So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one 😉

By the end of week 3 both plants had 6 nodes and I topped both above node 4. Both plants were starting to grow rapidly and we watched for any slow down after topping. Started to use the Fox Farm nutrients. So far no issues. Plants really starting to grow. Watching how much water trying not to overwater. Lifting the pots when wet gives great reference to when water/feed is needed. Some time gaps in the photos uploaded...!

It's a quite jungle, but I like it wild. New tent is postponed to next week, I really need it though, those plants would appreciate getting their artificial sun dose, instead tryingto push through the roof. Tried another way to take photos, but until we get more room, they're gonna be whatever.. Light schedule is still 13 hours, I should probably change it to 12 soon, though target is still one month and then reduction to 12 h. Nothing got topped this time, maybe I should've, but the new tent will bring some workaround room. I'm still trying to understand the plant behavior and their limits.

She's developing very fast and without any type of issues, there's not too much to say on the first days of life. I'm so excited about this indoor run. I'll be training this lady in not too long. 03/18/2021 Making the switch to 12-12, flowering should Start by next week.

Well.. nice start of a new week. Still stretching so today changing water for fresh water. Going to level up the EC from tapwater 0.3 tot 0.7 with CalMag before adding nutrients. Then raising the EC to 2.2 I hope (depending on the PH not dropping below 5.8). Hopefully they will consume less water and therefore stop stretching.. We will just see what happens. Easy to lower EC afterwards and also easy to raise PH. I just have to add some tapwater. 13/7 some shortages and maybe too much light. Reducing time with half an hour daily. Raised EC to 2.3

D65 Just a few days until the harvest, I'm checking the evolution of the trichomes and buds, we'll see what happens, I spent a lot of energy and hours I hope it will be worth it, meanwhile in my house there is the scent of ripe oranges and strawberries I hope to find the same aroma in the smoke. 5/1 Plants are being rock stars. The event horizons and toasted toffy have been lollipopped abd it looks like lsted. I need to tie down the branches. The one sherb pie looks like it has a little bit of light burn but everything else is doing awesome. 5/2 Didn't write anything I forgot. 5/3 Plants are still doing great. The event horizon is coming out of reveg and isn't so twisty. It's time to start LSTing. I just haven't had time. I'm planning to put some work in today. Soil still seemed a little wet. I FIMed a GMO. I'll wait to see how that turns out before I do the rest. After today I'll have more time. Plants still aren't DIRECTLY under the light. I want to turn on both switches but I'm afraid they'll burn. 5/4 Still going strong. Watered today. Used approximately 3 Gatorade bottles. I tried to split one bottle between 3 plants. I want the roots searching for water. I want these 1 gallons to be full of roots before the transplant. I'm thinking I may do some lsting today as well as some topping or FIM. I'll update. Seedlings seem to come out of that stall. Didn't think they'd make it. 5/5 When I arrived I realized I had left the light OFF from the morning before when I was watering and inspecting things. Hooe this doesn't mess things up to bad. I've got one event horizon that's having trouble coming out of reveg. Everything else looks good. Those stunted auto seeds are coming up with their Second set of leaves. Definately took long enough. 5/6 I got close and inspected every plant. I really want to flip the bloom switch on too. I turned it on for a minute and it's bright as fuck. I think if I could find a way to raise the light higher (I'm working on a theory) I might be able to flip both switches. However I'm noticing what looks like light burn or light stress on some of them. It's not the too of the plant though. It's like the serated leaves are turning in on themselves. The 2 that I think reveged are turning their leaves inside out. Not sure if it's a reveg thing or has something to do with the light. I raised the light at noon. I'll see if this has a positive effect. The shades only partially block direct sunlight so I may need to make sure that's what's not causing this. The 4 gmo show no signs. I moved one almost directly under the light to see if it had an effect or if it's strain dependent. I'm definitely need to learn how to use l.e.d's better. Oh well. They'll go outside in less than a month. 5/7 I'm hoping leaving that light off didn't fuck with the clones that revegged. Raisingcthe light was a good idea. I can raise it higher and I'd like to hit the other switch. It's so much brighter and the gmos don't have any burns. They'll be going outside in a few weeks anyway. I was going to but a parmeter and I still might. The auto seeds are coming up pretty good. It's in the 60s today. I might bring the girls outside on the covered porch and see how they do.

Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. My guess is about 25-35g. Any other guesses? Happy Wedding Cake day 😇

Sorry I missed a lot of updates. I was recovering from hand surgery then gd was not working right. She has a sweet earthy brown sugar smell. She did well for the limitrd care I could provide while I recovered. Was a good grow and I am excited to get to try her soon.
