Mother Gorilla is a new and improved version of Royal Madre. The strain is a cross between Reina Madre (Queen Mother) and Gorilla Glue (GG # 4). As with any cross, the offspring have pronounced Reina Madre as Gorilla types and everything in between. Reine Madre has a complex terpene profile with sweet, sour and spicy aromas. However, the buds are rarely pronounced sweet or sour. The vast majority of the plants are rather spicy. However, it is difficult to give a specific description of this spicy aroma. When smoking, you can recognize it by its specific taste. The Gorilla specifications are also there: high in THC and the fantastic aromas of pine, chocolate and diesel. Mother Gorilla has a stimulating sativa-dominant effect. Energy and excitement without being overwhelming. A stimulating and creative effect. Euphoric at higher doses. The strain is great for small gatherings and parties and puts you in a social mood. It is also ideal to enjoy at home, if you are looking for some inspiration and introspection. The taste is rather spicy. With some plants, this gives a pronounced taste that may not please everyone. Sweet and sour is always well balanced, but never pronounced. The effect is mild and rather social. Larger doses really create a strong euphoric mood. The plant is fairly easy to grow. Her branches are fairly sturdy for a sativa, but also flexible enough for just about all pruning and bending techniques. Flowering time is at least 9 weeks. I am very satisfied with the autopots. You can leave for a few days without worrying. I wouldn't use them if you live on a floor. Occasionally they leak sometimes .... Looks a bit like Critical 47 from Positronics that I once grew. Plant # 6 is also such a phenotype. Probably stray seeds…. Large yield of skunky buds with many orange-brown pistils. However, the fragrance is not skunky, but unpleasantly sour. # 14 92cm 21.4gr Top quality. Firm hard ripe swollen buds. Beautiful brown pistils. Many trichomes. Fantastic aroma. Splendid ! # 15 126cm 67.1gr Extreme heavy yielder. Rocket-shaped mega top. The weed is less beautiful and has less trichomes, but does have the typical Reine Madre smell and taste. Topper! # 16 88cm 16.4gr Small plant with small buds and relatively much leaves. Low yield. A lot of trichomes.

Stem rubs are light lemon cake. Some have no taste. 3 are pretty big, 1 no smell nothing special. One is unwinding twisted root but has tight nodes lots of new growth but no stem rub. They all nice n hairy good immunity some are very fast and nice smell! Culled the two shortest ones after snell n node test they were just nothing special. Down to 3 with one lanky one small nodes but hairy n good smell gonna give her a week n see.

12/5 They're starting to get taller and develope more leaves. The gorilla zkittlez has some weird markings on its leaves. I don't think it's something I need to worry about because the plant seems healthy but it's worth noting.

31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water).

Topped at beginning of week 3 and added co2 this week. Plants loved the co2 and top of plants are now coming back to life after a couple days. Hope they turn out nice. Hoping for a good yield but most of all quality smoke in the end

Watering/ feeding every 4 day's... Alternating feed and water... Keeping it simple

Man the Team at seedstockers have some awesome beans she has just been growing exceptionally strong. It takes well to training and loves to be fed nutrients in excess so far it loves the environment . I'm loving her structure the internodes are tight and she doesn't seem to mind stress at all. Here comes the first Preflower Update

Day 71 from seed the plant seems to be coming along nicely and flowering stretch has come to a end . I cut some of the lower branches that were carrying some flower because there was no way they were going to develop on time with the higher branches because of lack of light penetration at that lower level and since nothing well happened to those lower branches she can start concentrating her effort and energy on to the higher buds. We are 3 days into flush. I flush with plain water. It is day 47 and yes I’m flushing early. Only a few amber trichomes to be seen but that’s gonna change rapidly. Last time under this same set up I went to day 60 and found a few pods. So 60 is a day or 3 over. Was gonna go with 50 and see what it looks like. If they need a few more days they will get it.

The girls are growing up and doing well, despite the crazy heat we've been having lately. Cheese and Pineapple have turned into two little monsters! I'm really happy with the result!

09/12/2018 Purple tip cutting seems to be taking .#1 is filling out well lots of fresh flowers stacking up nicely.#2,#3,#4 all doing well👍hope they finish up in 4weeks🙏 No feeding this week just molasses for soil microbes, 09/17/2019 Did some defoiliating and green tie 's to spread out lower branches on #1 . she is a beast. Seeing, some differences between #2,#3,#4 .#4 being darker green, #3 is paler green #2 not as pale, #1 lighter green but not pale at all. Given deep soaking today, and I noticed phase 3 flowering is starting!🙏 should start stacking them fat buds for next couple of weeks hope she done at 10 weeks fingers crossed.

Hello growers! Week 13 is here, a little cal mag issue but i’m On it 👌🏻 I had some issues with the night temperatures, but I have fixed that with a heater in my grow room. Thanks to the people that pointed out that would slow the growth of the girls. But yeah other than that the buds are mad frosty and smelling super dank, i’m Just waiting for them to fatten up now 👌🏻 Good growing everyone!

This platinum gorilla is looking pretty good. She is pretty bushy even though she got some training this week. I just flipped them to flower so should be seeing some stretch soon
