HARVEST@DAY84!!! Took way longer than i expected to finish but it was worth it i was going actually going to give it a couple more days to wait for some more brown trichomes but she started to get a few nanna's so i cut her down. i could not tell how chunky the buds really were underneath all of the leaves. thiccness from the main colas all the way down and alot of frost. Smells heavenly. chemical and gassiness. Will absolutely be growing the rest of the seeds i have next time around. She was more sensitive to the light and i topped her a little early are my only complaints. i didnt have a big enough scale so couldnt weigh her wet. will post dried weight. its a nice yeild for me being my first grow. she smells dank Super happy!!!!

Well I have to say even though I had a few temperature issues in the night that I think may have stressed them. They took a lot longer than expected but after drying I don’t know how but I ended up with some fantastic tasty buds a few of the plants even came out purple!! I have to say the purple buds are my favourite 🤩 fastbuds never disappoints!!!!!

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12-14 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this Ten Week cultivar! She's beginning to really get frosty now and I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 65 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder and will probably go a bit longer, closer to 70 +/- days, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Hey y'all sorry I've been a little slow with the updates but life is busy... You know. Anyway let's check in on our Indoor girl. The flowering stretch is waaaaay under way she's grown almost double her height in the last two week. I've had a bend quite a few tall stems down. To keep her flat but there's flowers every where. Since we're only two weeks from harvest it's time to put away the Dutch Science and begin our flush. Lots of water and regular TDS checks of run off are the mission, a TDS value of less than 250 ppm is the goal. Week eight also means it's time to defoliate ,which is awesome cause this girl was looking very shabby. Now shes got that nice breezy up do. Looking forward to seeing what those Big Bud genetics can do for our beautiful Northern Lights. 😎🇨🇦

This week went pretty well, but I don't have much time for an update as I literally spent all day trimming up the wedding cheesecake, and now I am heading out of town to coach a baseball tournament. She is growing some nice thick colas, and I am still feeding her the same. Just gave her a bikini waxing AKA lollipop I'm trying a lot of techniques that I've never tried before this one

I started germination of 3 Crystal Candy fv beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! This is my first look at this variety so I have no background information on experience for this one. But I will get some from this grow, and if shes blessed. There could be a second run in the future.

So i hatvested them on day 80, they got 24h of light before harvest. I removed all fan leafes with no to verry little trichomes visible. Both plants are now drying by ca. 21°C and 57% humidity. This time i will dry them with lights on to be more efficient with my growing cycles. ( i think they will get at least 2-4 days darkness before the new seedlings move in the box )

Into day 30 and I have some flowers starting. The girls look healthy and I am only using some LST and defoliation. Backed off the Foxfarm Big Bloom and I am now just using Ph balanced water between 6.3 and 6.5 Very pleased with their progress so far🌱🤙
