The week was great. The roots took to the 1/4 nutes and I’m expecting beast mode soon. Stems are ok, stalks are good until you’ve gotten trunks. This ebb and flow NFT system is the way to go for me. I red something a while back about “kiss” keep it stupid simple. This setup does that and triples anything in souls I’ve ever done. My only new issue is that my humidity is quite a bit higher so I see myself investing in dehumidifiers down the road.

Cali crasher is doing great. I had to hst her today. She was getting too close to the light and starting to show burn signs. Plus the heat is not good for the flowers profile. So I layed a bunch of the tops down. She is due for a new air stone as well. Everything is looking good under the Hortibloom Solux 350. Just getting huge , and huger , lol , keep a close eye on the EC and ph , I’ll change reservoir today or tomorrow changed buckets today, 2/5/19 added a couple of pics in the dark.. also one thing ive noticed, if you try and play video it doesnt work, but if you go forward to next pic, then back again with the arrows on the side, it works!!! on my ipad anyway.

You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine. At the start of my first proper week of growth she seemed to be doing really well. I noticed her stretching quite a bit, so I moved to the light a bit closer. This seems to have done the trick. Thanks to everyone on Grow Diaries who answered my question about burying some of the stem when transplanting. I decided to move to a slightly bigger pot (from 1litre to 3.8 litres) so that I could bury some of her stretchyness. This was based on advice from you guys - so thank you! She seems to have taken to the transplant well. I made sure the EC and PH of both mediums were very close.

Room is almost there Flood table coating was completed this week. Took forever to cure in the colder weather, but it is looking great now. Normally I wouldnt use this stuff because it is $200 per gallon, but since Im in the industry, these expired sample cans didnt cost me a cent and provides a much more durable, reflective, cleanable and puncture resistant alternative to plastic. Im very happy with the table overall, it cost me very little to build I installed the fan and carbon filter, moves about 750 cf per minute. Its a bit loud, but its huge, so what are ya gonna do? My dutch bucket pails are slowly being collected from my local coffee shop. I need 4 - 8 more. Ive got all the hardware to set up the watering system, so I will work on that in the coming week
