Day 107 (f45) update: She is coming along well! Was much in need of the day 42 defoliation as her fat fan leaves were blocking nearly all the light... Now the mid section is clearly under developed and more light green colored however since the defoliation the overall bud production is picking up in the mid section. In hindsight with this strain I should have removed more growth shoots at the start of flower (and more leaves at the week 3 defoliation) because currently most of the volume of the plant's flowers is in her mid/lower section... 😅 Her smells are doing well!! They didn't change much in the past week however the smell became stronger and when I rub the buds and then rub my fingers together I get some nice kushy fuely dank smells very much looking forward to smelling her after a good 2 month cure! 😛😛😎 She was showing slight nutrient burn and deficiencies so did a res change and lowered the nutrient dosage. Trying Botanicare TEA and SWEET RAW supplements to gain in terpenes... Hopefully it will be noticeable in the end result 😜 By the looks of it, at least 3 weeks left till harvest! Hello. Got the plants into the main grow room. There is 2 videos . In the first I just sit in the room quitly and turn the camera. you get a sense :) of what it's like in there. In the second I try to describe what's in the room, equipment and maybe a new technique. With the tomato cages I use, and needing the plant to slow down, I twist the stock into a large figure 8. Eventually I take off what is on the lower part of the 8, and just work the top of the 8. About 2 weeks in veg in this room. Then I take clones of everything before I switch to flower. >Carbon dioxide enhancement: I had to make that choice 20 years ago. I could, rent a tank and have my name on a list, at the gas store. Or make my own. They didn't have the small propane tanks like they do today for the blue flame you get when you burn it. I decided on a kerosene lamp burning down as low as it could be without going out. It makes a half blue and half yellow flame. I vent constantly so the small amount of carbon monoxide is not a problem. For the first week you can smell it a bit, but the smell disappears after that. I light the lamp in the morning and put it out at lights out (unless it's bed time). It needs to be put in a place in the room that cant get knocked over (pets, children, ?). I try to use extra attention whenever I use it. It can burn down the place. Be careful Please. >About 17 years ago I thought I'd lower my table by knocking a hole in the cement and dropping my 10 gallon reservoir more. I was able to lower it by 16 inches. Still have to watch the height of some plants though, it worked out well. Watch the video. > Air cleaner: The reason I got a big 8 inch exhaust fan was, I had a bout of powder mildew and needed better a exhaust system. When I plugged it in there was too much air moving. I phoned and asked and the salesman said that a dimmer switch wasn't a good idea. I put one on anyway. Works great. I have the fan barely on in the winter and about half way on in the middle of the summer. I haven't had any powdery mildew since. About 12 years ago I bought a good air cleaner. An ORECK, It has electrified plates that zap any organic particle or spore that come between the plates. Use to grow a Northern Lights that got 6 to 8 ounces per harvest, it grew big buds. Buds as big as my forearm. I had problems with gray mold attaching the buds. But none since I bought the air cleaner. Ya learn as you go.

Royal Queen seeds easy start, first time used excellent results, 100% germination rate, All seeds have popped and have been transplanted in three to four days. Very happy on to start of veg

Day 42 Sept 9th - Keeping tent way cleaner from now on, still have more to do. These ladies are getting very bushy. I can and need to defoliate them again this week ASAP. I am impressed with how they turned out so far, but allowing more light penetration during the 3rd week of flower is going to hopefully get me thicccc colas up and down the branches. Day 43 - defoliated and lollipopped :) Day 45 sept 13th - Switched light schedule back to a 20/4. 10 AM off, 2 PM on. Dehumidifier working flawlessly, cool temps all week as fall rolls around. Plants are doing very well as I prepare them for mid flower :) Day 47 sept 15th - Pistils are poppin like crazy, looks like these gals responded very very well to the defoliation. Been trying to correct a problem over last few days started with a flush and lowering nutrients. Hopefully will get better but not 100 % on what it is.

The purple lemonade is flowering nicely the buds are showing purple already and the gorilla cookies auto is flowering it has very tight node spacing which will mean bigger and fatter buds my tent is smelling great at the moment it will intensify as they grow

Happy with the over all bud development again this week the smell has really picked up now going into the final weeks. Checking the trichomes regularly planning to possibly start flushing next week all 3 plants are showing signs of colour fading of the larger leafs. Still defoliating and using some sticks to help expose more of the lower bud sites have also added an additional fan to help airflow. Increased the light output from 90% to 100% ☀️ 🤞🏻

Auto cinderella jack - Amazing week of growth. There are new nodes exploding from everywhere and its not showing signs of slowing down. They are currently loving the organic nutes and have started showing signs of flowering. Auto critical cheese - this plant has shot up recently. It was planted a week later that the ACJ but is growing some seriously fat fan leaves. Should be a nice yeilder. Peanut butter cookies - this girl is looking pretty sorry for herself. I am intentionally trying to keep her as small as possible so that I can get the autos out before flipping into flower but she is gonna be a beast. Will transplant into a final pot in the next day or so.
