Went to town on the not so lower third, did a good lower half on these since they are so tall, I don’t really want any larf and I’ll probably go back in in a couple weeks and do the same thing. These ladies are stretching crazy and also starting to put out some ice. Very excited, these were cloned from a purple pheno, but that purple pheno couldn’t been due to deficiency. Either way I’m so hyped for this grow, the octopots are out performing my expectations and so are the plants. I turned the light up to 75% and they seem to like it so far, I’m afraid to go too high on it since they are essentially touching it right now anyway. Week 3 in the books. It’s time for some bud formation.

Day 70 Well I think I will give them another week and harvest.Showing lots of trichomes that are mostly cloudy so I’ll let them go a bit longer.The tallest girl is at 40 inches and suffered some fox tailing I’m gonna say from when I pounded them with light for a week or so 😆.Even though she fox tailed and will not have the most dense buds she smells super strong and loaded with trichomes.Of the 5 Runtz the shortest has the chunkiest most dense buds.The other 3 were very big producers and took the LST great branching out forming tons of colas.Ill try to let them dry out this week and place in the dark for a day or so before chopping.Unfortunately in my area we have heavy rains all week humidity may become a problem so I will add a dehumidifier soon.

Day 57. Statement : Even with hard beginning - thats my best run ! Zamnesia is AMAZING !!! With veg hiccups, they still bushout to really nice plants in less than 7 weeks. Now Blue Dream is targeting my roof, Kalini Asias are thick as f@ck. Runtz very dense plants, thought they would be a bit bigger ... They drink every 36 hours, hard to keep up with work, but i do my best not to screw up with them ;) This week : feed, water, water. Defoliation too !!! Day 59. That game - "who will reach sealings" - I don't like !!!! Moved lights two days ago ... Soon i will need axe for my roof !!! ;)) That Monster Blue Dream is insane !!! Hope will do heavy defoliation in two days, maybe this will shock her ;))) other plants keep up with her and canopy is even without all three Blue Dreams. Huge plants. Day 60. Video is showing how less space is left, but they just keep climbing !!! ;)) Day 61. Thinking to defoliate all girls tonight, but maybe i will do it after next watering. Had to reposition them, loads of branches need to be chopped, some didn't see light for last two weeks( Curly, looks like sh$t, will never reach light). Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

So this grow came to a finshed but I had a. Few issues that’s held me up from finishing up the diary, but in due time I will reupload it all in order soon. But over all I will also update with a final weigh in of each strain produced so stay tuned 🤙🏻🔥
