What amazing genetics! The trunk on this hag at 21 days could support a huge cola right now! Underneath the lateral growth is happening without any sun, the giant fan leaves from this obvious Indica dom are preventing any light from getting down there. Once we flower I’ll use those branches for clones and keep that central kola going. This is a rare plant, I feel fortunate to be working with a powerful plant like this.

Week five of my first cannabonsai/mother project. This young lady has been having nothing but tap water for the last few weeks. I am going to start feeding her as soon as she shows the first signs of deficiency. After all the training on day 20, then the root reveal on day 26. I left her five full days to recover before messing any more. Then I took all her fan leaves off and adjusted the LST. I need to train here more over the coming days. Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Only adding water at a Ph of between 5.5 and 7…still No extra nutrients…switched placement of the plants because the Big Bang was starting to cone and figured the mist from the humidifier was giving too much extra moisture (Not sure how much sense that makes but it healed after the move so I guess🤷‍♂️🏾) Other than that everything was fine.

day 51: I did some smaller repositioning and defoliation. It looks like she liked the more of nutrients i gave her yesterday. The buds are getting bigger, the pistils start to change their color and more trichomes are getting cloudy. day 52: Just visual check and filling up humidifier. day 53: Watering day. I increased the amount of Bio-Bloom, Top-Max and Bio-Heaven to 3ml/l. I'm now at about 6 liters of water every 3 days. day 54: Just visual check and filling up humidifier. day 55: Just visual check and filling up humidifier. The buds are getting bigger and more dense. From now I will have a close look at the pistils and the trichomes to decide when I will start to give her only plain (ph-regulated) water. I guess we have about 2-3 weeks to go from now. What are you thinking? day 56: Watering day. As most of the pistils are still white and most of the trichomes still clear, I gave her about 6 liters of water full of nutrients. day 57: While checking on her, I noticed some "burned" looking leaf tips. I guess that could've been a little too much nutrients last time. Overall she is looking happy.

Out of water for 3 days and when I arrive she looks with all her leads facing down. As soon I put her water she refused but after few hours she becomes very healthy. I had to cut few yellow leeds

I grew in cold , the max temperature was 20 celcius day and 14 at night.

Day 73 - 16/06/2025 Harvest day! 🧑🏽‍🌾 I've checked the thricomes from Strawberry Cola 2 and decided to harvest it. The thricomes started being ambar on top buds and as a heat wave is coming I decided to harvest early schedule and leverage 3 days before the heat wave. It's weighing 355g wet and it should go over my expectations dry. It would be around 120g. It's a nice strain completely frosty and with terpenes bit different than Strawberry Cola 1 . Mainly fruity terpenes. I did a wet trim and stored all big leafs with thricomes for washing them later. Cheers! 🍁🤞🏽🔥

Day 22 and 23: Going easy breezy so far!! I released some ladybugs in my tents on these Chocolate Mint OG's 21st day. So far so good lol. Last night when I watered I gave a little real growers recharge to help with the recent transplant (it definitely gave them a boost!) Its mid summer here in MI and 84+ temps 😬 keeping the house and tents cool has been a challenge to say the least. Thankfully all my plants are in Veg and seem to like the heat. Except the Choc Mint.they are showing mild heat stress on the top fan leaves(at least that's my guess) Tent temps have been around 86 down to 84 daytime. I lowered them so they are 24" from the lights 🤞 hopefully that helps. Other than that, no problems. And some generally happy plants! The recharge and soil combo burned them a very little bit as well. Day 25&26 Nothing too eventful. I watered #2 on day 25. With some real growers recharge. The stuff is awesome! No nutrients needed if you have good soil! Day 26: snip 2 fan leaves from #2(the topped one) she was getting a little bushy. And tucked the other fans under to promote some lower branch growth. #1 I'm letting roll totally natural unless I clean up lower canopy to prevent pests. Day 27: Plants are doing great! #1 is really getting tall and # 2 is staying short and squat because of the training. We are letting #1 go naturally.
