Esta semana el drenaje del suelo me dio valores muy altos la EC en 3700 y el ph 8.3 , en los riegos anteriores el ph de riego eran de 6.3 y la EC de 1500 por eso el próximo riego volveré a hacerlo solo con agua, para ver si se normaliza. La planta igualmente viene creciendo en optimas condiciones a nivel visual, con los cogollos desarrollándose de manera saludable. Espero que siga asi.

D109/F57: bud washing right after cutting 3*12L buckets - 1 with 100g lemon juice and 100g baking soda - 2 with plain water for rinsing 30 seconds in each bucket and then a lot of ventilation to remove excessive moisture. Quite happy with this technique: So many fungus gnats and dust/hair caught. I'll have to watch out for mold very frequently and carefully. 1) Fan full blast for 4 hours to reduce moisture induced by bud washing 2) Then put in tent with exhaust fan at minimum power Temp is 18-19°C and RH 60-62%

So after consideration of the density of the buds and my night humidity levels— decided to chop a week early. Buds are super dense. Concern for mold. Very leafy lady- with massive fans She’s 10% amber but still some white pistols on the lowers. Very easy to grow. Stayed on the shorter side with minimal stretch—which is appreciated. I love how the Plagron Green Sensation is nitrogen free! I used it from weeks 3-6. Super helpful as the leaves were getting a little curl— even with minimal nutes. Will have harvest report soon. As terps can change after dry/cure. Happy with the results of the Runtz and Plagron! 🏻💚

From the pictures the 2 seeds with the small tap roots are still on the plate, in a paper towel, in a dark place. I am hoping they make some progress today so that I can get them into their containers!!! My goal is to have 4 active sprouts in the new 5x5 tent, in a ScroG setup. So far only 1 has sprouted. I am finding the sprouting part the most difficult aspect of growing these wonderful plants. I still have 4 seeds in reserve and if the 2 don't continue germination and the other one doesn't sprout up through the flake of rockwool I have over the seed head, I'll get the other 4 into water.

Still fighting with pH. It was 5.5 when I add the plants, but when I check a few hours later, it's already above 6.5 Days 2: I trimmed the bottom fan leaves from Purple Kush to keep them off the ground. I also topped Purple Maroc. pH was still below 6 Day 4: Veg is gone wild..... I have been shoving the large fan leaves on the Autos underneath other branches to allow light in. Red Purps may get topped yet again. Day 6:. Switched autos to bloom nutrients. Added Purpanator to them. pH set to 5.5. Topped bottom and mid branches of Red Purps to keep canopy more even. Day 7: replaced CO2 generator.

Did some defoliation today but not sure if I'm doing right. - 12/5 Day 30 - LED lamp now on 24h - Water: Both plants got 1L of water with nutes increased to 1.5ml because it's been 10 days since I started with giving them 1ml each time they got water. Now I started to see they drink much more. Last time it was 3 days between watering. This time it was only 1 day since they got 1L water. Maybe increase 1L to 1.5L next time. Summary for the day: I still do some LST but truing to do less and focusing on spreading the tops. LED in 40cm full effect. Did some defoliation today as well. - 14/5 Day 32 - LED lamp now on 24h - Water: Nothing Maybe increase 1L to 1.5L next time. Another good week. Watered them twice. I'm not planning on feeding them again. A little defoliation. I definitely think they are in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Still seeing some nutrient burn developing on the leaves. I don't think I watered enough through the whole grow! I'd love to hear opinions on this! Took some videos of the buds with an iPhone 12 at 6X magnification. Decent quality! Otherwise, still looking to successfully harvest these plants! Thinking about the next grow. Probably going to be Auto Strawberry Cheesecake and Auto Anesthesia. Peace!

8/25/23 - Day 73 - Another week down. We did a water change today. The buds are getting fatter and WAAAAAAY smellier. I have had a couple of times now where I lost a battle to the Skunk BOSS. I have had to reach in to move some buds around because they are too close to the light on some bud sites. You can see one of the buds up top, it has some white to it, I think that's due to being too close to the light. But once I move the buds around, I smell EXACTLY like a skunk. The smell is crazy strong. It's taking several full showers and it's still all over my fingers. Gloves will be an ABSOLUTE must when just reach in for a second. 8/28/23 - Day 76 - The buds are starting to grow even more, that the buds are growing buds out of them. That sounds weird but it's the only way to describe it. It looks like Romanesco. The buds are getting more dank, fatter, and more crystals are forming. 8/29/23 - Day 77 -I did some trimming today. I push some of the buds down and really got my arms in there today. All of the buds have gained so much mass to them when I squeeze them, they are really dense. I left a time laps video of me doing some late trimming, I was noticing some of the cannabis leaves were taking some of the light from the buds. 8/31/23 - Day 79 - The trichomes are still see-through and crystal clear. Was out of town all week and came back to find the CBD Star in my space bucket not looking good. It looks like a phosphorus deficiency but not entirely sure. Yellow leaves with brown/black spots and dark red/purple stems. I flushed it with 2 gallons 6.5 pH water, re-fertilized, put it out in the sun and defoliated. I defoliated pretty heavily since many of the fan leaves were yellowed and blocking light from the lower bud sites. The center was also getting pretty dense so I carefully removed some of the leaves to help with airflow. Despite the stress, It seems to have bounced back reasonably well. There’s probably irreparable damage given the level of yellowing but the buds continue to grow and thicken. Cheese has absolutely exploded and looks great. It probably doubled in height last week with many bud sites on the 5 main stalks. Excited to see how it turns out.

BEGIN WEEK 8 - Day 50 - 12/11 - Light Water. Day 3 into flowering. Observe red stems. Day 51 - 12/12 - Day 4 into flowering. Red streaks on stem disappearing slowly. Plain Water about a cup. Day 52 - 12/13 - Day 5 into flowering. No Water. Day 53 - 12/14 - Day 6 into flowering. 1.8ml Grow + 1.2 Calmag fed. Red Streaks appear to be stopped growing, looking good progress. Trimmed Fan leaves to expose canopy. Minor adjustment to ties. Day 54 - 12/15 - Day 7 - 1 Week in flowering. Light plain water. About 2 cups. Growth like wild, nice dense green canopy formed. Trimmed lower growth, fan leavs, chopped off weak tops from bottom. Adjusted ties, spaced out the main tops. Day 55 - 12/16 - Day 8 into flowering. Light plain water. Day 56 - 12/17 - Day 9 into flowering. 2ml + 1.2ml Ferts. Plant ajustment and red streaks recovered really good. Overall looking healthy to my rookie vision. END WEEK 8.
