welcome to Day 76 3/3/2021 glad to have this harvest under my belt she has some very nice looking buds and I cant wait to smoke them. there are more updates on the way as she dry's out and I get the real weight update Day 79 3/6/2021 the dry is finished and its all weighed up. on my trial smoke it was very smooth and tasty and a pretty strong head high but not over powering. I uploaded macro shots just for you fellow growers it was a small harvest but it was a small plant so I'm happy I got that much 😀🙏

The girls have basically exploded this week! They were drinking a ton and have responded really well to the steady increase in nutrients. With the room being basically self sustaining, it’s been a lot less work. Yesterday was the second round of defoliation and because this is my first time getting this far, I decided to be pretty moderate. There’s a few plants I took quite a bit off as an experiment and they seem to be doing great! The guy at my local hyrdo store recommended GH Floralicious Plus for flavor and smell, so I decided to try it out and this is some pretty potent stuff. After their first feeding of the Floralicious they are smelling delicious! The one plant furthest into flower is starting to show some fade in the lower leaves, she will certainly be done before the rest. She has a very sweet and sour aroma, especially if she gets rustled around a little bit. I’m stoked for the rest of flower and seeing their progress. Also I haven’t seen a fungus gnat in weeks so those yellow sticky traps are a must.

This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/16- Week Five is here and I couldn't be happier with how both of the Testers from Dutch Passion/SSSC are doing! Both are continuing to have excellent vigor and are 'praying' hard every day... VERY happy ladies! 5/18- Today, I watered both Testers with 1.5g of straight well water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 70℉. I also removed some new shoots growing down low on both plants to help redirect energy towards the upper portions. 5/20- Yesterday and today were cool and rainy, so all I really did was to spend some quality time with the ladies, giving them both a good looking over to catch any issues well before they get out of hand. Both looked fantastic! 5/22- Yesterday, both Testers were watered with 2g of well water with 3 tbsp/g of Worm Tea concentrate, which was ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉. I have also started to do some HST on both, twisting and bending branches to allow light to reach down into their canopies. Well fam, Week Six of veg is on the books for these two gorgeous girls from Dutch Passion/Super Sativa Seed Club and I am absolutely impressed with how well both are doing despite the rather warm temp's right now... Defoliated and lollipopped quite a bit, also flipped the ladies this week! All the girls are looking very happy and I’m super excited to see some flowering action soon 🤩 also I’m glad I managed to fill up the tent completely, with an uncountable amount of budsites!

Coming to the end here for both plants. I've been only watering ph water. Watered until runoff for the last time and just watching the trichomes turn now. 10.5 weeks and they seem to be pretty much done.

The two fastbuds are showing many pistils, whereas the two zambezas seems to be a bit behind in flowering, must be for the ruderalis genetics I imagine. Haply with the way the canopy is developing, looking forward to see these babes fatten up!!

Woche 2 Die jungen Damen machen sich. Es waren hier leider nur 4 Tage Sonne die Woche. In der Nacht zu Freitag ging hier die Temperatur auf 5°C und un der Nacht zu Samstag auf 6°C runter. Das waren die einzigen Nächte in dem die Ladys nochmal reingeholt und vor das Fenster gestellt wurden. Die zwei Nächte in der Woche mit 8°C haben die jungen Damen draußen gut verkraftet. Ansonsten waren die anderen Nächte bei 10°C kein Problem. Tagsüber waren es bis auf zwei Tage bei 18-20°C. Das eine Blatt von Lady#2 war an der Spitze leicht gekrümmt. Als sich das nach zwei/drei Tagen nicht normalisiert hat, habe ich ein Blick darunter geworfen. Eine grüne Stinkwanze hatte da ihre Eier gelegt. ... die falsche Pflanze und den falschen Gärtner dafür ausgesucht😄💪🏼 der betroffene Finger vom Blatt wurde abgeschnitten und entsorgt. Gegossen wurde nur nach Bedarf. Höhe #1 15cm #2 14.5cm

Well this little girl is forming very much like kush buds would , very dense and thick bud with very few white pistel hairs , A very attractive bud too watch form , she is packing on bud like there is no tomorrow as you can see from the pics and drinking the pot dry every 3 days of 8 pints , the colour from this plant is truly a sight indeed and the smell she is giving off is like a mouthful of blackberry jelly and icecream back when you was a kid , i am very excited about this one and cannot wait too try her ,

This weather has been fucking with this grow way too much, one day it’s super cold & the other it’s like i’m living in the desert & when i get them out of my greenhouse because of the crazy temperatures it would start raining a half our later way too many times :/ i tried my best but this grow won’t be my best one🤷‍♂️🏻

WOW! They are getting so big. The biggest one has shown signs of preflower so I topped her. The other one is about 4 inches shorter and barely in preflower so I don't think I'll top her. I'm going to do a half dose of Veg Top dress and Bloom top dress as it has been a full 4 weeks in veg and I think I see a hint of N deficiency developing. I'll record it in next weeks info. Right now still just straight water into the self wayering pot reservior. I increased the light intensity to 70% also. I used some white string and wooden clothespins for LST to open up the middle a bit. FAST BUDS JUST OPENED UP SHIPPING IN THE USA!!!
