Weekly update on these big girls. I decided to take out some of the lower branches, giving more airflow at the top of the pot level. Overall they've exploded with growth this week. I'd say they're getting close to 4ft tall. I sprayed some BT spray for ipm this week since I don't want catapillers showing up unannounced. All in all Happy Growing.

Good start to the week, of course it's only been the first day. Got the humidity up with a new humidifier and all has been great for a couple days. "Plant Success Revolution: Great White" Is in, so that'll be used once I repot as an inoculant as well as a root dusting. Depending on the growth of the plants over the next couple days to a week, I'll be repotting this week or next week sometime. Updates as they come; of course. - This prior week's timelapse will be up tomorrow. -2/23/2021 Gave a foliar spray of kelp extract right before lights out, the morning of 2/24 I noticed gray/white staining on the leaves where the droplets were. Will keep an eye on it. -2/24/2021 Carl 2 looks to be experiencing a deficiency, perhaps a nitrogen deficiency. Slight yellow mottling of the lower leaves. As with the spots, will keep my eye on it. -2/25/2021 Carl 2 is certainly experiencing what I believe is a nitrogen deficiency. Will be feeding properly next watering. -2/25/2021 Additionally, Carl 2 has definitely been helped by the kelp. It's almost the size of the plant that had been larger before and hadn't been sprayed with the kelp foliar. -2/26/2021 All plants were root drenched with some Great White Mycorrhizae - Should be fun too see how this plays out. The feed concentration in the "nutrients" section is NOT accurate. I put a light dusting into the sprayer. -2/28/2021 - Significant growth from all plants, seems the kelp and the GWM are doing their jobs.

Growing Medium and Setup: - The plants are grown in a mix of living soil, coco coir, perlite, and clay pebbles. - The soil mix includes mycorrhizal fungi cultures to support healthy root development. 3. Watering and Nutrient System: - The plants are watered from the bottom using an AutoPot system, which provides a consistent supply of nutrient solution. - The pots are equipped with air domes connected to an air pump, delivering oxygen directly to the roots to enhance growth. Steps Taken: 1. Defoliation and Positioning: - Carefully removed excess fan leaves to improve light distribution and airflow within the canopy. - Repositioned the plants to ensure each one has enough space to grow and receive adequate light. 2. Watering and Nutrient Management: - Set up the AutoPot system to supply a balanced nutrient solution to the plants. - Ensured the nutrient solution is appropriate for the flowering stage, with a focus on supporting bud development. 3. Air Domes and Oxygenation: - Connected the air domes to an air pump to deliver oxygen to the root zone. - Monitored the air pump to ensure consistent oxygen flow to the roots. Next Steps: - Monitor the plants closely for signs of flowering and adjust the light cycle to 12 hours on and 12 hours off to initiate and support flowering. - Continue to observe the plants for any signs of nutrient deficiencies or excesses and adjust the feeding regimen as needed. - Ensure the AutoPot system and air domes are functioning properly to maintain optimal hydration and oxygenation. Killing it this week. Making the switch tomorrow. I will keep spreading the tips through the stretch but I won't be keeping them low. I'm going to let them get some vertical growth so the future buds can take advantage of all available light.

So this final week the buds on this Orange Hill Special are filling out. They are getting rock solid and the calyxes are doing their final swelling. Also, the trichomes have started forming and up close, they are forming a white sticky film over the whole bud. The buds feel heavy and compact, although their size could have been bigger but not complaining with this amount of bud. I have just been feeding some perma tea and clean water since this soil is probably very high in nutes by now. I had some brown leaf points so just adjusted and all was fine. Now we go into the final one or two weeks. I did some final defoliation to expose some underside buds, they are swelling too. Removed some sticky underside larf, kept it in a box to gradually dry for a preliminary taste test coming days. So she's grown a lot since last week! The mutation is looking a little crazy still and I attempted LST and messed it up totally. Im sure it'll all work out in the end but I really would like to start widening the plant and use some horizontal space while we're still in veg. This could potentially be my longest grow, in duration. So I'll definitely need to train ASAP anyway. Here is what I did this week. 10.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 5.9 and containing the following nutrients; 💜 1/2 TSP Cal-Mag 💜 1/2 TSP Mega Crop Part A PH: 5 9 PPM: 1510.
