one for the road and just water until week 8.

Let’s go Day 36 !!! This week went real great, girls built up a lot of structure, and stayed super healthy ! Today they got fed just water phd at 6.5 ! They been really loving that balance! I also removed a lot of under trim since we are going into preflower , so had to shave up those legs lol ! It’s really great for them , the love that airflow , but don’t take off too much or you could shock your plants so be careful ! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! 114 Days left as of 11/6. Disclaimer: 56 days left to veg. Which ever plant is 3 ft or taller in 56 days will be flipped. In 1 week, I will be transplanting into 3 gallon containers that leaves 49 days. When there are 2 weeks left, I choose which ones go into the 5 gallon containers for flowering. After the transplant recovery, I do heavy defoliation and lollipopping. Wait 1 week to recover, and flip time…..Which just so happens to be: New Years!!! This week ( and past few days) has been on target. I am seeing growth everyday I open the tent. I don’t know why, but the first 2 weeks of my grows move super slow. Then in week 3-4, it’s like a rocket ship. 11-11 (51 days left) - kicking some ass now. 2 of the RuntZ might make it, the Hulk-Berry is def going to make it pretty close to 3 ft tall. Hulkberry has 21 days to be transplanted, RuntZ will be transplanted in 14 days.

Middle 2 plants stretched a lot week 3 of flower. They were growing slower in veg so I flipped to flower as soon as their canopy reached the net (barely LST these 2 plants with the net given their slower growth). Then week 2-3 of flower they took off. Did some defoliating to expose bud sites further down with the intent to increase yeilds.

She's developing pretty fast and looking very strong snd healthy, although she's having to deal with fungus gnats which are making her grow a little slow however I'm about to start treating her with nematode steinernema feltiae. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Our summer weather continues to be brutal with daytime high temperatures hitting over 90℉ everyday, and nighttime low temp's rarely going below 75℉ with super high nighttime RH in the 70-90% range. 7/28- I am continuing with my daily watering regime of 5-8g every afternoon after sunset, with the exception of days that we receive measurable rain. 7/30- The Papaya Sherbet photo is continuing her growth spurt and is at 6 1/2 feet tall now! She's got that wide node spacing reminiscent of Sativa's, and I'm just hoping that she doesn't wait too long to begin flowering which would run into our wet season when issues with fungus and mold become more of a concern. 8/1- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is now 84 days since she first appeared, and she has really come a long way since. Hopefully in the next few weeks she will shift gears and begin to flower which will be a welcome sight to see!
