My first grow....

Day 57 - Starting week 9 today and she’s stacking up beautifully and already layered with frost. I really don’t want to do much defoliating right now but it’s looking like she might need a little bit soon but will just keep everything as tucked as I can. She got 2 gallons of plain water today and will get a dose of nutrients next feeding. Day 59 - Looks like feeding her a bit more and stronger seems to of helped cause the leaves color seems to be much better now and not noticing any new yellowing, so hopefully the deficiency is fixed. Other than that, her flowers are stacking beautifully and she’ll probably need some water in another day or two. Day 60 - Everything is going good overall still and no more real yellowing of the leaves. She’ll be ready for some water and nutes tomorrow. Day 61 - All still looks good with this girl and she was definitely ready for some water. Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today. Day 62 - All is well with this girl and enjoy watching the flowers stack up on her. Nothing much going on with her so just took her out for updated pictures and tucked the leaves when I put her back in the tent, might do a light defoliating in a couple days. Day 63 - The end of week 9 and though she’s got a couple weeks left, she’s finishing up pretty quickly. All kinds of frost on her and buds are getting nice and plump. She’s good on water and should be for another couple of days. Might do a little defoliating on watering day as well.

So.. still getting FATTy! I changed the cob, cause i needed to lower temperature.. Now im testing a QB x 150w LM301H + 3500k660IRUVBlue I just ran out of solo tek-bloom, so im using biobizz.

This week I defoliated. Waited three weeks into flowering, to not stress them like I did last grow. She is rewarding me with some fat bud growth at many sites. I overwatered beginning of this week, but hey seemed to have taken it well. I did another amendment. The first one last week was a test, to see how they responded, they took it well. Just compare last week to this one. The amendment I did: - 5 liters of worm castings - 2 cups bonemeal - 1 cup wood ash - 1 cup microlife I layered this on top of my pots, covering this with bio-coco (pre fertilized) to ward of gnats. The gnats have been getting less and less. They don't like the coco that much, while humidity is just the same and last week higher since I did some more watering. I watered with the perma tea. While this is pretty acidic (PH 5), I can amend with more wood-ash, if you don't and follow this recipe, don't do too much wood-ash since it will kill off your micro organisms. I lowered the light diagonally since the outer right plant is longer and closer to it. The SP 3000 is still performing as you can see. Temps were a bit higher with the lights so low, so far the Orange Hill Special doesn't seem to mind. Im totally amazed with the results so far. She was stunted but has produced some nice solid nugs.

Stretch is still going on, and thing is fine so far, they seem happy. Flowers have started to appear on all, the LA s.a.g.e starting last of the 4. Now it's gonna be exciting to she how they will develop in bloom.😁 Happy growing to everybody out there✌️

PE will be harvested this week, super excited! Trichomes are just about where I want them, just waiting on a little more amber. PT is chugging along, looking like she’s going to have some larger buds this time! WW is still mostly white in her pistils, she will take longer than PE to finish up. WW in the small tent is looking fantastic, she’s ScrOGed and has been teaching towards the light a bit. Hoping for a big yield off this plant. BW is still small but she looks like she’s getting nice trichome development. Should be harvesting almost weekly, super excited to see how much I get from this entire grow. My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Week 9 - Fourth Week of Flower The Donutz gang is hitting its stride as the fourth week of flower unfolds. Trichomes are developing beautifully, and the plants are entering full production mode. A few challenges cropped up this week, but quick thinking and some DIY ingenuity kept everything on track. Key Updates: Trichome Progress: The resin glands are popping off, with a frosty layer forming across the developing buds. The plants are starting to show their true potential, and the tent is starting to smell. New Fan Installation: The old ventilator tapped out this week, so a replacement was installed to maintain proper airflow. This ensures the plants stay cool and prevents any issues with humidity or stagnant air. Lamp Adjustment: The front-left plant shot up too close to the light, so I had to get creative. I built a DIY solution to raise the lamp higher, ensuring even coverage and preventing light stress. Accident Recovery: During the light adjustment, I initially tried securing the front-left plant with a rubber band. Concerned it might melt, I removed it, but in the process, the main stem got damaged. Thankfully, the plant is a fighter. The main cola is now growing sideways but remains fully healthy and strong. This unexpected twist has added some character to the tent, and the plant is bouncing back beautifully. Observations: Despite the challenges, all plants are thriving, with strong growth and healthy bud development. The sideways-growing cola on the front-left plant is a unique highlight, showing the resilience of the Donutz genetics. Next Steps: Keep monitoring airflow and light height to avoid any further issues. Continue with the nutrient schedule and reverse osmosis (RO) watering to maintain stability. Watch the trichomes closely as they continue to mature, signaling the start of the final phases of flower. The Florida Gang grind is real, and the Donutz are proving their worth week after week. This tent is shaping up to be a legendary grow!

Bud weight continues in week 4 of flowering…I don’t know if it’s the location or the strain but these buds are really big for 4 weeks….can’t wait for harvest in 35 days.

Filter sock clogged up again, I just took the whole filter off, I'm not worried about the smell as it's outside in my shed anyway. Still warm and dry out this week, humidifier barely lasts 24 hours and that's just to keep the RH above 40. Trichs developing nicely, few more weeks to go for sure.

Grew nicely in the chalice and needed to be watered daily. Produced some beautiful buds and a pretty fat cola. Had no issues I had to worry about and overall grew a lot better than expected!

Week 26: September 20 2020 - September 26 2020 Great week, no issues, no complaints. Buds are getting fatter and the smell is really starting to come off of them. Fertilized for the last time on Friday and will begin flushing with water until harvest. Blue Dream looks like she can come down now but trichomes are still milky with very little amber. Keeping a close eye on her but I think 2-3 weeks more at most before she's chopped. Girl Scout Cookies is an absolute beast! She got some wild colors from the cold snap last week and she looks awesome. I got some dead leaves I could pull, but they all look awesome with the reds, purples and greens. Buds are dense too! The pictures and videos don't do them justice. The fan leaves have long stems so they're hiding the buds, but if you pull them back, each cola is huge and gets bigger almost daily. Trichomes are starting to come in more heavily, and pistils are just starting to turn red. Purple Kush is starting to put on weight and has really shaped up in the last couple weeks. Surprised she's still so green compared to the purple in Girl Scouts, but it could just be the phenotype. She's definitely the furthest back of the two and may stay out a little longer. Overall, I'm extremely impressed and happy with my results this year. Decent weather in the forecast for the month of October. Looks like we're on the road to a pretty sweet harvest.
