Barneys Farm pineapple Chunk 7 weeks of Flowering Completed 8th March 2020 I found some Bud rot in a bud early this past week and immediately removed it. This had me very concerned so after I washed my hands I inspected all of the remaining buds and couldn't find anymore which was both a blessing and a Warning to be extra vigilant from Now on. Luckily the Constant high humidity caused from the overcast conditions has finally abated and this weeks forecast is for Mostly sunny and Dry days. The Big fan that can be seen in the above images runs 24/7 now to create a constant medium strength Breeze that physically moves the branches and hpefully inhibits any further Rot fom occuring. Barneys Farm suggests a possible 56 day harvest for this strain but in the two times I have previously grown it . The phenotypes required 70+ days to get 20% amber trichomes. To be perfectly honest I doubt i'll be able to let this one run for that long because of the potential loss of bud thru rotting. I'm only at day 49 now so I guess I will be counting myself lucky if I can get it to around the 60 day mark ? Been needing to feed and water quite often as its drinking up everything I throw at it. Hello brothers and sisters I'm still in full bloom. we are on day 68 from seed. The waterind are only with osmosic water. The leaves begin to yellow and the buds finally mature. One more week and the harvest. Bye.

This week the girls were getting a bit heavy leafed and sweaty. Getting into LST techniques, we went a bit crazy with the defoliation for some of the plants. Their growth seems a bit stunted so we moved them to the center to fill out the canopy with the bigger plants. Probably gonna have to veg a bit longer than we were hoping. Growth seems good though with some leaf tips yellowing. Hopefully it's just the old nutrient deficiency that should be now fixed. The canopy looks nice and even. The dehumidifier gets filled too fast, so we should've gotten a bigger one. Currently trying to keep the humidity at max 70% but we are struggling when the tank gets filled up. After getting two fans and still struggling with the airflow and sweaty leaves, we got a better third fan and stopped using the other two. We got a small greenhouse heater for our tent because we opened the window due to the growing humidity. It's winter around here. Main issues for the upcoming weeks seem to be getting the temperature and humidity in control before flowering. Right at the end of the week we installed our SCROG.

Slight issue with my this week lights went off by human error (switched wrong switch) hopefully everything ok back on same schedule now so hoping it’s all good ✌️🏻

Started the 12/12 schedule hoping to see preflowers soon, starting a little sooner with the bud ignitor let’s see what happen

This strain has a very interesting high, I and my girlfriend did a test on her at about week 2 of cure and found she has a very sweet minty mango tinge, but a more of a minty tea smell with a bit of sour tinge once you crack that bud open to put it in the grinder. She smokes amazing all white ash and a very dense but romantic softness to her. At first I was bummed smoking this strain because knowing it only peaks at around 17% supposedly I did not expect a very strong bud already, but when I smoked her I got almost a very gradual increase after a few minuets of puffing almost like a euphoric wave was slowly rushing over my eyes and head like a tide coming in on a beautiful night after a long day at the beach. I felt quite sativa stoned with it growing in intensity in my face and eyes, then after I finished my joint I went inside for a glass of water and as soon as I sat down, it really hit me and my girlfriend right in the ass, I was couch locked and so was she, but in a very odd way, I was not indica deep, but I was more a good hybrid deep, a very relaxing eye and face buzz with quite relieving muscle tension I felt amazing, my body was so bloody relaxed! I felt just comfortable like a cozy blanket and a fire on a cold December day, hot chocolate in hand. This strain from start of smoke, to burn out was a very calm and needed high for me and my lady. We both burned out and slept like rocks, like someone had just given the worlds best massage in my brain and bones. I woke up the next morning feeling quite refreshed after that eye relaxing euphoric head high and my back and legs felt very relaxed and ready for a great day! So in my opinion! A good 6/10 for max potency but a 10/10 for flavour and enjoyment. Over all I give this strain a 8/10 in my books, a 17% is all I need and I’m betting she came out around that, of course without lab testing I can not prove that. But I love this strain and the high it gives, one single 0.5 joint got me fried, and the next day I finished off 3 bowls and went to fucking muchie land so he’ll yeah! Give candy cane a try!! Also! Sorry about the lack of info! I did not have a scale when it was in wet weight, I also had a whole half a plant chopped to branches and the big buds left on the plant to hang dry slow, so I was not able to get it on a scale until dried a week later due to my work schedule and having stores open as I’m in the shop and close as I leave.

This strain is awesome, 2nd time i grow this strain and close to one of my favorites. I grew 2 plants and we have one very sweet plant with nice fruity touches, the other plant reminds me of the sour gumballs i ate when i was a little kid! Nice sticky and extremely hard buds, these buds exploded in THC! Totally recommended, a true gem 💎 of Dutch Passion seeds

Day 106 16/08/24 Friday Big feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Finally flipped her!! Excuse my mess of a Scrog it's first time. I'm cutting away squares to allow the new growth this week to pass through, the net will only be used them as support to allow her to fully express her flowers 💚 Day 107 17/08/24 Saturday Another watering today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Picture and video update ✌️ 💚 Day 109 19/08/24 MONDAY Another feed today, she is recovering well from the move, Scrog, LST. This week I'll be keeping her within the net as she stretches. OMG too, I have been keeping my go pro doing time lapse photos in the tent, I made a video with first 26days in 3 minutes Check it out! Wow, growth is beginning to light a fire in my gut, feels good man! Although, I'm starting to get curious about plant #3. For the past few days, this girl (3), has been not growing in girth or height. Although she seems fuller and healthier.. Gonna wait her out! OH Another thing, A great big SHOUT OUT to Sacred Geometry and Astarte for giving me great advice on my stem issue with plant 2. I went ahead and chose SG's for my answer simply because I felt topping the pot was the right call. Oh but be aware, that my plant heights all went down due to topping off the pots with more soil... But I feel more comfortable about that plant now. Also I heeded SG's advice on Fox Farm Nutrients and halved the recommendations this week. All right, on to my daily log entries. These can all be found in the pics above, but I feel like it makes my comments more beefy.... 12/17 Humidifier ran out of H2O, trimmed first leaves & suckers off Plant 3. I know she's little but I hate her having to work harder for those terrible nutrient suckin leaves 12/18 Rinsed all plants w/ PH Balanced H2O & watered lightly around stem. Sat Back and enjoyed growth. Man, 4 is kick ass! Put in CO2 cannisteter @6:07P 12/19 Trimmed last two weird leaves off plant 3, only left 2 pairs up top hopefully enough... just wanted to get it focused. Topped $4 too, left 3 nodes 12/20 Fed w/ 1.5 tsp/ga Big Bloom / Big Grow, 1/8 tsp/ ga Clean Kelp topped pots w/Dirt (SO SG!) so heights went down Did not top #3's pot too short. Rinsed plants w/ PH Balanced H2O TDS @ 1154 PPM PH out 4.35. 12/21 Topped plant 1, removed bad leaves, P2 pinched baby suckers. (I realize now I'm not really topping, I'm more just trimming suckers) 12/22 CO2 juices on P1 leaves caused almost holes thru it Dropped light to 19 1/2" f/ #3 12/23 Measured plants, shook up CO2 cannister #4 Power Growth! #3 seems to be fuller but no measurement changes! These were quite an experience to grow. My second grow ever and they are great. I loved the way they flowered and how they responded to topping. They absolutely loved it. I would 10/10 grow again. Strong genetics and a very strong high.

My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in.
