Que pasa familia. Noticias buenas y malas, de 3 ejemplares, uno nos salió hermafrodita. Empezó a formar plátanos esta semana y al estar tirándolos en ramas distintas, cortamos por lo sano y ADIÓS. Quedan 2 subimos cantidad de comida, pegaron buen estirón, y las flores están formando sin problema alguno. Dejo muchas imágenes y vídeos de esta semana, y ya deducen ustedes.

Week starting off a bit rough. Massive temperature spike up to 29 degrees c and 30% humidity for a few hours shocked her. Some yellowing on the tips of new growth. Starting off this week with lower A + B (1ml/l, 1/3 strength) and adding in some potash plus to prestart her for flower. Midweek: Flushed with about 10L of Ph'd water because I was seeing a significant rise in TDS/EC. Started feeding today with 1/4 strength Grow A+B and 1/4 Bloom A+B. End of week: Very consistent growth. Amazed. Going to be a monster auto 😁 May have broken a branch while LST. Just put it back where I found it and tied it up. Hopefully the I didnt see it, it didnt happen method pulls through. Started feeding with Bloom nutrient schedule at 1/3 strength and upped the dose of calmag to 1ml/L Next week will see a steady increase in nutrient strength and additional bloom additives from cycos advanced line and her first hair cut.

May 11: wildfire smoke rolled in this morning for the first time this year. Last year was horrible but hopefully this year won’t be as bad. Today was stay inside the house sort of bad smoke but it’s supposed to blow over soon. Hope. Plant looks good and happy in the final container. May 12: took out a couple of small cedars and I have a new sunniest spot in the yard, or at least for the next 12 weeks or so. Today’s sunlight is like what it will be like in early August (6 weeks to solstice). May 16: cool and rainy today but some sun at the end. She’s still doing great, and definitely better than most of my previous starts. I think I had the soil too wet before, or maybe the apple thing actually works. Either way she’s off to a good start and we’re on schedule with the May long weekend coming up. May 17: cool and rainy all day. Left plant in the mini-greenhouse all day.

She is stil really small and with the very slow start its at a slow pace. Main stem is very thick and firm though. Im still keeping her and see what happends. I started to top already and with some LST for the Scrog.😞

Day 99 07/10/24 Monday Flushing this week Using de-chlorinated tap water 10L pH 6 with Flawless finish. She really has darkened in colour now, fans showing a deep dark Purple / Black, the buds themselves are a deep dark purple, and absolutely laced with trichomes 🤤 Picture update tonight📸💚

Watering every two days this watering was a plain water with calMag other than that I give a couple of the plants 2 weeks then I'll see if they ready for the chop.

Welcome growfessors to the harvest of Green Crack! This strain has been a pleasure to grow, very hearty strain, small and compact during veg then a nice stretch in bloom. Sticky dense buds, strong fuel smell with an underlying sweet aroma. Will update in 2 weeks with the initial smoke report and dry weight. Update April 30 - dry weight of 155 grams. Buds are big but not as dense as the LSD buds. Initial smoke report, earthy tones with a bit of fuel.

This week, the plant is feeding heavily and has grown well. I super cropped the main stem to help with the plant becoming too tall. It has taken very well. The plant was becoming very tall so I thought this would be something to try out. It's below zero outside and my heater can't keep up. Also the humidifier for this tent broke and I can't afford to replace it right now. It's starting to smell like fruit roll ups, so that's nice. Hopefully reaching the end of stretch.

Esta es mi primer planta que cosechó con éxito, y estoy muy feliz con mi resultado final 😄 obtuve una muy buena cantidad de flores premium con alrededor de 15% de thc (desde mi punto de vista claro 😅) Tuve algunos problemas durante el cultivo, principalmente que deje que se estirara mucho, debi hacerle LST a la punta principal para que no siguiera aumentando la altura y tener más flores del mismo tamaño, las flores más bajas quedaron chicas y les faltó madurar un poco, también tuve problemas de sobrefertilizacion aun a pesar de que seguí las instituciones de los fertilizantes y de sus indicaciones que me dieron los de servicio al cliente, incluso ya teniendo en cuenta eso siempre use la menos de la dosis de la base ya hasta que crecieron más le fui aumentando, igual creo que es muy cierto lo que dicen de que “menos es más” a la próxima empezaré usando muy pocos nutrientes, aparte creo que si hubiera usado unos leds más potentes, las plantas hubieran aprovechado más los nutrientes, pero igual me sirvió de experiencia, pienso cultivar de nuevo esta genética y sacarle más provecho. Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

19th of April day 40 above soil, Plants are looking healthy I broke one branch while low stress training but it didn’t effect the growth it’s still the fastest growing plant in the tent, maybe another week or two veg and then flip to flower 🍁

Amazing harvest 160 dry hard bit bit crunchy buds. Im getting better and better in curing. This is almost one month after harvest and curing at least 3 weeks.
